I told the company I have bad allergies and the technician asked if I had allergies. H left a mess in the house. He didn't bother to clean up the big mess outside before he left. He left big clumps of insulation by the back door. The 99.00 special turned into over 400 dollars he said I have a bad mold problem and didn't know how we were breathing. My neighbor went into the attic to look he said there wasn't any mold. I think the technician thought he could scam me because I'm an elderly female. Had 3 Carrier units replaced after 22 years of service. Jordan provided fair bid and worked with me…read moreto select equipment. Crew showed up as scheduled 3 days in a row. They insured alley was not blocked. Everyone on crew was very respectful of us , the dogs and our property. Cleaned up each day and took construction trash with them. Installation was very professional and no damaged caused on removal of attic equipment. Jordan took time to explain installation and set up the wifi thermostats and demonstrated how they work. They added an addition outlet and increased the size of two return lines for better airflow. Outdoor units were spaced properly for efficient air exchange. Invoice was exactly as bid. Very happy with installation, the crew doing the work and Jordan's leadership of the installation.

Airmasters installed HVAC systems in our new home along with a whole house humidifier. The units…read morework well and the work is clean. The issues have been their customer service. On several occasions I contacted them to request a Nest thermostat during initial install and now a replacement filter for the humidifier. On all occasions I've been told by a female(s) that Scott will call me back but that never happens. I ended up buying my own Nest thermostat and delivered it to them only to be told by Scott that I should return it and he would install a Nest Pro. If my calls had been returned I wouldn't have had to make trips back and forth to Lowes for the thermostat. I also experienced a problem with the fresh air intake vent on the system. After contacting them several times, I was told "they are discussing the issue". Eventually I had to fix the problem myself. Now I've had to order filters online because my call to request a replacement filter was never returned. Several of my friends and co workers are having new construction done by the same builder and have had the same experience with Air Masters. I'm now using another HVAC installer for 2 systems in my barn because I've lost all confidence in Air Masters. Since they can't return calls to their customers, correct installation issues and provide support, they've lost my business. Update- I was contacted by Air Masters 30 minutes after posting the review about the humidifier filters. Coincidence????
