Awesome Shop! Super cool stuff and the people that work there are very helpful and nice. Even if they don't have it out on the floor for display they have a huge warehouse in the back where they keep all their online stock. Will be coming here in the future when I need anything related to paintballing or skating without a doubt! read more

COMPLAINT I HAD TO FILE AFTER NO RESOLUTION I am writing to you formally to express my sincere and utmost disgust for your company's Customer Service or lack thereof. You have an issue on your hands that requires resolution, expedited resolution. Your Customer Service Agent, "Chris" whom I spoke with at 3:40pm on 2/25/16 is not only completely incompetent, but downright rude. My son and myself on 2 separate instances, called your company on Friday 2/19/16 regarding an order we received. My son purchased a gun, 2 pack magazines, air line and some other items. I, my son and a witness were there when these items were received and the box was opened. We are all willing to formally note the findings from this box opening. Upon opening, the 2 pack magazine was missing 1 magazine. The plastic bag it was held in was open. There was ONLY 1 magazine in the box. Immediately, my son called to report this to your Customer Service in which he was told an investigation needed to be opened. So, we filed the investigation and were promised a prompt response by end of business. Then, my son connected the line to the gun and let the air run through. Within 5 seconds, the line bubbled and was clearly defective. Again, my son immediately called and we were promised resolution. At this point, I called your Customer Service. I called because we had a private party paintball event on Sunday and my son needed his items. We were told to drive to Simi Valley to your headquarters to see if we could resolve. Obviously, that was not possible being that it was 3 pm on a Friday at this point. So, your Customer Service agent PROMISED me it would be resolved by end of business Friday and he would call us back along with sending a shipping label to return the line. The email arrived but a return call did not. My son followed up all weekend and all week long until yesterday, when I was fed up with the lack of resolution and called ANS Customer Service. Chris in Customer Service took the call. I explained everything to him and was told, "The weight matched what was shipped so you received it, so you have to wait until the investigation is over". I assured him the 2 pack arrived as a 1 pack and tried to ask when the line we already returned would be reshipped and he refused to answer me. When I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor, Chris said, "There is no Manager here". I then demanded his manager's name and he said "Trevor". I asked if I could wait for Trevor so Chris put me on hold for 15 minutes. When he got back on the phone, he said " No Manager is available, they are too busy dealing with other issues from the day and don't want to talk to you". I was appalled. As I became more upset and angry, so did my tone and words. I admit to using profanity 3 times during the call in which Chris told me to "Not use that language" which only upset me more. How dare you not offer me any resolution for a week after we PAID for something! I then asked how can I return all the items and get a refund. Chris said, " Call back tomorrow or send an email, don't you listen?" Your website says to call Customer Service whom I was already on the phone with! Then I asked for the owners name and Chris directly said, "THAT IS NOT PUBLIC INFORMATION AND I AM NOT GIVING THAT TO YOU". WHAT????? You have to be kidding! I then demanded the owners name and I was put on hold again! When Chris came back to the line, he told me that I could find the name on the shipping label and Chris said, "You have the shipping label, get it off there if you want it". Again, I was floored. I actually believed I was being pranked. How could a reputable business have employees talk like this? Again, I demanded the name and Chris finally rushed the name out. He then hung up on me. This call occurred on speaker phone on my end and I have 2 witnesses who will vouch for this story. I then had to do my own research and search for your information. I left Peter a message with Daniel who assured me Peter would call me back in the morning. I desperately need this resolved and would now like a full refund for all the items we purchased. I would like nothing to o with your business and am requesting a refund. I am beyond disgusted with this business and have already contacted the BBB. Please resolve our issue yourself since clearly no one else is capable of taking care of your business. read more

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! I would give -100 stars if I could. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I called to have a pair of pants I purchased exchanged. The initial phone call was great, everything was smooth. I did exactly as the website explains out with the RMA number and everything, paid to have it shipped back, cool - no problem. It has been three weeks since they received the package. They keep using the excuse of the holidays, which was ONLY 2 days! The website specifically says 3-5 business days for processing. Taking the holidays into consideration, they have had my product for 13 business days. I have called three times and every single time I call they tell me "So funny! He was actually working on that RMA number as I spoke with him. They'll email the tracking number to you by the end of the day." Effing liars. Three times in three different weeks they're working on the same order?! I am appalled. Spend the extra money to order from a site that cares about their customers. I am disgusted with ANSGear. read more

Best customer service I have ever received. My husband and I went in looking for paintball gear and the young lady that was helping us was very helpful and informative and stayed with us till we found everything we went in for. read more

the dudes at the front desk are cool as heck! customer service is off the chain. their tech departments great as well, Roy is THE MAN!

