I feel like they helped us make the right decisions through the whole process, especially for system size to be able to keep our NEM1 status. The new roof looks great and works really well. I waited almost a year to write this review to make sure there wasn't any water intrusion during the winter storms - not a drop anywhere. I was happy to use and support a small local company. But the after-installation support has been ATROCIOUS. They do not answer calls or emails (apart from the sales guy, Jake; but even he has been avoiding my number now*) Avoid this company if you need a long-term functional system. (My background: I'm an engineer myself, so it's not like I need a huge amount of support and I have a fairly deep knowledge of electrical systems and can use the app..) My system has been non-functional for about 5 months now and they have not returned **any** calls, and only returned an email to say they were busy. They also returned an email to say the owners had retired and put me in touch with someone else (Brad), who also is not replying. 1. Initially circuit breakers were not labelled at all (I had to chase them up about this) 2. Some things were not even put on the backup battery (lights, fridge(!)) 3. The battery developed a fault and has been non-operational or 5 months. Despite Generac being willing to fund the repairs, Auburn Solar just will not schedule the work 4. I tried to ask them to combine it with a different meter - which Jake sold me on originally - but again, they were not able to do the work. AVOID this company if you want a system that works, and need any kind of support because it breaks down. *we did a little test of this: my girlfriend called up enquiring about a new system. Sure enough, he returned her call. But not mine..

He was in there a while and left the door cracked and you could tell he pooped. I get it, when you have to go you have to go. I ran out for an errand and when I came back I noticed the smell was still lingering. I opened the toilet and was mortified to find a giant shit and when I tried to flush it bubbled up. So not only did he shit in our toilet but he clogged it and left it. He did not let me know or even try to unclog it. Not the way to start my Monday... and I know he was the one who did it because we have cameras in the living room that show the bathroom door and he was the last one to use it. To make things worse the appraiser came while I was out and had to appraise the value of our house with the downstairs smelling like a sewer. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
