I ended up mentioning it to the store manager after cashing out at the register. He apologized for her behavior and said, that "he was gonna have a talk with her about it." I've never had even a remotely similar experience with an employee of any business in my life. It was pretty disappointing that she was more concerned about getting to her lunch break then putting the least amount of effort forth possible when a customer was in need of some help.

We had problems with the heating system on our motorhome while traveling. Most RV dealers along…read moreour route were too booked to help. The heating system manufacturer pointed us to Coolhorse as a possible repair place. Called them and they said they would take a look and see what they could do. The service manager Hayden worked on the system for one afternoon and part of the next day to diagnose the problem. It took calls to the RV manufacturer and heat pump manufacturer to track down the issue. Once fixed, he tested it extensively to make sure it would work for us as we were headed to colder weather. Labor and parts charges were quite reasonable. Great business to deal with.
