I got started on clogs many years ago after wearing Minnetonka Moccasins for about 20 years because they were soft and comfortable and never pinched my feet. I found some lavender clogs and a scrub store in my hometown that were on sale for $9.99 clearance. I figured I'd give them a try. If they pinched my feet I wasn't out too much money. By the second day I was wearing them loved how comfortable they were and went back to get another pair but darned if the store hadn't sent all the shoes that hadn't sold to their outlet store in Arizona so I was SOL. I've bought several pairs since then, some brand new and some in thrift stores when I was lucky enough to find them. This store had a lot of great uniforms and accessories but their shoe selection wasn't real wide and they definitely didn't have any lavender or purple ones, plus the price was a little higher than I was hoping to spend although I did find a white pair on sale for $20 that I might double back and look at if I can't find what I'm looking for. A clerk cheerfully greeted me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular but at that point I just wanted to look around on my own so she told me about several sales they were having and left me on my own. I don't particularly like when clerk hover when I just want to look for the enjoyment of seeing what they have. I'm not in the medical field so I don't need the clothes for that purpose but I would say that if someone was, this would be a great store to check out.

I walked in and noticed that the few associates on the floor were already with clients, however none of them greeted me or stated that someone would be with me shortly. A group of employees came out of the back room as I was standing by the front entrance, and without kindness a girl with huge fake eyelashes yelled "do you need help?" Unsure she was even speaking to me, I looked to the back of the store and said 'I'm sorry were you asking me?" She said again 'yes, do you need something?' .... I walked to her since she had stopped walking towards me and told her why I was there... you see at the time I had just had part of my foot amputated and the rest of my foot was very much misaligned/deformed from metatarsal breaks. I was very vulnerable and unsure as to what I needed in terms of footwear. She very quickly and in an uncaring manner did the size routine and promptly put me in a very ugly men's shoe (I'm female) stating that it was the only one that would work. I was on the verge of tears as I felt defeated, I was super excited to come into the store to find something great and your employee did not do her job. I took a photo of the brand and size of shoe she put me in and ultimately, instead of buying local, purchased my shoes online through the brand website (at a lower price I might add). I will not recommend nor set foot into this store ever again. Anyone I have spoken to about this experience of mine has had a similar one... so I would strongly suggest that the upper management vet out who they hire in the future. I'm truly surprised you guys are still a functioning business.

Keep in mind that they have a "soft close" which allows for the last bidder to be given a 2minute time where others can beat that bid. They disclose all of this online. They are super helpful at making sure you get what you won and they'll make sure it's loaded on a cart, and taken to the front of the storehouse (especially if it's the smaller things). Their help is generous and kind! From the front, you can load your items into your vehicle. Also, remember that you save $$ if you pay by cash because there's a higher premium on credit card payments. All in all, it was a good first experience. Just don't expect to get something for nothing...most usually there are several competitors bidding on the same notable items. I had a good first experience! I told them that I'd be back.
