The improvement has been dramatic. Our son who's been doing private lessons has been getting the barrel on the ball consistently, hitting the ball farther, and in just the last month he hit three over-the-fence home runs (a first for him). Josh, the owner, is also genuinely one of the best. He has gone out of his way to accommodate our kids' busy schedules and clearly cares about the families who come through his facility. Excellent coaching, great culture, highly recommend. A long time ago we once went to another baseball facility for a camp and it was not a positive experience (older kids saying things like "youre trash" etc.. with little supervision) and we did not go back. So glad we found Breckley's after that, it's been night and day, we could tell the difference from the first time just by how the other kids acted. If you're looking for somewhere to help kids that love baseball get better I cant reccomend Breckley's enough. They'll learn skills and sportsmanship and will be overseen by someone who really cares about them and about having a place that's a great place for kids to go.

Once you see the first sign, pass it and at the next sign turn in where there's an open fence (driveway looks like an abandoned area). Stay to the left and continue on the narrow road and you'll see the parking lot and field. Tip: Be sure to pack a big cooler of ice, water, bottles, and snacks in your trunk. I packed one veggie and one slime and crackers party tray along with a couple bags of chips, Gatorade's, grapes,berries, hand sanitizer and a roll of paper towels. Everyone in the group enjoyed the goodies. The outdoor venue is spacious, and they have wooden picnic tables under covered awnings where you can park your car right next to. Service: they have everything you need -masks, pellets/paintballs, and guns, and you can rent, and you can play all day until they close. The only negative remarks based on my group's feedback is that some people played unfairly and didn't call their shots when they got hit and continued to play. In addition the referee, Gavin, although he was super nice and cool, he let a lot of things slide so the people in my group got upset about that. The smell in other people's review is true- it is STRONG and hard to get away from if you are trying to watch people. Not sure what is but I could only take so much - and since my step daughter and I didn't play, we ended up going to the Janns Mall and watched a movie while the rest of the group played. Btw- they have port-a potties right next to where you enter and exit the playing fields. For those reasons, I'm giving 3 stars. Overall, it's nice to have something different nearby that's outdoors for the kids, teens and adults.

She was super friendly, really informative, and immediately picked up on my daughter's strengths as well as the areas she should focus on. My daughter left excited and already looking forward to her next lesson with Brigitte, which says a lot! While my daughter was doing her lesson, my husband and son rented a bay. Josh at the front desk greeted us right away, showed us the food and drink menu, got us all set up, and even gave my son a few pointers on his grip. He also walked us through how the simulator worked, which made everything really easy. Josh was really friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a really great experience. The place is nice, but honestly, it's the staff that really stands out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We went to another indoor golf simulator last month, and it honestly doesn't compare. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the Moorpark area. We'll definitely be back!

I first traveled to California in 2024 with a group of 30 college student-athletes for a tournament and wanted to find a place to do some team building and found 101 Escape Rooms. I reached out and owner David was more than happy to host us, come in early to accommodate our game schedule, and provide an outstanding experience. The team returned to this tournament this year (2026) and the players who were on the 2024 trip specifically asked to go to 101 Escape Rooms again. I called David and re-introduced myself and asked if we could again bring a group of 30 to do some escape rooms. He quickly said yes, provided a group discount rate, and made the experience that weekend outstanding once again. Not only are the actual rooms custom created, unique, and unlike any other escape rooms I have seen, but the staff is great, the challenge and team building potential worked exactly as planned, and I would so highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you are just hanging with friends or traveling with a larger group. 10/10 experience!

My hands were sore from trying to get the ball to fly the proper distance. I signed up for the range membership because you used to use real balls, but not any more. Either post a sign saying they're limited flight or adjust the yardage markers or both. Limited flight balls suck. Anyone going to the Taylormade fitting ... I guarantee they aren't going to be using limited flight balls.
