When we first arrived no one was available to seat us, we waited a good 5 min to be seated. Once seated we were placed at a table near the bar and there were about 5 tables taken at the time. Once seated the hostess had to take our drink order because the bartender (who was also our waitress) was being friendly and flirting with 2 male customers at the bar. Once the male patrons left, she proceeded to come and take our order. It took almost 30 min to get our order, and not one time did she come over to check to see if there was anything else we needed. At no time during our visit was there a lot of customers, so the food should have not taken that much time to bring out. Don't go to this place. We were never served after making eye contact with each worker that walked passed our table. We sat and waited for 30 minutes and left. We never received any drinks, welcome, or anything. We were seated at the table and that's it. The establishment was empty and not even busy. They even had a waitress sitting down eating. Located near the Pooler, Ga. Tanger outlets area, we stopped in for a quick breakfast before continuing on our road trip. The ambiance of this location was warm and inviting. Travis; our server, was phenomenal and made our experience memorable. He was very attentiveness to our menu questions and made us feel very welcomed. We had great conversations and took his recommendations for the grits accompanying my Mediterranean style Omelette which was loaded with an explosion of flavor. I was greeted by friendly employees from hostess to waitress on this busy morning at Another Broken Egg. I joined the waitlist using the helpful Yelp feature! Classic Eggs Benedict is always a favorite of mine. At 570 calories, this entree had one of the lower calorie counts! I really appreciate when restaurants post the calories on their menus. The Eggs Benedict was delicious except for the over cooked eggs. The side of Country Grits, which several Yelpers recommended, was delicious with the bacon, diced fresh tomato and green onion garnish. They have a full service bar, and they have menu pairing recommendations for their brunch entrees. I look forward to returning soon! read more

Let me start by saying we went there on a Saturday morning. I had been waiting to try this place and it did not disappoint. There will be a wait time, ours was 35 minutes. The good thing is that you have a few stores walking distance (Home Goods, Ulta) so time will fly. Since we mentioned it was our first time, they gave us a complimentary order of beignets. We devoured those. I had a strawberry mimosa which was delicious. My partner had a hot chocolate. He had a backuezo omelette and I had a lobster and Brie omelette. Brunch -10:45am Party of 2 I love breakfast places and love weekend brunch! I do not like waiting an hour+ for a table but thanks to the link on yelp, our wait time was 25 minutes. Since it was our first visit, they gave us complimentary beignets with delicious marmalade! Yum! I had a sunrise scrambler (eggs and spinach) and city grits. These grits were amazing!! My son had biscuits & gravy which included scrambled eggs and sausage. The sausage has a very unique taste that Nick didn't like. The waitress asked if he would prefer bacon which made him happy. The way she suggested it made me think she was substituting it so imagine my surprise when a $3.99 charge for bacon on our bill. All in all, the place is great! VERY aWESOME experience!! from the waitlist set up to the food down to the customer service EVERYTHING was A-1!! We were visiting Pooler for shopping and decided to stop by for breakfast. We checked Yelp first and saw the waitlist, joined it and were seated when we arrived, after maybe a 5 min wait. Our server was very attentive and super sweet. We actually met the franchise owners, a cute couple who were very personable and most gracious. If I lived here, I'd probably eat here every single day! The wait was up to 50 mins and people were still willing to wait and boy was it worth it! We ordered coffee, mimosas, an omelette, cheese grits, ham, eggs and beignets.. There was soooo much food! We really enjoyed our visit here. It was somewhat crowded as most brunch places are on the weekend but not overly so and our wait wasn't long. They also had covered, heated outside seating which made our visit that much more comfortable. Our server was kind and attentive. Everything we were served we enjoyed. This place gets my award for "friendliest staff in Pooler!" We had such a great experience. We sat down about 20 before they closed and was greeted by our server, Jocelyn, like it was her first table of the day - a huge smile and so pleasant! Me and my husband went into the restaurant and in was hardly anyone in there, the hostess sat us in the very back for a table big enough for 6 to 8 people, when there were smaller tables up front. As we sit there by the kitchen we hear hard core rap music, which I don't care for. I said something to our waitress and it was like she was offended but I was the one offended. She moved us and then she and other waitress started talking about us in ear shot. I was very offended so we ask for a check just for our teas.
