He was respectful of my property he informed me it take a couple of hours. He drilled holes in the pavement filled with treatment and refilled holes back up, you really can't see where the drilling happened in some areas. He completed the work around 12:45 pm good service. The cost was reasonable based on the three estimates I had received. I went with options one time treatment however, they provide a one year warranty which is great.

It's been about two years since we had solar panels installed on our roof. Overall, it's been a positive experience. However, we live in a very dusty (air borne dirt) area and the panels kept getting so covered with dirt that their efficiency dropped significantly. In a not so brilliant moment, we decided to use our garden hose to wash off the panels... in the middle of a hot summer day. Oooops.... the water hit the hot panels and instantly turned to steam, leaving a residue of white water deposits and caked on dirt. The efficiency of the panels (measured as energy output) dropped off even worse. We had no idea what to do, and resigned to accept the poor performance, but with the looming dread that we wasted thousands of dollars. Then came Travis from True Light Solar with an offer to clean the panels using only deionized water and elbow grease (I'm sure it took a lot of that). First, let me tell you that it is a rare experience in this day and age to receive such highly professional, qualified, and friendly service as we got from True Light Solar. That alone is worth high praise. But, the really great news is that Travis got up on our roof, and tackled a very tough job in short order. He worked his butt off and when he was done, our panels looked brand new. I was amazed that it was possible to get them that clean with just one treatment. All I can say is, WOW! It's truly amazing how much better our solar panels look. I wasn't going to merely use the "eyeball" method of determining how effective the process is. So, I measured the output of the panels that day before Travis showed up to clean them. Then, the day after he was done, I took the same measurements. Guess what... the output results confirmed the eyeball test. We have a 3 KW system that at one point in the day, prior to the cleaning, was generating 2.25 KW. After Travis worked his magic, we actually recorded output of 3.05 KW !!! That is HUGE, in terms of the amount of electricity those panels contribute and the money we save. Thank you Travis and True Light Solar, from the bottom of my heart. You are a truly professional and honest company that I not only will happily do business with again, but unabashedly recommend to whomever is suffering similar issues. You are THE solution. While I can't say I'm an actual customer for Zach and Weber Solar, since I live in far away, in…read moreSoCal, I can honestly say that Zach gave me extensive, patient, unbiased, and clearly expert answers to a bunch of solar questions which I posed over a prolonged period of perhaps six weeks or so. This - despite the fact that I was a complete stranger and he stood to not earn one dime - given I'm located well out of his service area. I feel much more confident about delving into solar and working with my own contractor now. I have a few friends in Weber's service area and am encouraging them to contact Zach for a proposal.

Highly recommend this business!! Though I had a very small job, John was willing to fix my tenants…read morehumidity switch in the bathroom. Because we don't live near the property it can be challenging finding someone trustworthy who won't take advantage of you since you're not close by. I found John to be personable, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He showed up for the job in the timeframe he said he would, completed the job and then called me to explain everything - highly recommend!! (Oh, and the price was very fair -- added bonus)
