Look, it's bad enough I usually must wait for a table on the weekend, but now more of you will be convinced that a short wait is well worth the amazing food, great service and refreshing drinks! However, I will take a shortcut and get on the waitlist ahead of time. So, if you must... The location is ideal with plenty of parking around a large strip mall setting. Fortunately, the restaurant itself is out of the way of parking-spot-hogging businesses. Great ambiance, open, bright, and welcoming. There is also a bar with seating either indoors or via the patio. My wife is a coffee drinker and is disappointed in the "simple" offerings. But a good Cup O' Joe is better than none. Juices and soft drinks are available, but as an iced tea drinker I must protest. The regular tea is just that. Blah. The raspberry option is, as I understand it, just syrup added. Too sweet and fake tasting. A nice green tea or mango tea would be refreshing in the morning. More on drinks later. The menu is extensive with something for everyone. You may also request a kid's and/or a gluten-free menu. This place really aims to please! The food is delicious!! The home-made sausage patties are absolutely amazing! You won't be disappointed! My usual is the Crab Cake Benedict. With a healthy serving of crab meat, and your choice of potatoes or grits (get the grits!! though why they don't bring you butter with the grits is beyond me). Chicken and waffles provide you with a generous portion of both. Well worth it! Strawberry Pound Cake should be best left for dessert and a smaller serving. Too much heavy and dense cake to eat at one serving (so maybe share). The Smoked Salmon Benedict is another favorite for our table as well as the Traditional Day Starter. The potatoes are done exactly right. Lightly crispy, tasty, and hot. However, the show-stealers are the Biscuit Beignets. Out of this world!! You will be glad you ordered them! Usually, a manager will stop by your table to greet or check in on you. When Andrew is there, he does make it a point to touch each table, but he also continuously hustles and is always helping the staff. This is a well-run business! A negative that must be addressed: For a place that serves mimosas by the glass and pitcher, please train the staff on how to pour champagne!!! NEVER straight down!! Please! Always at a 45-degree angle and pour against the side of the glass or pitcher. This minimizes the foaming and bubble loss. Properly poured champagne should not have a head or foamy top. Most champagne, and sparkling wine bottles, have a divot at the bottom of the bottle for your thumb, thereby allowing you to balance the bottle as you pour. The bubbles keep your drink extra refreshing and blend well with the juice, so it doesn't get flat right away. A welcome alternative is the Bloody Mary. Not only a work of art with bacon and toppings, but Insta worthy and just so good! So, I highly recommend you visit often. You too will be hooked! Enjoy! read more

This is a great brunch location. My son picked out this spot and I was not disappointed. I had the shrimp and grits and they do not skimp on the shrimp. The side of garlic bread i wish was a thicker piece of bread to be able to actually shovel grits onto the bread. The sauce was seasoned to perfection the grits were a great consistency. I could of eaten this dish everyday and not get tired of it. We had the pitcher of blueberry lemon mimosa and yes it was 9am but I was on Vegas time still lol. My son had an omelet w a side of bourbon banana pancakes and those pancakes were fire! So good the bourbon sauce I would eat that with anything needs to be bottled. Great Spot, easy parking and friendly staff. We were seated quickly on a Sunday morning - there was a line when we left so early is better or use website to wait list prior. We had s group of 6 (one baby), the hostess & crew made it happen (even with a stroller) connecting table was a little wobbly, but it was addressed. Restaurant is bright and roomy with plenty of inside & outside seating, with bar option. TV's over bar allow u to stay updated on scores for east coast games Our waitress was friendly and helpful with questions about menu (our first time). Menu has some interesting combinations, but also some near basics for us simpler people. Everyone at our table enjoyed what they ordered, high-lights were potatoes, pancakes, and omelets were all positive. I loved the huge biscuit & gravy and split with one son- devoured. Daughter had the goat-cheese pancakes and enjoyed. Portions were large, two of us had some to take home. Coffee was good and cups stayed full. Pro-tip: So much variety on the menu! Highlights: They had a soft opening collaboration with the Phoenix Children's Hospital where you donate money to the hospital for your meal that weekend. I wish this place wasn't so far from me. About a half hour drive, but I managed it once because a friend had so strongly recommended it. GREAT menu, with seasonal changes. SO MANY ITEMS LOOKED EXCITING TO TRY!! This place really focuses on the little things, like serving a small bottle of maple syrup, gently heated, with your French Toast. Wonderful service. Really impressed with the variety on the menu! I got the Salmon Benedict and it was phenomenal all around. Service was amazing and very prompt with beverage refills. They don't have a huge capacity so be prepared for a wait, but they do have an outside area with a few tables. I wasn't able to try one of the mimosas that came in SO MANY varieties but plan to go back and partake! I saw the table next to me ordered the lemon goat cheese blueberry pancakes and it seemed like a restaurant favorite. The omelet was undercooked, maybe 1 leaf of spinach on top no spinach in the omelet and English muffin was barely warmed. OJ was good. Let me start off by saying that the ranking does not reflect on the service or the food reflects solely on the management and I will explain. We were eager to try this place as we saw it driving past but they finally got a chance to go. The menu is overly awesome with So many different selections to choose from. Our server was wonderful very helpful with guiding us through the menu. Food came out pretty quick we ordered a couple of things and had coffee while we waited the coffee was very good they have flavored creamers so I was extremely happy for that. Food came everything was great the portion sizes were very nice the food was very flavorful had great seasoning I ordered shrimp and grits the grits were absolutely great they did only have the popcorn shrimp though which was a slight letdown. We also had the short ribs and grits which was very tasty and very well seasoned and well prepared. Now let's get to the issue at hand which is "Robert" their manager. As we had breakfast we were surrounded by other tables that had other people sitting at them every table that's surrounding us had a table with people. As Robert made his way through the room he went out of his way to ask everyone how was the food how are they enjoying everything and he seem to miss our table sitting right in the middle of everyone else that he checked on. This was a slap in the face as we were the only black couple in the entire restaurant and it was very noticeable. And it pissed me off but I didn't say anything at that point as Robert came back through the dining room for a second time because the new people had come in the exact same results happened at that point we were finished and on our way out anyway. When I paid my bill at the front I asked the hostess to go and get him at that time I asked him his name and was he's a manager and I expressed to him that he specifically went through the dining room twice and asked everyone how was their experience and how they were doing and did they need anything and specifically ignored our table twice at that point he told me that he didn't notice and that he was really busy running back-and-forth which was an absolute load of crap he stood right next to us at another table to talk for almost 5 minutes! He also talk to the table right behind us for quite a bit of time also. He said he didn't mean any disrespect and that he was sorry but I was really not interested in his apology because I felt 100% that it was done intentionally. For these reasons I don't suggest anyone tried this place because of the treatment that we received at this place and I really wanted to return to this place because I really did like it but I refuse to go anywhere and spend my money and I get treated like that in my face so directly read more

