"Why not get some fly strips to hang around my campsite". So, I googled for a hardware store and up popped Keith's. I pulled my Jeep and trailer into the courthouse parking lot across from Keith's and jumped out and locked the door only to realize I had taken the keys out of my pocket along with my wallet and my cell phone was on the dash. An "oh crap" moment. I went into Keith's and explained my predicament, and that I needed a locksmith. So, I'm imagining a couple of hours of waiting. The fellows in the shop said, "no problem, we can take care of it". They had all the tools and within 10 minutes my doors were unlocked. I asked what I owed them, and they said not a thing. The same thing had happened to me before and it cost me $200. What a nice small-town experience. Keith's Service Center is #1 and 5-stars in my book.

When I walked into the store they were very kind and happy to see me. When I told the first employee what I was looking for she even asked if I was the one that had called about the yard blocks. The other employees that assisted me also asked if I was the one that had called. One employee showed me what they had. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for so another employee and went above and beyond to call other garden and hardware stores to see if they had what I was looking for. I decided to go ahead and purchase what they had the employee that made the calls even helped to arrange the yard blocks to see if they were big enough for my purposes. I decided they would work so they rung up my purchase (they were even cheaper then the other hardware stores nice bonus) and they even loaded my 27 yard blocks in the back of my vehicle for me. I felt they really cared about my needs and were so helpful. I will definitely be doing more business with them. GREAT JOB AND THANKS!

I'm surprised at their prices in fact that I leave there feeling though as if I have taken advantage of them lol. The staff is so awesome. You walk in there and I was taken back because they are just talking away as if it were a family, which made it fun in there. Now....it wasn't like your run of the mill dirty arrogant or even cheap talk, it was fun, and as I was thumbing about and walking about I even found myself cracking up with them and before I knew it, I was involved with the conversations, which made me feel like I was at home. Don't you change a bit my friends, you definitely got what it takes to run this place and that is why you have been around the longest out of any other run of the mill and this is a true fact folks, were talking this place was established way way back. I'm not going to tell you because you need to get your hide in there and find out yourself. Their products are just and fair. Great quality and not crap in the least bit. The staff were so friendly and seemingly wanting to help, and you don't see that really in life anymore. You can't just take my word for it, it's one of those establishments that you have to get in there to find out for yourself. There's another Hardware store in town and their prices are super ridiculous and they actually follow you around to check up on you but in a way as if your being watched and not being helped out at all, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Now, I could see if I looked like a joker or a piece of crap coming up off the streets, it was very uncomfortable to say the least. This Hardware store even mentioned to me to NEVER go in there, but hey, I'm the type of person when I'm challenged, I gotta see it for myself. They were right, the prices were ridiculous that even BBB would have their heads spinning. So this Hardware Store gets a 5 Star review and my personal friendship! Yay!
