So we waited (crickets) and called back and he said the fan motor would come in by Monday (this was Wednesday) (again crickets). Called again....again...and again..... Soooo we called Circle N Appliance and they were here that day, looked at the refrigerator, plugged it in, didn't see anything wrong with it. He said he thought that maybe the motor froze because food was covering the fan (admittedly it was, duh on our par). So he put the refrigerator back together and didn't charge us a penny. Guess where we're buying our next appliance...

So I drove to there location and was still on hold when I walked in the door I let them know I was still on hold and he rudely responded to me no you hung up on me. Ok, so this was the appliance service we called first to repair our refrigerator. The gentleman was…read morevery pleasant and was here the next day as promised. He took our refrigerator apart and determined that our fan motor was out and he needed to order one and would let us know when it was in to reschedule a time to install it. So we waited for a return call (crickets) ... and waited .... (Crickets). So my husband called him back again after the second week. He said the fan motor would be in Monday and he'd call and set up a time to repair it. Again (crickets)....we waited (crickets)....and waited (crickets). We tried calling numerous times with no response so called Circle N Appliance and they were in and out in a day. (You know where I'm going with this, right? Skip A-1 Appliance and go straight to the Cs for Circle N Appliance.) I gave A-1 Appliance 2 stars because he showed up on time and he didn't charge us anything but left our refrigerator in pieces. Why he didn't just tell us he couldn't fix it is beyond me. I mean, we wouldn't have been upset and we would have had our refrigerator up and running much sooner. ‍
