Would like to start by saying, save your patience, time and money. We decided to go with Lowe's…read morebecause we assumed a larger company would be more organized and be able to manage a simple tile install easily. Resounding WRONG! In the beginning they sold it to us and made it seem like it would be sunshine and rainbows and everything would run smoothly, but from the beginning it's been nothing but chaos and lies. We had one asociate tell us one thing then the next person would say that's wrong and we can't do that. This was for simplest things like delivering and scheduling. Then they couldn't tell us for sure if we received all of our $4000+ of needed items, which turns out we did not receive all and they made it seem like I was trying to steal from them when I tried to recover said deficit since the contractors themselves told me they were short items. My husband and I are both RNs with a toddler at home. We don't have time to try and keep up with what should be their whole business or to try and find someone who actually knows what they're doing. Also, forget about anyone trying to be helpful and get anything done once they have your money. I am truly disheartening by this company and this whole process and wish we had gone with someone else. Please just save your own sanity and go with someone else.

First time being there to return some trim, didn't have a ticket as I didn't know where to go or even needed a ticket, he was pissed off and shaking his head as I pulled to the gate trying to see where to go, after multiple questions on what I'm doing, he asked if I had a ticket, I said no, he shook his head again furious, confused, I asked where to get a ticket, he finally told me to pull into the lot to park and let me know where to get a ticket, then come back to him so he could help, albeit not very descriptive on where to go, I just walked to the first building I saw where he pointed, and the office guy was very friendly and helpful, told me this isn't normally where to get tickets but helped me anyways. all the old dude at the back had to say was I need a ticket from the front office, and everything woulda went smoothly. but instead it took him being mad asking questions first.

It's hard to give a 5-star review to a store where there is rarely anyone available to help you. I get lots of exercise walking all over the place looking for someone to help me. Once I find someone they're usually very nice about helping me but it's difficult finding someone in the first place that isn't busy with someone else or just walking by without making contact with you when you need a question answered of where to find something. This most recent visit a couple days ago I asked three different people where something was or if they carried it. Finally the third person told me the aisle I could look in and lo and behold I found it on my own and it was only $2! Online it would have been $10. They're also one of the few stores that sells cute little lavender flashlights. And on this most recent trip they had excessive amounts of hand sanitizers, antibacterial wipes, antibacterial soap, toilet paper, Etc which stores have been out of four months and usually sell out as soon as they come in. It was early evening by the time I got here so I was very pleased to find such a good Supply and bought about three items. So, if I come here I just have to make up my mind that I'm coming for the exercise and the walking. Too bad my current phone doesn't tell me how many steps I walk per day like my old phone used to.
