The truck I rented was parked on the street and I was handed the keys in the store. Never was shown the vehicle all I was told was to drop the keys in the orange box. I was charged 38.00 and another 570.00 . I called and spoke with the manager at the store who was very rude. She told me I had made damages to the truck. I asked why I was called or emailed. I asked for a receipt. It showed 502.00. Later on in the day they took another 531.00 out of my account. I'm currently out of town and had to shut my debit card off.
