Thank you Andrew and Andy :) My project was to convert closet into powder room with vanity and toilet. They took ownership of end to end project including architect, permit, framing, electric, plumping, permit inspections and project finalized. They are very flexible with materials you wish to buy including tile, vanity etc., coordinate with them and ask for clarity. They are friendly folks! They did as per contract they had signed with me. Be patience with their schedules, they will take care your project eventually. In case any question reach them for clarification, they are very responsive. In fact, I was keep asking for invoice during project progress, but they did invoiced only after 75% project completed :) before that I did not pay single $s :). I highly recommend ANK GC. I did not have any major layout changes but did have a significant amount of tile work that needed to be done. I was very pleased with the work that ANK Construction did. The workers were skilled, competent and friendly. The entire operation from top down seems to have a desire to do a good job. There were some minor delays due to scheduling conflicts and the issue was communicated clearly. Starting from the bid, reasonably priced to being on schedule and treating my home like theirs. They did a good job towards the end with making suggestions on placement of cabinet handles, type of hardware choices for the bathroom as if this was their own home. Andrey is a great guy to work with, he listens and takes pain to research options and closes the loop.
