We are very happy with what we got for the price we paid, it was a good value. It looks so much better than it did before and is consistently producing more energy. I feel like they helped us make the right decisions through the whole process, especially for system size to be able to keep our NEM1 status. The new roof looks great and works really well. I waited almost a year to write this review to make sure there wasn't any water intrusion during the winter storms - not a drop anywhere. They were in the mid-high range in pricing on the bids we got, but I'm happy we spent a little more went with them. Can a roof be sexy? Ours sure is. This was not suggested or shared when installing the solar, perhaps they knew that would be a hard no. I will need to have new pool solar installed and repair my new roof. Impossible to get a hold of especially when things go wrong. System never kicked in when needed. Still today (Jun 2026) the system does not work. I had to choose a new solar company to maintain Auburn Solar's installation. Absolutely terrible experience, and I am seriously considering whether I should explore legal remedies here.
