When we were driving out of the garage we were shocked to see a $48 bill at the machine. An attendant explained we have to tap the validated ticket twice to see the correct price, which was still $25 (the standard $12/hour charge). This parking situation was frustrating and unclear.

We had such a wonderful experience at this breakfast spot! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. Our server, Liz, was absolutely amazing--friendly, attentive, and so thoughtful. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but Liz's outstanding customer service really made the visit memorable. It's rare to find someone who makes you feel so well taken care of. The best thing that stood out to me was the fresh conchas that are made fresh daily so I had to get one. The strawberry flavored one was an excellent choice and pairs great with a cup of coffee. Overall, there were a few positives, mainly the biscuits and friendly service, but the rest of the meal was extremely underwhelming. With so many highly rated brunch spots in the area, I do not think the food here is worth going out of your way for.

Once inside, the ambiance was actually quite quaint and charming. That said, considering how much traffic this restaurant gets, I was surprised by how limited the space is. I honestly think expanding the property would make a huge difference, although I understand that may not be entirely within their control. One thing I will give them major credit for is the menu. Online, the selection makes it look somewhat limited, but once you're there, they actually have 50+ food options, so there is plenty to choose from. That was definitely a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, my entrée was disappointing. I ordered a shredded beef taco with salsa and substituted a side salad. The beef was extremely tender, but unfortunately, it was also very dry. The eggs were cooked over well, way over well. Ok. Things happen. The hash was not fresh at all. Really quite soggy. Ok, so guessing it may have been cooked a day or two prior to ordering. Not well prepared, but not the end of the world, right? Here's the thing: there was an unmistakable flavor of rubber and/or plastic. This was the predominant flavor. I simply couldn't eat it. Maybe a wrapper or some other foreign item was inadvertently added. The small dish of watermelon, strawberry and pineapple was ok. This, with tip, was $65.00 just had water to drink. Wonder if they used to be good and have just fallen off, but IMHO not worth it at all.
