We live in an area that gets very dusty!!!! AND there are pigeons everywhere that like to live under panels and mess them up... so we did a pre-emptive strike and installed the mesh under the panels and had the panels cleaned and inspected. It was mid-range in price -- but it was excellent service and worth every penny! Very good communication! This company was recommended to me by my solar panel installer, SunWorks. I had simply wanted my panels washed, but True Light did much more than that. They also inspected the panel mounts and rails. They checked the roof penetrations and the inverter as well as my rain gutters. They cleaned all my panels and roof area around them. Travis is a true professional. He came out to clean my solar panels and discovered my system was not working. He made a call to the inverter company who then said the inverter needed replacement. Rather than clean a disabled system, Travis left without charging anything; not even a service call. I was able to get the inverter repaired and within days, Travis came out to clean my panels. Just had True Light Solar perform 'Pigeon Eviction' this weekend by installing screens around our solar panels and also had them clean our solar panels. Travis did an awesome job cleaning our roof & gutters & getting rid of all the waste and disinfecting the entire area after. He then washed our solar panels with de-ionized water and ran infrared testing after the job to make sure all panels were working properly.
