Great selection of anything paintball. Staff was friendly and helpful, and You can't beat their prices.

Great airsoft shop with excellent customer service! I've been here at least 4-5 times before leaving this review. read more

I ordered blue fill paint for a gender reveal. It was somewhat last minute so I called before ordering and verified that if I selected over night shipping that it would make it in time for an event I had. They said yes. I placed the order and then subsequently called me to confirm the address and I again asked if I would receive the product on time for the gender reveal. They said yes. after paying an additional 60+ dollars for shipping and handling, I opened the package at the event and it was YELLOW. It ruined the event and the pictures for my good friend. After contacting them back they refused to refund me claiming that they didn't note it was specific for the event. So now I have one event ruined and I'm out all the money I spent on it. When I complained about it I was hung up on. I've ordered from them for years and I'm extremely disappointed with this situation. For me it will be the last of the money they get from me. Update: They refuse to refund me even the product value because they claim that their policy is to substitute paint if they don't have it in stock. Well that police is at the bottom of the page which you must scroll to. If you simply search a product and add it to your cart for check out then you would never see the "Note". Either way, the phone call post purchase should have been enough to verify the order but if the rep never makes a note than you're just SOL. read more

Vic hooked it up, helped out with all of my pump marker and what I need for it. Best paintball store in town!

Bought a brand new HK Army luxe and got it today. It had the orange QC sticker on it which I don't want on the case, I'm not going to be selling this e. Took the sticker off and it peeled away the case. Called Ansgear and talked to customer service. They had me email them pictures and all they could offer me was 50% off a new case. I get that I wouldn't be able to get another Luxe case, but to offer me 50% off a 34 dollar case is a slap in the face after spending $1800 on this gun. The customer service guy told me that it was my fault because I removed the sticker. However no where on the sticker does it say not to remove it. read more

Worst Customer service ever! Never ever buy anything from this place. First its crazy that you have to pay for shipping to return an item. My whole family have bought multiple markers this place just recently. If we all combine together all our purchases it would be close to $5000. We purchased a Empire Axe 2.0 refurbished to save $70. This Jesse guy a guess a supervisor was a complete tool bag. He is very condescending and rude to customers. He mentioned that they always check the marker before shipping it. The marker did not work right out of the box. When we installed the tank and hopper. Pressed the trigger the marker pushed the paintball out 6 inches away from the barrel. We even had the local rental place try to fix it. We got in contact with this Jesse guy the following day. Long story short they have lost our redline board. We even have a picture of the box right before we walked in to drop it off at a FEDEX location. Which I have to purchase another board. We called this morning and talked to Michael. He read the notes and he confirmed that the market was indeed leaking. Their resolution was they compensated us with "fixing" the marker and paying for shipping. Would not do anything else for the bad experience with the customer and the cherry on top. This Supervisor hang up on a customer. Great Job Jesse! See their response what a total BS and a lie.....Opened the box and the marker did not work at all! You guys are a bunch of clowns! They like to talk over you and talk down......Also they like to hang up on their customer! read more

Been going here for years. The owner and his crew are top notch. They know their stuff and have all of the coolest gear out there. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else! read more

Went here today to checkout some woodsball markers with my son and know nothing about the current world of paintball. I had so many questions and the staff was patient and kind. They talked about everything I needed to know and then some. I was looking at a Tippmann X7 Phenom and they told me it had recently been discontinued but showed me about 6 other opinions I could go with at pretty much every price point. The fact that they carry essentially EVERYTHING is a huge plus for this store in my book and I have a ton of options to now think about. They never once tried to pressure me to hurry up and buy and gave me so much to think about it really speaks volumes about how this place is ran. Customer Service is all but dead but not her I don't write reviews on stores normally but the service here is unparalleled. I live in Santa Clarita and I'll tell you what I'm only shopping here and have already spoke with my other friends who are looking for new markers about this place. Extremely satisfied and I haven't invested a cent yet. I plan on coming back very soon and you have my business. Amazing job to the young men behind the counter today 06/11/2018 you guys are as knowledgeable as you are professional. read more

Don't shop ANS gear unless if you want your gear late all the time. "Free shipping" means 2 weeks just to get to the Midwest. Pay extra for the good shipping or shop somewhere else that actually sends out your order when purchased. A few paintball sites have the same selections or parts you'll need. read more

ANSgear has been my go-to since I began to paintball again in the last couple of months. Every item I have purchased has always arrived in perfect condition and all items were clearly packaged professionally. During this last purchase, there was a bit of an issue due to the shipment method, however, the customer service provided by Jesse was absolutely incredible. He was able to rectify the issue in record time and demonstrated a care for the customer that you don't always see. I will definitely remain a life-time customer of ANSgear. read more
