I didn't know others had issues with the firewood here until I waited 10 days because supposedly their truck broke down. Winter storm came through after we purchased the wood. We waited 10 days and had to purchase wood from a grocery store when we should've had wood already. Four or 5 days after purchasing, the person that answered told my husband that the delivery guy will show up when he shows up, no one knows when, and that if you don't answer the phone you will get skipped on delivery. Second time I called, they say that their truck broke down but they will try to deliver soon, just can't deliver during the winter storm. Third time I called a week later, they say that we should get it within another day. Three more days pass by, which is 10 days after purchase, the delivery guy shows up when I was actually going to call for a cash refund so I can take my business elsewhere. Delivery guy says he had to use his own truck and make 2 trips. Business owner could've rented a U-Haul truck long before making customers wait 10 days. Poor execution of management for wood delivery. Previously, we were told to use a different company but we didn't because we are loyal customers but after this, we won't be back. DO NOT BUY WOOD FROM HERE!

When I called the guy out on this he was basically like tough s*&t ! If the guy would of told me what I was getting that would have been fine, but when you short me that's another issue.

On several occasions I contacted them to request a Nest thermostat during initial install and now a replacement filter for the humidifier. On all occasions I've been told by a female(s) that Scott will call me back but that never happens. I ended up buying my own Nest thermostat and delivered it to them only to be told by Scott that I should return it and he would install a Nest Pro. If my calls had been returned I wouldn't have had to make trips back and forth to Lowes for the thermostat. I also experienced a problem with the fresh air intake vent on the system. After contacting them several times, I was told "they are discussing the issue". Eventually I had to fix the problem myself. Now I've had to order filters online because my call to request a replacement filter was never returned. Several of my friends and co workers are having new construction done by the same builder and have had the same experience with Air Masters. I'm now using another HVAC installer for 2 systems in my barn because I've lost all confidence in Air Masters. Since they can't return calls to their customers, correct installation issues and provide support, they've lost my business. Update- I was contacted by Air Masters 30 minutes after posting the review about the humidifier filters. Coincidence????
