I guess Romeo Pest Control either can't read and/or follow directions. I tired of companies like this not respecting people's privacy and wishes. "No soliciting" means NO SOLICITATION OF YOUR SERVICES. This sign is place directly about the doorbell you rang. You're also breaking the law. Under Section 5.28.090 of the Rocklin Municipal Code, it is explicitly unlawful for any commercial solicitor to knock, ring your doorbell, or approach your door if you have a "No Solicitors" sign (or words conveying a similar meaning) posted in plain view from the sidewalk or at your front door. read more

I had a infestation with boxelder beetles that was coming from my neighbor's yard. I immediately sent a email to Romeo pest control. They quickly responded and told me they would send out a technician the next day. They sent out Jeremy. He found the nest and treated the bugs. He was very professional and personable and did a thorough job spraying the entire side of the house. I have been using Romeo pest control for over a year. They do an excellent job. I have not had a pest problem inside my home. I highly recommend them. Not to mention, they are very reasonably priced. read more

We've had Romeo Pest Control service our home for a good 3-4 years now. Today we had Jeremy come out for our regular visit and also took time to spray around the fruit trees we have that gophers are tunneling up and eating. Appreciated his effort and hope it deters them ! Thanks Jeremy! read more

I've been a customer for almost a year and I am so happy I signed up. I definitely see minimal bugs around my house and when I do spot one, I know it's almost service time again!Everyone is super professional, arriving right on time. I've even had the owner come out to personally treat my home! From the beginning, it was explained to me everything they would be doing and I really see the difference. I really appreciate that you can narrow your treatment window so you're not waiting for a technician all day. I definitely feel I am getting the value I'm paying with each visit. Highly recommend them if you need a reliable pest control company! read more

I had a very unsettling experience with Romero pest control service. After I canceled their services, the OWNER showed up at my house unannounced, rang the doorbell and knocked standing out front for over five minutes. I didn't answer since I wasn't prepared for the day, but I also had a weird feeling since we had already cancelled their services paying the $300 cancellation fee. I left a message to ask if there was an issue with my cancellation, and instead of addressing it professionally over the phone, the owner insisted on coming to my house to discuss the situation in person. I declined twice, his persistence was uncomfortable. When I finally got him to explain over the phone, he tried to badmouth the company I switched to, laughing and mocking me for my decision. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, especially coming from the owner of the company. If you value professionalism, courtesy, and respect for your decisions, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. read more

These guys have the best customer service! I highly recommend them. Jesus is who we usually use. Very friendly

Exceptionally great customer service and personal care for my property! When calling, you'll speak to Lori, who will kindly take care of your service needs in a thorough and most efficient way. The licensed Technicians who service my property are Jesus and James and will provide you with professional, courteous and knowledgeable service beyond your expectations. As do ALL the Technicians on the staff. Thank you for providing such QUALITY customer care and professional service, it's so seldom to see that kind of QUALITY and GENUINE CONCERN in this day and age. I'm truly grateful and I am a customer for life. Keep up the good work!! read more

Very poor customer service. The techs do a sloppy job (except James who I had to request to do my service). So much cobwebs still despite being serviced, and I had to remove them myself. I was with this company for 2 years and this email I received (attached) was quite rude. I simply asked to reschedule sooner depending on their availability, because I noticed an increase in pest activity, and I received that response. It's off-putting. I even left a voicemail to speak with the manager regarding this email, but never received a call back. It's apparent they don't have flexibility with scheduling and have no customer service recovery. They don't care about their customers and don't even want to make the effort to make things right with them. DO NOT choose them for your pest control needs. read more

Romeo Pest Control - Here is the rude email response I received. - Pest Control Near Me

We had our first issue with a rat. They were very responsive and came out quickly. Even though it took a bit to figure out the actual issue they continued to follow up and see if our issue was resolved. They came out 3 additional times, set additional traps and then got rid of the rat when it finally got caught. read more

Absolutely impressed with this pest control company! The customer service, responsiveness, and value for the service is top notch. James Williams stopped by in between my planned service to take care of an overgrowing wasp infestation. He was very informative, took care of everything, and cleaned up each nest after treating them. I appreciate the timeliness as well to get this issue rendered. Great job James & Dom! Dominic came by a few months ago and I thought his services were great, but at the time I was in a contract with a different company that was not local. Dominic put it into his calendar when my contract was up and said he would be back to follow up. Dominic came personally to follow up which I thought was great. I told him my concerns because my wife is allergic to wasps and he was on it. Dominic is very personable and gives great service. I would highly recommend him for your needs. read more
