I walked in and noticed that the few associates on the floor were already with clients, however none of them greeted me or stated that someone would be with me shortly. A group of employees came out of the back room as I was standing by the front entrance, and without kindness a girl with huge fake eyelashes yelled "do you need help?" Unsure she was even speaking to me, I looked to the back of the store and said 'I'm sorry were you asking me?" She said again 'yes, do you need something?' .... I walked to her since she had stopped walking towards me and told her why I was there... you see at the time I had just had part of my foot amputated and the rest of my foot was very much misaligned/deformed from metatarsal breaks. I was very vulnerable and unsure as to what I needed in terms of footwear. She very quickly and in an uncaring manner did the size routine and promptly put me in a very ugly men's shoe (I'm female) stating that it was the only one that would work. I was on the verge of tears as I felt defeated, I was super excited to come into the store to find something great and your employee did not do her job. I took a photo of the brand and size of shoe she put me in and ultimately, instead of buying local, purchased my shoes online through the brand website (at a lower price I might add). I will not recommend nor set foot into this store ever again. Anyone I have spoken to about this experience of mine has had a similar one... so I would strongly suggest that the upper management vet out who they hire in the future. I'm truly surprised you guys are still a functioning business.

The young lady in the dressing room on 10/16/2022 at around 11AM was a hustler. The usual mess of clothes or stuff here and there. Typical thrift store. It was pretty big but very crowded. Luckily for me it turned out it was half price Monday so I got all the yarn for half what it was marked. I went back again the next Monday but didn't have as good of luck. I didn't really see anything new that had come in in the past week in the yarn category. But I got good use out of the items that I bought and it kept me knitting preemie hats and blankets and scarves for cancer wards which is what I do whether I'm traveling or at home.

I called the store, spoke with the manager and he was passively apologetic. He sounded more like talking to a a customer was more of an annoyance than really caring about taking care of the customer. The Plumber asked about the anti tip bracket and I told him there wasn't one. Called back and the manager answered again and instead of recognizing the need for the safety device, he was dismissive, and codesigning. The manager brought the anti tip bracket and was rude about it. I buy local when I can but will never buy from them again.
