Instead of helping me as a customer, they seemed more focused on pushing hidden costs, dodging direct questions, and giving me the runaround. It was clear they had no intention of being transparent or professional. Every interaction left me feeling like I was being scammed rather than served. These three employees made what should have been a simple, positive experience into a situation full of stress, frustration, and distrust. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place. Ashley Furniture should be embarrassed to have employees like Rupert, Donald, and Dustin representing their business.
