Probably one of the most impressively efficient and effective vendors I've worked with. I got half a dozen quotes solar panel cleaning quotes from other outfits; no one else came even close to them on price. Many quotes were more than 2x the cost because I have a steep roof. They schedule way out in advance, (usually a few weeks to a month), so that's the only downside. Start to finish, this is a very impressive operation. They didn't just clean, they provided an inspection report and thermal images to ensure proper functioning. You don't even need to be home for it; everything is seamless. Super impressed, and the price can't be beat. It's obvious why they are so popular. Six stars if I could. read more

True Light Solar - Solar panels cleaning result. - Solar Panel Cleaning Near Me

I called again to schedule a cleaning and didn't receive a response at first. Once I connected with them, I discovered that Travis and Lindsey sold the business and I was dealing with the new owners. I'm sad to say the difference was apparent from that first contact. You may notice that all the glowing 5 star reviews were before the new ownership/management. I have to start from scratch and find a new vendor - bummer. read more

Great company. They have their process dialed in. Appointment (8-12 weeks out so plan early) Confirm via email twice along the way the day and time they will be there Day of they text when technician is en route They get to work right away They use their own purified cleaning water They document and take pictures of their work/solar panels They finish and you get a text it's completed. You get a full service write up all the pictures in an easy to view email (I viewed from an LG v60 Android phone). You get the invoice to pay easily via a text link. They accept checking/debit/credit. You get a receipt for a write off, if applicable. You then move on to other things in life and think to yourself how easy it was. That was my experience. Price was reasonable. Came out to $7 a panel for my job to clean them and take pictures. Great work and very efficient. read more

We live in an area that gets very dusty!!!! AND there are pigeons everywhere that like to live under panels and mess them up... so we did a pre-emptive strike and installed the mesh under the panels and had the panels cleaned and inspected. It was mid-range in price -- but it was excellent service and worth every penny! Very good communication! They get booked up quickly so I had to wait almost a month for my pigeon abatement...thankfully, pigeons weren't a big problem for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRUE LIGHT SOLAR! We'll be calling them again in the spring to clean our panels again. Thank you, Travis and Lindsey! read more

True Light Solar has been cleaning our panels for the past year and a half or so. I'm so happy that we found them! Travis and Lindsey are amazing, honest and have excellent customer service. They make the process so easy. Their pricing is excellent and has paid for itself in the energy savings we receive from having CLEAN solar panels. Our panels get extremely dirty very quickly due to lots of construction going on in our neighborhood. Travis shows up on time and is so helpful in explaining his process and why they do what they do. He takes pictures of his work and inspects each panel with an IR camera! At his last visit, Travis found a panel that was not functioning properly. I was able to call the solar company and have them come and replace the panel under warranty. I would have never known it was bad if it were not for Travis and True Light Solar! I'm so happy we found True Light Solar. I highly recommend giving them a call - you'll be glad you did! read more

This company was recommended to me by my solar panel installer, SunWorks. I had simply wanted my panels washed, but True Light did much more than that. They also inspected the panel mounts and rails. They checked the roof penetrations and the inverter as well as my rain gutters. They cleaned all my panels and roof area around them. I received a detailed report of how my system looked and suggestions were made to help my system run more efficiently. The cost was so much less than I expected for the service given. I will definitely have them back again to clean and service my panels. I highly recommend this company! read more

Excellent on all accounts! Use them for a worry free and above and beyond service! They are great!

Travis and Lindsey were fast, friendly and efficient. Dust on your solar panels degrades efficiency 10-20%, so the cleaning more than pays for itself. I enjoyed the infrared panel scanning and filter cleaning to make sure all parts of the unit were operating correctly. I highly recommend True Light Solar to anyone that has had solar on their house for at least 1 year. read more

I recently needed to rid my solar panels of pigeons.. after calling around I decided to choose true light, and I'm glad I did. Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done.. the date was set..got a reminder before.. He was scheduled between 8-9am..at 7:40 I got a text saying he was on his way. He arrived at 8.. He immediately started the project.. He worked till after 3:00.. no breaks.. I didn't mind writing that ck. I appreciated his hard work.. the next morning I went out with my dog..normally I'd have to sweep or hose down all the poo, but to my delight there wasn't any! Success.. very happy with True Light Solar. read more

Travis is a true professional. He came out to clean my solar panels and discovered my system was not working. He made a call to the inverter company who then said the inverter needed replacement. Rather than clean a disabled system, Travis left without charging anything; not even a service call. I was able to get the inverter repaired and within days, Travis came out to clean my panels. I don't remember seeing them so clean. Even the latest good rain didn't make them look like they do now that Travis did his magic. In our talks, I now discovered True Light Solar also does moss removal on the roof. I look forward to that too. read more

I have been having huge issues with pigeons on my roof, under my solar panels and causing a huge mess in my backyard and side of my house. I called Lindsey at True Light Solar and she was fantastic. I scheduled the install of some pigeon barriers, a cleanup off all the pigeon crap, and had my solar panels cleaned. Just had True Light Solar perform 'Pigeon Eviction' this weekend by installing screens around our solar panels and also had them clean our solar panels. Travis did an awesome job cleaning our roof & gutters & getting rid of all the waste and disinfecting the entire area after. He then washed our solar panels with de-ionized water and ran infrared testing after the job to make sure all panels were working properly. Not only were they working properly but the panels' performance increased tremendously to its maximum capacity. We are extremely satisfied with their service. His wife Lindsay was very patient and awesome to deal with in setting up the appointment. She explained the whole process to us in detail. They also provided us with lots of pictures of the roof, gutters & panels' condition before and after the job. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs Pigeon abatement service and/or Solar Panel cleaning service. They are reasonably priced, honest & trustworthy. We have been searching for quite some time and got bids from 2 other companies but we are glad we decided to go with True Light Solar. read more
