She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service. It was quick and easy process all set up within 10 to 15 minutes over the phone. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness regarding my Ant issue. I'm saving for a wedding and so the prices that she offered me fit in my budget and she was super helpful! Overall 10/10 for Customer Service. Will edit review if possible after the technician comes out. Follow up after technician: Scott called 1.5 hours after I scheduled my apt and let me know he would be at my house in 30 mins. He was on time and came in to check out my ant infestation. He provided me some knowledge on the traps I had out and let me know that the ants typically die in the trap instead of taking the poison back to the nest. He treated the area and proceeded to do the outside of the house. He also reminded me that if i needed any treatments outside of the 90 day check up that I could call and they would come out. Conner went up into the attic and didn't find any evidence of rodent infestation. He then went to the area of the roof where I heard the sounds. He quickly diagnosed that rats were making or nesting under the tiles. He showed me pics of the area and clearly a nest appeared to be in progress. We discussed strategies and agree on one that considered my dogs who would be in the area of the treatment. Connor is professional, well-spoken and knows the pest control business. Response: a couple seconds might not have been enough time for some people to orient where the loud "Hello" was coming from. Hummm, you only moved the bottom of the curtain, yet you were able to identify my sister aka "ma'am" was sitting on the couch which, was over 20' away, you would not have known unless you looked into our home. If your focus was on the cracks and crevasses below the sliding glass door there would have no been reason to look beyond that area. The only words my sister heard, from the couch, was "oh, hi ma'am" so I'm not sure the "I am just doing the pest control" came from other than your imagination. In addition: Just a treatment observation other than the 30' high section a the back of house. Are steps off the back deck are attached to the house, since you did not look carefully you would have noticed several areas with webs on the outer edge of steps, within visual view if you're standing on the steps. I do have pictures from the side of steps and from standing on steps where you would have seen them... sheesh, and I'm not a pest control man yet I noticed the webs. Lastly, despite my complains I paid for your treatment in full.

Those pesky rats. A bit over a year after Erik and Lyle rat-proofed our roof, we again began…read morehearing the little pests in our attic. But how did they get in? I called Erik and he was able to stop by the next morning to have a look. After about 30 minutes of walking the exterior, he could not see any clear signs of how they got in. He scheduled us for about a week later, for a thorough examination. He and two crew members (Lyle, Jake) spent well over an hour, each independently examining all sides of our house for signs of entry. He also got on the roof and examined it, and all the work they did last year. Nothing. The roof looked fine, there were no signs of trails going up the walls. They were stumped, but had a few more places to check. One of the three finally discovered the new entry points, which were unique to our home. (The rats managed to burrow under some columns we have that hold up a back patio cover. The builder built most of the posts on concrete, but left several inches overhang over soil. And that's all the rats needed.) Erik wrote up a quote to seal the columns. It wasn't cheap, but fair. They did the work about two weeks later. They also set some traps up in our attic, in case some rats got sealed in, but it's been several weeks now and so far, no signs. As much as I appreciate the work that Erik and his team do, I'm hopeful (and hoping) this will be the last we'll need them!
