What you see is what you get! Make sure to go and look over the items before you bid and win. Keep in mind that they have a "soft close" which allows for the last bidder to be given a 2minute time where others can beat that bid. They disclose all of this online. They are super helpful at making sure you get what you won and they'll make sure it's loaded on a cart, and taken to the front of the storehouse (especially if it's the smaller things). Their help is generous and kind! From the front, you can load your items into your vehicle. Also, remember that you save $$ if you pay by cash because there's a higher premium on credit card payments. All in all, it was a good first experience. I am mostly very pleased with my visits to Bentley's, both online and in person. The employees are very kind and helpful, pick up is a breeze, and the cash payment discount is awesome! My only issue is the excessive amount of packing tape and labels that are all over every item. I understand items need to be meticulously organized and accounted for but it has affected the integrity of many of the items I have brought home. These guys are the greatest thing since sliced bread! I love looking through every auction they list on their website. You can find a new auction listing just about every day. Bentley's & Associates are professional and honest. I've been to the Albuquerque location a couple of times to pick up items and everyone is friendly and helpful. 100% of the items I get from them are broken or not working if it's electronics so be very careful about what you buy from them get it cheap and expect it to not work when you get it and you'll be lucky if it does actually work. Also they put stickers on everything that are very difficult to remove and cause damage to the item. read more
