Lastly I think the brand quality is poor, for women the shoe selection seems to consist of the cheaper shoes of a given brand. I discontinued my membership after months of trying all the wrong shoes they suggested for me and feeling frustrated that they were unable to get me the shoe I was asking for. I went to On Track and in my first visit there, had a better understanding of my foot, the different models of the particular shoe I was after, a very in-depth discussion about the differences in the models, and they ordered the EXACT shoe we agreed on, which was the one I had been trying to get for almost 9 months. Matt, the manager, was incredible. Very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and personable - he was invested in me and my needs from the start to the finish. After the shoe arrived to the store, I went in for a final fitting and had to bring my 3 and 4 year olds with me. He made space for them to play and explore some of their merchandise without even a hesitation while he and I focused on my shoes.
