In the past, I'd simply arm myself with a can of Spider Killer and spray them as I encountered them. Now I'm older and wiser and decided to hire professionals to spray instead, so I wouldn't have to have anxiety and mini heart attacks every time I'd see a black widow. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! Excellent experience and so far I haven't seen any spiders left! Highly recommend this company. We'd requested ahead of time to have the garage treated as well (because normally they only treat the outside unless we ask them to spray anywhere else, in which case they're more than happy to do so). My wife opened our garage up before heading out with our kids, and the tech could've easily finished the job and just moved on. But instead, he knocked on the door afterward to let us know he was done so we could shut the garage. He specifically said he didn't want us to leave it open longer than needed. Some might say that's just part of the job, but the truth is, small gestures like that aren't so common anymore. At least not in my experience. It showed genuine thoughtfulness and care--and that matters a lot to us. Great service, as always.

All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

He was very thorough and took a lot of reference photos and explained what he was doing. We agreed to look at getting a new system and set up a meeting with Kyle for later the afternoon. Kyle was also amazing and went over the pricing and options, you never want to pay for a new AC unit but it's a necessity here so and they made sure we had a great deal. Always showed up on time and was responsive to any questions I had. Him and his crew were awesome during the demo portion. Put floor and wall protection down and cleaned up after the job was done. With Christian's help on educating tenants we have all be eliminated the cycles in units that have reported issues. He too understands that management is not all knowing, does not have x-ray vision into peoples units and we cannot read minds. They're mating and the littles ask way too many questions This man looked me dead eye and said "Mam, I cant spray those white clover flowers. Those are excellent for the bees . Their contracts are reasonably-priced and they come every two weeks and spray and clean cob webs and anything else in the awnings. They always text us before coming and when they're on the way. They always check via text before coming if we want a knock on the door when they arrive. They also text and email us about anything else, such as billing or scheduling. Great communication. If any issues come up between visits, such as new insect or rodent visitors, Brad always addresses the matter immediately, coming the same or next day, if needed, and spraying, and at no additional cost. And Brad is so educated and informed on insects and local issues, it would surprise you. Recently we noticed cockroaches in the front exterior of our home, which of course alarmed us. When we contacted Results, Brad came out the next day. He informed us that the roaches came from the storm drains (manholes) and were searching for a place to live, but that what they already sprayed and protect our home with will kill them off and not allow them to stay. I was amazed by how knowledgeable he was on the matter. Another great thing is that it's great to support a small, family-run business. Moreover, even though he's relatively young, that Brad is a retired USMC vet, so it's great to support a fellow military person (our son is in the USMC). Couldn't say enough nice things about this excellent service company! If you hire them you will not only not be disappointed but you will be glad you have them.

Unfortunately, I didn't get anything in writing or a proposal. I jumped a gun because I wanted to fixed. Jim promised Fixing of any open areas that mice or rodents can get in. Technician states something else versus my conversation with Jim. $450 for setting out traps and inspection. They would come out 3x. I have yet to receive an inspection report. I've tried after tech left the house but didn't reach anyone!
