So we waited (crickets) and called back and he said the fan motor would come in by Monday (this was Wednesday) (again crickets). Called again....again...and again..... Soooo we called Circle N Appliance and they were here that day, looked at the refrigerator, plugged it in, didn't see anything wrong with it. He said he thought that maybe the motor froze because food was covering the fan (admittedly it was, duh on our par). So he put the refrigerator back together and didn't charge us a penny.
