When you walk into the store you feel a bit cramped but it's simply because they have so many great cabinets full of authentic diamonds and lovely jewelry, along with cute personal and home items! They were very honest with me on the timing of my repairs and offered estimates before I conclusively decided to repair the rings (or not). I am thankful they're in business and have been for decades in Amarillo, Texas! And I have yet to find a better jewelry cleaner! It is the only place in Amarillo that carries Miele appliances, for example. It is great that you can see and touch these high-end brands. Unlike Best Buy, Lowes or Home Depot, the receipts are an arcane dot-matrix 3-part form, (impossible to read) and there is no delivery or installation. The expectation is that you already have a contractor to do pickup and installation.

Keep in mind that they have a "soft close" which allows for the last bidder to be given a 2minute time where others can beat that bid. They disclose all of this online. They are super helpful at making sure you get what you won and they'll make sure it's loaded on a cart, and taken to the front of the storehouse (especially if it's the smaller things). Their help is generous and kind! From the front, you can load your items into your vehicle. Also, remember that you save $$ if you pay by cash because there's a higher premium on credit card payments. All in all, it was a good first experience. Just don't expect to get something for nothing...most usually there are several competitors bidding on the same notable items. I had a good first experience! I told them that I'd be back.

I walked in and noticed that the few associates on the floor were already with clients, however none of them greeted me or stated that someone would be with me shortly. A group of employees came out of the back room as I was standing by the front entrance, and without kindness a girl with huge fake eyelashes yelled "do you need help?" Unsure she was even speaking to me, I looked to the back of the store and said 'I'm sorry were you asking me?" She said again 'yes, do you need something?' .... I walked to her since she had stopped walking towards me and told her why I was there... you see at the time I had just had part of my foot amputated and the rest of my foot was very much misaligned/deformed from metatarsal breaks. I was very vulnerable and unsure as to what I needed in terms of footwear. She very quickly and in an uncaring manner did the size routine and promptly put me in a very ugly men's shoe (I'm female) stating that it was the only one that would work. I was on the verge of tears as I felt defeated, I was super excited to come into the store to find something great and your employee did not do her job. I took a photo of the brand and size of shoe she put me in and ultimately, instead of buying local, purchased my shoes online through the brand website (at a lower price I might add). I will not recommend nor set foot into this store ever again. Anyone I have spoken to about this experience of mine has had a similar one... so I would strongly suggest that the upper management vet out who they hire in the future. We had bought some granite from them several years ago and the sinks we purchased there were missing some kinda ring gadget to make the sink look complete. The installation guys went out of their way to bring different sizes to complete the look in my sinks. I was so thankful and appreciative to them for doing that. Jenny was so helpful and patient with us to find the perfect granite for my kitchen. I was unsure if I would like it in my house and now oh my goodness!!! I love it! !
