It was not a bad experience but it wasn't the best First thing that was annoying when going there was the lack of nail polish colors out to pick from. She was able to find something close to what I was looking for. I wanted all sparkly silver nails. But it was not possible with what they have. I felt like my nail tech was rushing and did not take her time. My nails did not get covered evenly in polish and they just have a weird look to them. I got my nails done from two separate salons that messed up my nails. I went to Tiffany nails to get my tips removed but Jennifer convinced me to keep them and fixed the botched job. She did a wonderful job and made my nails to make them look presentable. Customer service is great and Jennifer saved my nails. I have been back several times since and am always greeted with the utmost professionalism, offered water, and the quality of work is impeccable. I've gotten many compliments on my nails. Use to love this placed, and came here often. Last Friday, decided to come by since I was short on time, and could not get to my regular nail shop. Big mistake.. had acrylics on, so she did a good job taking them off. Where it went downhill from, see below... My nails looked really brittle and fragile, and I asked "Are you sure it'll be okay and not peel?" She said it will be okay. So she was prepping my fingers for a gel French manicure, and in the process filed my thumb to much, and later realized I had to cuts on the side( so uncomfortable, I had to add Neosporin later that nigh) Final done filing and nails look good. The next day, they start to peel. Then I go in on Monday and show her, and told her she just did it, and I mentioned I knew this would happen, so I said can u fix. Sat down, and I said if u put back on, its just going to do again, so I said can u just add the acrylic since the nails are broken... She did, and after it was done , she actually charged me $5.00... I was so pissed off, paid and left. They accept walk ins. I was able to get my nails done in about 45 minutes. I did want a different design but I really like how my nails turned out. Laura did great, however my nails are a little thicker than I prefer. Tip: they only accept cash tips! Unfortunately they don't have card tip. read more

This nail place is right around the corner from where I work. I hadn't gotten my nails done in a while, but recently decided to do so in preparation for going out for New Year's. Today I went back and got a fill on my full set of gel tips. The employees are friendly and welcoming, and the environment is nice. The decorations are pretty and there is a lot to look at. So far, I haven't had to wait (though it's been around noon on a Friday both times). The ladies are super accommodating and unlike a lot of other nail salons, they aren't pushy, nor do they pressure you to get something you don't want or need. (However, they are willing to offer suggestions for colors or styles you might like!) The girl who helped me today (and also did my nails two weeks ago) paid attention to the condition of my nails and decided to try a different type of gel, since she didn't like the way the last set held up, which was thoughtful and professional. Wow very nice ladies. I had my dogs (3) with me. They let me bring them in. Closed the doors and let them run around. Played with them gave them water I had a spa pedicure and manicure with gel nails. $65. Not bad at all in my book Would gladly recommended them to anyone I was thinking about getting acrylic nails. I checked out this place with a friend of mine to get our mani and pedis done because it's close to home. The service is quick and the price is decent but I question the overall hygiene of this place. The store just looks like they don't maintain it. It looks a bit run down which for the most part, I don't mind, but when they started to do my pedicure... I was skeptical. The hot towel they used on my leg wreaked of old laundry. That alone completely turned me off. I'm huge on hygiene... especially because you can get infections from nail salons. Don't think I'll be going there again. read more

Quick service and nice massage chairs for the pedicures. I went in for my eyebrows the first time and felt somewhat underwhelmed by the job. I ended up having to tweeze when I got home in better lighting. Nevertheless I went back the next day to see how they did on solar gel nails and Left with the same feeling. Rushed and quick job. I've been getting solar gel for a while now and know a skilled tech from one just trying to get your money for the service. I will most likely only go back for a pedicure in the future if at all. Have been coming to this salon for over five years now and this last time will be my last time there. Got a pedicure and gel French manicure. The manicure is wearing on the sides just like regular polish. The polish on my toes is already wearing off and it's been less than a week. Very disappointing after spending $57 plus tip. Not my usual salon but my family had an activity around the corner and I needed a manicure stat. Unfortunately it was a very poor experience. They were not very friendly and I swear my nails were chipping already by the time I got home! In addition the shop seemed dirty and when the nail tech pulled used tools from her station, I had to ask for sterilized ones. She went to a sterilization machine and came back with a set in a package but I shouldn't have had to ask for that, She clearly wasn't happy about the request. I cant say that I am all that impressed. The gel polish seems to lift off my nails within days of a fresh application. The technicians seem more interested in texting and drinking coffee than attending to the needs of a client. Appointment times seem to very fluid.....You can schedule at 12pm appt and not be seen for 20 minutes because someone is eating lunch. Overall, not an impressive place read more
