I have been a long time customer of ANS gear and honestly this is the 1st bad experience I've had with them. I ordered 2 of the Gender reveal paintball kits and they came well packaged in bubble wrap with each color in a separate zip lock bags. There was no additional labels on the box or plastic bags. The paintballs they sent looked similar to the website as one bag contained greenish shelled paint and one contained purple shelled paint. The color of the green shelled paint was supposed to be pink inside and the color of the purple shelled paint was supposed to be blue. It was the exact opposite of what was initially advertised on their website. The greenish shelled paint contained blue fill and purple shelled paint contained pink fill. We did not spot check both types of paint to ensure the right fill color as it seemed obvious what to do based on the pictures and on the website. The inverted color switch caused an obvious mixup for the gender reveal. I promptly posted negative reviews about the product and they updated the pictures to reflect the switch. This seems to me to be an epic level fail in quality control and attention to detail. The manager was adamant the bags are labeled and the color was different enough I should have know something was off and checked it prior. He also straight up lied and said my bad reviews didn't cause them to update the picture on the website. He said they were in the process of changing it already and my review had nothing to do with the change. Best offer was a refund which seems obvious but with such a significant screw up they should have done much more for me! read more

got my order wrong drove down to get the right thing I ended up spending $700 while I was there getting me and my son emeks and hoppers and a gear bag for him. I also received items that were not as described, and some were even falling apart. I was told that this is how the items come as they are older and there isn't anything they can do about it.
