She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service. It was quick and easy process all set up within 10 to 15 minutes over the phone. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness regarding my Ant issue. I'm saving for a wedding and so the prices that she offered me fit in my budget and she was super helpful! Overall 10/10 for Customer Service. Will edit review if possible after the technician comes out. Follow up after technician: Scott called 1.5 hours after I scheduled my apt and let me know he would be at my house in 30 mins. He was on time and came in to check out my ant infestation. He provided me some knowledge on the traps I had out and let me know that the ants typically die in the trap instead of taking the poison back to the nest. He treated the area and proceeded to do the outside of the house. He also reminded me that if i needed any treatments outside of the 90 day check up that I could call and they would come out. I appreciate the quick and knowledgeable service from the individuals who helped me. So glad I called out to Pro active pest control!

I signed up for their quarterly treatment, which comes out to $150 per visit. Worth the piece of mind and now I don't have to go around knocking down spiderwebs with my Halloween pitchfork. Would recommend!

We live near the river so there are lots of rodents, bugs, etc. I went to Yelp to find a new company and stumbled across EcoGuard and all of their positive reviews. I submitted a request and was actually called that night (which seemed like after business hours but I was free!) to schedule an appt. I did share that I wanted someone with experience, who understood the area, and would be available to come as needed. Shawn, our technician, has now been out multiple times. He is friendly, incredibly knowledge and you can tell just wants to help. We recently started having a bee issue. I called to have him come out and he came the next morning but unfortunately the bees were not swarming in the area they had been in the day prior. He asked to try and take a photo of the bees when we saw them again, since they can't do anything about honeybees. After many tries I got a photo, text it to Shawn, and he mentioned to call the office for an appt. I did and he was able to come out quickly, at a time that the bees were out. They weren't honey bees and he was able to treat the specific area where it seemed like maybe they were going into the attic. EcoGuard has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They want to get someone out to you quickly which I appreciate!

Economy is GREAT to work with, with solid performance and success in eradicating the rodent problem we were having, and the subsequent maintenance that has continued to keep the little varmints at bay since they started providing their services. In particular, I wanted to say that Tony McMahon is one of those kind of guys who does their job sufficiently well to have gotten me to take the time to write this stellar review. He's conscientious, has good follow-up, with great attention to detail...he even took the time to point out to us an issue that wasn't even Pest-Control-related... On one of his recent visits, he noticed a strong "exhaust smell" under our house...we had recently had a new HVAC system installed, and there were some issues with both the settings on the unit itself (gas pressure set for Natural Gas, but ours is a Propane system), in addition to some venting issues. It could have become a hazardous situation had it continued on in perpetuity (could have been something we didn't notice for a long-enough period of time to become dangerous). So Tony taking the time to bring it to our attention was completely instrumental in us contacting the HVAC folks to address the issue(s) more expediently, saving us from a potentially larger problem down the road... Tony...you ROCK! (And I just heard that LOP will no longer be your territory...HOPEFULLY, E.P.C. has sufficient depth of talent and hiring prowess that your replacement will be as good as you have been!) Thank you VERY MUCH for your exemplary service and thanks additionally for lookin' out above and beyond!

I got "Soup" after Keith moved up, who also does a great job with the yard. Their efforts have knocked down any flea population so the animals aren't scratching all the time and stay healthy easier. I get smack about their food. Well that is complicated and it's often hard to explain that becaue of my ferals and the neighborhood cats, I DON'T have a vermin problem. Vermin flees in terror from my area XD. Then there's summer bugs. Roaches in Lincoln are BAAD and BIG, like freaking space invadors! I need an extra visit each year to really knock it down and then we're pretty good. It's not just my place. A lot of people including my neighbors have pets, dogs in the back yard, outdoor tame cats, and chickens. That's life and the bugs go for our goodies. Fortunately, extra visits for specific pest problems are not a problem. I used to try very hard in the past to do the stuff myself but it's a big pain on a busy schedule and no OTC products seem to work as well. After conferring with friends, one thing I've learned about Clark and other pest controls is the leaders apparently teach their people to "grade" the residence, like, Mild condition, moderate, severe, etc. I wish the upper echelon of pest controls, aka, management, would not make their people do this!! The forms the employees have to fill out is stupid in my opinion. Nobody wants to feel their home needs a good or bad grade. I should not have to feel like a "Karen" for pointing this out, either but I do. If our yards were perfect then we would not need service, lol. I'll take some pets and rodent rangers and neighborhood chickens over snakes and vermin any day! And btw people, don't kill possums and skunks. They are good critters. Tips and suggestions are helpful and fine. The leaders of pest controls should let the diligent workers focus on their job that they do well, and spend less time doing reports on each of their many properties.

I was told my weed service ca be done and I could be billed at a later time. Service was rendered I was billed immediately. Messaged technician and he says he didn't even know I have weed service, when the earlier messages EXPLICITLY STATED weed service. Moving forward I called office to explain situation and let them know this was a HUGE mishap on their part and I'd be canceling all services with them after 10 years. Turns out I had a partial weed service that was done due to some gravel blocking my back 40 and was owed $150 back. The lovely lady I spoke to on the phone told me someone would be getting back to me about that refund. Weeks later nobody has gotten back to me and I'm out $150 for a treatment that wasn't done completely. Rotten service and lying about communication would serially make me dab at recommending this business to anyone. Enjoy the $150 yall came up on from me..... Is that called theft?
