5/5 Stars - Booked all locations on the spot!…read more I met Doe and Tony from ADW Pest Solutions at the Placer County Fair today, and within minutes I knew I found the right team. Running multiple locations means pest control is non-negotiable--especially with this summer heat bringing out Turkestan Cockroaches in droves. Doe and Tony impressed me immediately with their deep industry knowledge, incredible pedigree, and genuine kindness. And to top it off, their working dog, Barkley, is about as cute (and hard-working) as they come! I was so confident in their expertise that I signed a contract on the spot to cover all of my locations. If you're dealing with summer pests or just want a knowledgeable, top-tier team you can actually trust, look no further than ADW Pest Solutions. Huge thank you to Doe, Tony, and Barkley--looking forward to working together!

Came out twice in the first week - did a thorough inspection, prepared a quote, and were back in two days to perform the exclusion. Worked late into Friday night to get it done for us. I didn't price compare but their price seems very reasonable for the hours they have put in. I would recommend them to a friend based on our experience so far. They perform a regular service at my husband's work as well and his work has only good things to say. & that is a much larger / commercial job. We also had the pleasure of Barkely (the dog) coming out and sniffing around to locate problem areas. And thankfully he did because he alerted me to clean under my couch where I had no idea mice could sneak in. Would the humans have caught it and let me know anyway? Probably. Is it cooler to have a dog tell you? Yes, for sure.

Many people dream of being self employed; owning their own business…read more Many dream of a low stress job where doing "things" isn't a strict requirement. Or, better yet, a job where they don't even have to show up. Others dream of a job that requires no skill, no experience, no effort, no shame and no professional ethics. Brian, of Awesome Pest Control, has figured out a way to have all of the above! It's a plan that is beautiful in its simplicity. Step one - Sign up a client for bimonthly pest control. Preferably a home owner who rents out his property. Step two - There is no step two. Step three - PROFIT! You may wonder how he gets paid if he doesn't do the work he has been contracted to do. Oh, don't worry. He's figured out a little trick; a loophole, if you will - he lies. When some dumb sap says something like, "I've lived here for three and a half years and I have never seen you once. What the hell is my landlord paying you for?!?" He just lies and says "Oh, I come and bait the traps every other month" When the sucker says "You have never been in my house or back yard, or even knocked on my door!" He just alters his story slightly, "I, er--uh, only bait the trap in the front yard. Yeah, that's the ticket" Then, when he thinks your not looking, he puts a bait box in the front yard and says "See, I bait this box every other month. I can even make up some paperwork to prove it" Like all good liars, he just sticks to his story, no matter how ludicrous it is. Most exterminators have to work hard to make a living; rounding up clients, purchasing supplies, devising a schedule, meeting deadlines and balancing the pressures of demanding work in a competitive industry. Awesome Pest Control is something different. Something unique. Something you would be a fool to waste your money on. Don't get me wrong, sometimes Brian has to break a sweat when he gets called out by a beleaguered tenant dealing with uninvited critters in their house. Fortunately for him, while he has zero skills as a pest control specialist, he can simply lean on the skill he does have - lying. God forbid there is a serious infestation or pest related health hazard in your home and Mr. Awesome is your only defense. Just keep in mind while you're cleaning rat feces off of your kids toys, Brian got paid, and isn't that's all that matters? Oh, and In addition to being a terrible person and a fraud, based on his hilarious website, he is also illiterate! Seriously, if you love first drafts of third grade essays, you'll love his website.

Economy is GREAT to work with, with solid performance and success in eradicating the rodent problem we were having, and the subsequent maintenance that has continued to keep the little varmints at bay since they started providing their services. In particular, I wanted to say that Tony McMahon is one of those kind of guys who does their job sufficiently well to have gotten me to take the time to write this stellar review. He's conscientious, has good follow-up, with great attention to detail...he even took the time to point out to us an issue that wasn't even Pest-Control-related... On one of his recent visits, he noticed a strong "exhaust smell" under our house...we had recently had a new HVAC system installed, and there were some issues with both the settings on the unit itself (gas pressure set for Natural Gas, but ours is a Propane system), in addition to some venting issues. It could have become a hazardous situation had it continued on in perpetuity (could have been something we didn't notice for a long-enough period of time to become dangerous). So Tony taking the time to bring it to our attention was completely instrumental in us contacting the HVAC folks to address the issue(s) more expediently, saving us from a potentially larger problem down the road... Tony...you ROCK! (And I just heard that LOP will no longer be your territory...HOPEFULLY, E.P.C. has sufficient depth of talent and hiring prowess that your replacement will be as good as you have been!) Thank you VERY MUCH for your exemplary service and thanks additionally for lookin' out above and beyond!

We contacted another company and they estimated $1,500 in services. Searching through Yelp, I came across S&S Pest Management. Raul significantly beat the other companies price. As soon as he walked into the garage, he pointed out several entry points that needed to be closed out. He sealed up the entry points found in the garage and attic. He also noticed several things the other company did not find in their inspection report, such as signs of birds being in the attic. He also added a plastic hood to the dryer vent cap. He set up several bait stations around the outside of the house and also gave us some mouse glue traps, and sanitized the attic with natural sanitation. Raul was very thorough in explaining his process and went above and beyond for us. Definitely recommend S&S Pest Management.