Really very good. It seems like service can be a bit slow, but it was clear they were busy both times, so I wasn't too concerned. I had the vanilla cold brew and it was really good. My first attempt to visit this restaurant has been a substantial failure. For 6 people, we were waiting for over 1 hour. I was the last one to arrive in my party of 6. The rest of my party had already been waiting 30 minutes. We kept on being told that it would only be 15 minutes. Then we were given the excuse that only certain tables could be combined to accommodate us. I have worked in customer service my entire life, and this was one of the top 2 most terrible experiences to get seated. Eventually, we called another restaurant and asked them about their wait. We told the hosts, a blonde girl and guy with brown curly hair that we were leaving they just said, "Okay." No apology, no remorse. They told us it'd be a 20 minute wait. After 1 hour 10 minutes we asked where we were at in the list. They apologized and said something happened on their end in their system, and they'd seat us next. They then sat 4 more tables before us. We asked yet again and got a sarcastic "we're so sorry". I understand mistakes can happen. Most of my google reviews are pretty positive about my experiences. But when they make no attempt to correct their error, and essentially mock you in the process, it's hard to give an endorsement. They clearly didn't care about their customers. "Dying to get back" was a poor choice of words. I ate there again today and literally feel like I'm dying. Hubs and I sat at the bar and I believe our sever was Madison/Mackenzie or something similar, she was the bartender. I ordered another lobster omelette and advised of my onion allergy. I noticed it wasn't on my receipt but she said that she told the cook. When my food comes out I notice what looks like green onions, to which I advised that I was also allergic to and she said they were herbs. Something told me to trust my gut and speak with the cook but I took her word because they didn't taste like onions. She also made a point of saying they changed their gloves. Hubs tasted it and also said they didn't taste like onions. Spoiler alert... they were onions. Looooots of green onions. I ate almost the entire omelette and now feel like death is near. I don't know that this reviews articulates how absolutely PISSED off I am. I'll never visit this establishment again and just hope that my insides don't explode while I'm sleep. read more

We visited this cafe for brunch, we were looked after by the friendliest of staff, decor is clean, bright and inviting. After ordering, our hostess came back to apologise that our food wasn't ready, we had not even noticed the wait time as we were all chatting. When the food arrived it was delicious and portions were generous. We were given a discount on the final bill due to the delay (The delay that we hadn't even noticed) This venue obviously has the highest standards of customer service, provides fantastic food and an exceptional customer experience. I myself will be heading to another place, with hopefully more handmade items on the menu, the cinnamon roll French toast tasted worse than the Pillsbury brand you find in the stores, I wouldn't call these French toast. As for the chicken and waffles, chicken was dry and waffles were nothing special. The salmon Benedict, was also not impressive, the different elements used just did not mix well. I found them on Yelp and came in on a Saturday morning for brunch with my daughter and friend. The wait wasn't long for a Saturday surprisingly ( about 10 minutes). They also have a waitlist that you can join beforehand so that is extremely helpful. They have a really big menu with a lot of good items on there. For cocktails, you can actually order their cocktails by the pitcher, which I thought was interesting. I ordered the bacquezo omelette. My friend and I also shared a pitcher of the Strawberry mimosa. The omelette was good but a little bit spicy. Customer service was good. I think their prices are little on the higher end for a breakfast/brunch restaurant. Yes, we had to wait about 35 minutes for our table. Not a problem for us at all. Just leave your phone # and get on the waiting list. Some folks sat outside but the weather was dreary and we opted for our car. Yes another boozy brunch. For The Mrs. a Strawberry Mimosa and me one Bloody Mary ( of course). While we perused over the menu, sharing a small 1/2 order of those Biscuit Beignets. These are not NOLA sized beignets. Just enough to wet your appetite. Brunch entrees are pretty hearty in size. We ended up getting a Banana Bread French Toast that had Brie Cheese. I chose the Hey Lucy Omelette this had chorizo, onions and Green Chiles. Good hangover grub. But be patient on this place. Servers & service are young and multi tasking at the bar area/plus tables. Prices are reasonable. Our total was about $60 before tip. Seems like a very popular place. read more

Both visits the food was served cold. you seemed short staffed (7:45-8 AM both visits). grits were cold - bagels weren't toasted- potatoes were cold- omelette was cold.
