They were very honest with me on the timing of my repairs and offered estimates before I conclusively decided to repair the rings (or not). I am thankful they're in business and have been for decades in Amarillo, Texas! And I have yet to find a better jewelry cleaner! I overheard them telling a customer that their cleaning process also involves steaming. Wow my rings were returned better than new. I'll be back!