Twice, worst service ever, won't deliver what they sell you. I had to get my money back 2x for two different orders.

Purchased a rebuild kit for my CP regulator and received an incorrect order of a tank reg rebuild instead. I purposely made this order 2 weeks prior to a local tourney so I can attend it. Proceeding with contacting customer service and letting them know their error in shipment they said it would be resolved and they would make sure I got the correct product before the game. Spoke with multiple reps David, Casey, And Cory to find out know that I'm am the "Liar" who made this up and now they won't over night the correct product which I ordered. I explained to them that this is a time sensitive issue and if they just told me the truth I could have fixed it myself and repurchased the day I received the wrong one and waited for a refund for the first purchase. I would recommend only going in store as I have been a customer since 2002 getting my GenX cocker there and always had get service. Seems like they have gone down hill with keeping loyal customers. read more

Great selection, the staff are nice and helpful, reasonable prices. I have to be careful when I go there or I will go home broke and cards max'd out LOL. read more

Kind of disappointed = ordered smoke devices = have done so before = this time two are leaking a powder out the bottom - called - spoke with customer service = told no big deal - let them know later if issue - they look bad - plus ask if any danger from the powder as to touch since coated the inside of the bag and residue in the bottom of bag - said do not know but thought harmless = so they were nice but really two non answers = how am I to know after using if it performed properly ? Just my thoughts and opinion as the consumer . read more

Ansgear has lost a once loyal customer for life! I recently purchased a ninja sl pro v2 take from ansgear and decided upon receiving the tank that I would like to get the same version of the tank on a larger size. So I contacted customer service and shipped the (un-used) tank back on my dime as I was instructed to do. ans received the tank and called me back stating that the tank had a bent bonnet and wear from use (to be clear the tank was unboxed "carefully" screwed into my marker and then immediately re-boxed in its original packaging.) Long story short I'm now left with shipping fees and a tank I can't use. My advice, take your business to paintballgateway.com where they value their customers or your local pro shop. read more

Ordered a bunch of gear from ANS with multiple orders. Shipping was quick for my upcoming weekend of paintball. I unfortunately received a defective empire prophecy z2 loader and I called empire first. The guy I spoke with was a replica of a customer support representive for Comcast (if you don't know what I mean imagine being told to unplug your router when you have internet problems). So basically he just told me to send it in. I called ANS after that and spoke with Rob who really tried to solve the problem doing some minor trouble shooting with me over the phone which was awesome. But sadly I had to send it back and he offered to send me a new loader when he recieved the tracking number and to make sure my new loader is running great. So I receive my new loader tomorrow and can't be happier for another weekend of paintball. Awesome products and awesome service from ANS definitely my go to for paintball gear. This is the biggest load of crap. I got the email for this so called sale that does not have a end date or time. I tried to order the olive e flex for $48 and when I went to the website it's a different price. I called twice to talk to them and see what was going on one person told me they would call me back and never did I called again first guy said sorry sale has ended. So I asked where does it say or show that it has ended he said it doesn't but that's how it is it can end at any time. So I asked for a supervisor and it went even worse he said that they couldn't honor that price cos they have nothing to do with it. So here is my problem it's on here shown for $48 I have it on my email for the same price is this false advertisement or is it just a hook to try and get people to go to their website and the worst part is that they won't even attempt to help you. The advertisement is on Facebook and on my email I will gladly add the pics of it read more

Bought a paintball marker over a month ago. It did not work out of the box. Has been RMA'ed twice. Still no resolution and they are "fixing" my marker. I am complaining to credit card now. read more

I ordered online from Ansgear and I went to go pick it up at the store I was able to open the box and look at everything I ordered and was able to check the box of paint that was in my order and the bags of paint was clean of paint but had some moisture but was perfectly fine to shoot. When ever I have to get paintball gear I'm going to order off of Ansgear. read more

My work had a paintball team building event and I needed paintball gear at reasonable prices because I wasn't sure if I would ever be play again. Since it was my first time, my first thought was to go on amazon and the sporting good websites but a lot of the gear was expensive. I came across ANS gear and it looked like they had all the high name brands (which at first I thought I wouldn't be able to afford) at such cheap prices. I told my coworkers and we all placed our orders for paintball guns, masks, pads, and paintballs. We were all shocked at how cheap we got all the trendy gear for. We anticipated we would get the packages a few days before the event, but we were pleasantly surprised when our packages arrived earlier than expected. That was really nice so we had time to try everything on and make sure everything fit right. I know one of my coworkers is really really OCD and technical and had so many questions. He called them multiple times and they were very friendly and helpful. Brad was great and very patient! We had a fun time playing paintball, and although I'm not sure if I would go out and do it again, I was very happy with all my gear I got from ANS gear. We had a great time. read more

walked into ans with 3 broken guns more than 10 years old and ryan was able to get them all working again in about 15 minutes! it only cost me $1.06! very nice and sincere and all around friendly guy. taught me the basic mechanics of the guns and showed me how to properly clean and maintain them when the time comes. overall great experience and such a cool store as it was my first time there. thanks guys :) will be coming back again read more

