Circle N Service is a joke! Do not use them to repair your appliances! A service technician, who is apparently also the owner, came to a service call for our 3 month old washing machine. It was not a cheap one. He said it wasn't making the noise and the computer didn't show any error codes, so it must be user error. It literally sounds like our washing machine is going to fly apart into a million pieces with every load, different load types, different people loading it, different load sizes. It also stops about 20 minutes into a 51 minute cycle and says it's done. The clothes are full of soap and soaking wet. That is not user error. We played him videos of the noises to show him what it was doing and told him it couldn't be user error making it sound that way. He said we would have to take it to his shop so he could look at it more. We stated that we were going to call Whirlpool back while he was there so they could make arrangements to have it transported, because we shouldn't have to do all of that and risk damaging it ourselves, for an almost $1,000 washing machine that his only 4 months old, only 1 month old when the problems began. He literally turned around, said "I am cancelling this call.", and walked out. Their business is a joke and they are extremely unprofessional. Apparently, they don't know how to correctly diagnose or repair certain appliances, either. When you call them on it, they just leave. If that's the treatment you get from the owner, who benefits from satisfied customers the most, can you imagine how any other employees would act?! They are a pathetic excuse for a business. read more
