We've liked Leish from the beginning but I wanted to wait until we'd been customers for a while to provide a meaningful review. We've been very happy with our service from DPC. Every time I think, "We should call them to come..." they are basically already planning to be there. We've had concerns about rats and they have solutions that are dog-friendly and effective. They worked with us to come up with a solution. Perhaps the best feature though is something you will be unlikely to find elsewhere in your professional service relationships... human contact. I suspect they will grow successfully and things may change, but I hope they remember this point when they do. You will deal with humans and they will respond to you and these days, that is so refreshing. Also, my favorite anecdote about Leish, I pointed out some ant activity. When he investigated, he realized it was evidence of an invasive species so he captured one to share with the county. That's the kind of attention to detail you can expect. read more

I've come to know Leish fairly well over the past 6 months or so. He services my business and my home. I can say, confidently, that I've never experienced this level of communication and care and pride in this industry. This business is independently owned by a young man who resides locally. The services provided have been exceptional. He is very responsive when called, gives a narrow appointment time frame, and sticks to it. If he is going to be even a couple of minutes late, he calls. His prices are reasonable, and while he may quote a price for a full spectrum of preventative services, he is amenable to trying lower cost services when possible. We started seeing wasps on our security camera and I left messages with several pest control companies - Leish at Defense Pest was the first to respond, he listened, inspected, explained details, gave us a quote, and performed to the letter. And now that we've used his company for over a year, that customer service has not stopped. A second situation came up with mice and rats in our garage causing thousands of dollars in damage to our cars. Leish listened, came out to inspect, sealed up everything with special weatherstripping and we have not had a problem since! For prevention, we had him do the attic as well.