AVIOD!! I Spent almost 2 grand on an online order... My marker had a huge air leak and didn't even fire properly, when's it's new in box keep in mind .. When I called them they said theres nothing they can do about it and the call the manufacture... There's no reason I should have any issues with a new gun and if so it should be replaced.. POOR BUSINESS 100% Never again will I spend a penny at this place read more

I have had a couple orders with this company. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AS THINGS THAT THEY SAY THEY HAVE THE DON'T have. I had troubles with items they said were in stock were not. I then settled for different colors and the orders took forever to go out. i ordered some stuff on 3/29/2016 and on 4/5/2016 it still hasn't shipped. I talk to them over the chat and they say it will be shipped today but dont offer anything to ease the headache that I have had to keep after them to get part of my gear. read more

I recently purchased a 1500 paintball marker from this company. I should have read the customer service issues prior to purchasing. As soon as the marker arrived, and I put air into it, I immediately noticed an air leak. I played a couple of rounds in hopes of clearing the problem but the air leak persisted. I did not touch the marker after that and never took the bolt out. I emailed ansgear.com hoping for a refund. They said before they could do anything I needed to remove the bolt and add more grease as well as look at the o-rings. I did this, and the air leak persisted. I emailed the company back showing the results in a video with the air leak and never heard back. I called the company after not hearing about anything and was informed they could not refund the money since the gun had been disassembled, even though I have an email train informing me to do just that coming from their "tech". The lady on the phone essentially pushed me off saying all they would do is possibly warranty it. TL:DR - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY read more

i bought a paintball gun from them and when i opened it up i noticed right off that the trigger frame had scratches on it and the anno was way off in color to the rest of the gun. when i called to complain to them. they said that i need to take pictures and then wait for their reply back. well i bought the gun to use that weekend so waiting for them to get back to me on what could be done i used the gun that weekend and now they say that it's used and they can't do anything about it. not even replace the trigger frame with one that isn't messed up. thanks ansgear. read more

Bought a JT from them on January 2nd, 2017, received it on January 4th and took my son to Splatter Ranch in Scottsdale on January 5th so they could set up the gun and show my son and I how to use it. Within 5 minutes even before firing the gun the techs at Splatter Ranch showed me that the gun had a defective bolt. I informed Chris with ANSgear what happened on January 6th and shipped it to them on January 8th. Followed up with Victor today and he said they "just received it today and the tech was actually just looking at it" (yeah right you received the gun on January 11th and no doubt your tech did NOT "just happen to be looking at the gun"). Within 2 minutes Victor called me back and said that it was the user that caused the damage and that i now owed him money to fix it!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Splatter Ranch techs deal with paintball guns all day everyday and before the gun was fired they knew it was defective. They are an independent 3rd party unlike ANSgear that instantly wanted to charge me more $$$ to fix the gun!!! NOONE ELSE touched the gun except the techs at Splatter Ranch. Ironically, all the techs at Splatter Ranch said that ANSGear techs will clearly see that it is defective. Apparently not because they are trying to charge me to fix a gun that clearly was defective from the manufacturer. Not suprisingly a manager was not available per Victor. Now they have the defective gun and I am out $600. Great way to conduct business ANSGear!!! Does the word Integrity mean anything to you guys??? read more

absolutely horrible. yeah prices are slightly cheaper than some pro shops in local areas but their customer service sucks. will never purchase from them again. 2 seasons i purchased my gear from them and the last time elbow an knee pads were small(mistake on my end, an they were sure to point that finger the first time i called) which i didn't say anything, then the ape board i purchased was also wrong an did not fit my gun so when i had to pay $22 to ship the stuff( now their mistake included, which when i said that they were quick to say well each item is separate and we cant pay for shipping label or even ship the elbow pads out overnight because i said i would rather them compensate me that way since it wasn't them who went to ups to ship it out because they wouldn't answer me for 2 days. i ended up spending more than my pro shop had the items for. lmfao horrible customer service, sticks it to the customer anyway they can just like a company nowadays. all in all id rather have easy customer service then try an save 10 or 20 dollars. returning stuff from online purchases sucks, an if you cant support customers stay a local pro shop!!!! yes i specifically made a yelp because this upset me that much!
