They were really MY LAST CALL after reaching out to five other companies. Some of them never sent us an estimate. Taylor (the owner) was quick to respond and even came over as soon as we talked to answer my list of questions. He assured me that we would not pay a penny until he was done with the work and were completely satisfied, which sounded unbelievable at first. His pricing is reasonable and doesn't ask for a non- refundable deposit like others. Taylor is professional, down to earth, easygoing, knowledgeable, reliable, patient, detail oriented, organized, adaptable and was available whenever I had any questions. His crew is hardworking, polite and considerate. They always closed our gates when they left and even rinsed off our windows after the dirt work was completed. Taylor and his crew gave us exceptional customer service which I used to think didn't exist anymore. Taylor made the vision we had for our yard into a reality. We really appreciate all y'all did!!! Already have had to have someone repair fence because its so weak. Plus fix their mess.Too many problems to list them all. They do not use material that is said on contract therefore they charge you for better material than what they actually use. Contract says 11.5 gauge chain link which is 125 thickness, they installed 17 gauge that is 0437 thickness. Its like a temporary aluminum wire fence that bends easily. Make excuses why they did horrible work and lie about the thickness but I have proof it is not what they said. Post are not below freeze point so most likely in time we know what's going to happen there. Check your material make sure it really is what is on contract.
