We moved into our house 6 years ago and had ants that we had to deal with and HomeShield has been coming every few months since then. They always do an outstanding job and are totally customer service based. I can honestly say they do a 10 out of 10 every time. read more

Matthew serviced my home today and he did an excellent job, he was extremely thorough and was kind. Great service that really stood out!

Updated review Unfortunately Brandon is no longer the tech assigned to our residence. He was excellent and thorough. I am a renter and the owner lives out of state. I may not always be home to be available to let the technician know what needs to be done. They should be able to refer to their notes to know to check the rodent traps and such. I notice those are frequently missed by the new tech. I have emptied multiple rodent traps that have desiccated rodents in them after service dates. I am also having to spray for spiders and other insects about a week after they have done their service as the creepy creatures are showing up inside the house already. read more

Brandon did an excellent job treating my property today in El Dorado Hills. Thanks for everything read more

HomeShield Pest Control is not one of the lowest rate out there I can find when I needed some help on my ant problem, but I am so glad that I chose these guys to do the work!! Alek and Michael on the recent visit are very helpful and took great care of us as their customers. Both of the these 2 folks are very friendly and knowledge able of what they do, they walk around the house and inspect what kind of insects we are having just by looking at the dead insect bodies on the ground.... They walked room by room and make sure no blind spot, they also helped us on the outside to put a layer on the perimeter for better and more solid protection. All in all, I got great service from Alek and Michael, and I am glad I chose HomeShield :D read more

Brandon, was awesome! He even brought in the trashcans for us. He also had dog treats for our dogs.

We've been using Home Shield for about 1 1/2 years now and they are terrific. They provided us with a quote quickly and a free consultation. Now we have bi-monthly service and they are always efficient/kind. They also helped us with a rat issue in the attic and resolved it. Today, Brandon completed our service and was very thorough. He also wiped all the spider webs away from the gutters, windows and doors, etc. I would recommend Home Shield if you are looking for a great local pest company. read more

My great experience started with Jeremiah's thorough and honest inspection. I was very pleased with his expertise, friendliness and professionalism. In addition, the team that came to do the work was equally impressive. They were punctual, respectful of the property, and very friendly and kind. Jack is very experienced, detailed oriented, and thorough. Jessie B. and Brandon did a great job installing carefully and going above and beyond securing all openings and cracks. We have used Homeshield Pest control for the past two years. They are professional, courteous and their service is very effective. In addition, their pricing is extremely competitive and in fact beat most of the folks knocking on my door. We were lucky enough to have Jhair McClean as our technician yesterday. He was super nice and went above and beyond to give us the maximum pest treatment inside and out. He was also great with my kids! I hope we get him again! read more

Very competitive quote. Guys that come and service my home are very thorough, wear booties and do a great job.

We purchased a home in Gold River and discovered that we had a rodent problem that needed immediate attention. We chose HomeShield Pest Control/Rocklin because of their rodent exclusion program that other companies cannot provide. Jerimiah Santiago gave us a great presentation and having a two year warranty confirmed our decision. After the exterior and interior of our attics were sealed, the old insulation was removed, a complete decontamination followed, and then new insulation completed the project. The entire process was done with the care of our home in mind. Lisa in the office has been exceptional to work with scheduling monthly trap checks by the technicians. (Darian, Jack, Jesse, and Harrison have all been very professional and friendly!) Excellent communication. We are so pleased with the service of HomeShield Pest Control/Rocklin that we have recommended them to our neighbors! read more

Great company great people, have used them for years. Brandon did a great job. Would definitely refer them to friends.

Brandon was awesome. Quick and efficient, and respectful to me shuffling around my dogs to allow him to get to all the right areas. And of course, the service and products are useful and work. I have it for both my homes and will continue to use. read more

We have been using this company for over two years and won't look anywhere else. They get the job done and are very professional. We haven't had any issues with bugs! Brandon did a great job servicing our home today! He explained everything he was doing. Thank you Brandon!

Brandon serviced our home, great communication and very thorough. Highly suggest HomeShield.

The team at HomeShield were prompt and thorough. My quote was answered in a reasonable amount of time (considering it was requested at 10:00pm on Saturday). The next day I received a call from the owner to get some basic information. Following that, the next day/Monday, I received a call from a young man who seemed to be a traffic coordinator who let me know what day would work for their technician. The day of the appointment, the technician called 30 minutes before arriving as promised, and they came out to handle the pest control issues that initiated the call. We have hired the team at HomeShield to handle our pest issues for at least a year. And thank you to the guys for providing quality service! Cheers, CO read more

We've had the "normal" ants and a few cockroaches during summer time the last few years but for some reason this year, they were more than we could handle. We've never used a company and usually take care of it ourselves. I started looking on Yelp for pest control and saw the reviews for HomeShield. I called and they were quick to respond, and had me scheduled within a couple of days. Jhair was our technician and he was super thorough and was in our house and backyard for about an hour. Also, their products are pet safe which was really important since we have dogs. On his second visit, he caught me unloading my groceries from my car and even offered to help! Thank you Jhair for you great customer service and help! :) read more
