We bought a half cord of firewood at Farmers and Ranchers Supply. Our choices were a piñon/cedar mix or Oak. We chose the mix because we love the smell piñon! When we unloaded the wood we had 4 logs of piñon. I definitely didnt expect even half piñon, maybe 1/4 or even a little less. I'm not that picky. So I called to let them know we were disappointed. I just started with saying I wanted to let them know. The "manager" on the phone very rudely said " What do you expect me to do?" I was pretty shocked because I wasn't even really upset. I just said it seemed like bad advertising and maybe even an apology would suffice. He said we don't know what's in the bag and we can't "count the pieces." Of course that wasn't even my expectation. I was just hoping for a reasonable response. It's also completely unseasoned. It sounds like fireworks, not firewood, lol. I didn't even bring that up, but while I'm letting it be known the kind of wood they are selling that was also a disappointment. I hope they do better in the future. I will definitely NOT be back.
