When I arrived I think her name was MeMe( she sat at the Second booth to the right . She was taking my a topic off my nails and I noticed she left the old red nail polish on by my cuticles. I kept telling her the red was there.she proceeded. I saw she was not going to take it off so I asked her to clean my cuticles she did and still left the old polish around my cuticles. When she was finished I pointed it out and she said she could not get out because it was on my skin! I could not believe it! I asked to speak with her manager and her manager said something to her and showed her what to do. So she was set came over and pulled my arm at this point she was yelling and I said be careful she was still yelling and I told her she needed to calm down. I told her I would pay for her tip, but not the service. The manager did that's ok Mam ; I insisted she was still yelling she doesn't want to pay. I told her I insist I want to pay for her tip. She never took the tip and yelled I don't want the tip! So I am going to my regular Nail Shop on Tuesday. I wish I had taken a picture! Oh she was yelling so loudly and stomping around the shop! Her manager could not calm her down. This is so sad! I was their first customer in Gainesville when they opened their shop years ago! I feel and this is how you treat a customer that tells you they are not satisfied with your service but still wants to pay you a tip! I am over 70 and my arm is pretty sore from her pulling on it!
