I wish there was a 10 star rating so I could give that rating to ANK. I got connected with them from referral from some of my colleagues at work. I was looking to renovate multiple bathrooms at my home. I got multiple quotes and Andrey's quote was very detailed and much lower than most of the other quotes. I was a bit skeptical so I asked my colleagues more on the work ANK did and they all had great things to say. I pushed hard to see what did not go well and they had nothing but good things to say. With that I decided to go with them and my experience was nothing but amazing. Andrey runs his crew very efficiently and Andy (project manager) is the nicest and friendliest person you can meet. My wife is also particular about who does work at our home as we have had some shady interactions with some contractors in the past and she was also very satisfied. The crew was clean, respectful and very professional. The quality of work is top notch. The work was completed in a timely manner. Super reliable and professional. In particular huge shout out to tile crew. The tile work is so meticulous and done beautifully. Attaching some pictures of finished bathrooms. Highly recommended!!!!!!

We hired ANK to do a small bathroom remodel project. Andrey came to give us a free estimate, the quote was reasonable and we hired them. The result is great. The crew were professional. They got the job done quickly everyday and cleaned up at the end of the day. There are only two minor things that make me deduct one star. First, they ordered tiles a little bit more than really needed, so I'm left with 4 boxes of unused tiles. Luckily I had planned to remodel the other bathroom, so I will be able to use the unused tiles for that. Second, they charged me a bit extra for some jobs which I clearly said I wanted in the first visit. They didn't include that in the estimate. If you hire them, make sure to check every details in the quote to avoid surprises. Overall I'm satisfied with the results and the cost. I'd still hire this company for my future projects.

ANK just finished our master bath remodel and they did an amazing job. Andrey was great to work with and was fair and upfront with all costs. Everyone was friendly and they all did great work. The tile guys are incredible- their work is perfection!

Shortly after we bought our house (back in 2007) we realized that the upstairs bathroom was, shall we say, a disaster. I don't know if the previous owners ran out of money when they remodeled the house, but they left the original bathtub and simply repainted it. It might have been bathtub paint, or not, but the end result is that it began to flake shortly after we moved in. Problem was, we bought our house just before the 2008 financial crisis and, by the time the issue became obvious, we didn't have the money to do anything about it. Did it look terrible? Yes. Was the bathroom still functional? Also yes. So, the years passed and we did nothing. Last fall, we finally decided to do something about our leaking roof, and we figured why not take care of the bathroom as well? I did the usual, reach out to a few different contractors, get a handful of estimates, and determine how quickly they could get started. Andrey responded almost immediately and provided a very reasonable estimate. He made sure to outline the expectations in terms of materials and answered every question I had. When the demo guy showed up, he made sure to put protection over my wood floors, and then got busy. It was amazing how quickly he stripped that room. From there, each step of the way was pretty easy. Sure, there were questions along the way, the need for clarification on exactly what I wanted, but they were wonderful about it. Especially when it became apparent that I know nothing about how showers work and ended up buying the wrong hardware. You know that feeling you get in the pit of your stomach when you feel like things are about to go south, that the project is going to go sideways? Not once did I have that feeling during this project. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this company. They will treat you right! The only problem I have is that the rest of my house looks incredibly shabby in comparison to the new bathroom, but that's a me problem, and it is entirely possible that ANK Construction will benefit in the future.

They did a great job. Very happy with the work. See pics for yourself. They even had to improvise because our bathroom vanity had a cabinet corner that impeded the sink drain which happens a lot. They came up with a creative solution and it looked like the vanity was built that way. So if you plan on getting a new vanity especially if it is a single sink make sure that it will fit with the drain pipe coming from the wall. The project manager, wall specialist, tile specialist, demo/finisher team were all respectful. In other words, they took their shoes off, cleaned up after themselves, didn't bother my family when they worked, etc.. The money person was OK. You have to be a little assertive and aggressive if needed. There were some miscommunications but it all comes down to how it is handled and it was handled well. I would use them again and would also highly recommend them if you plan on getting your bathroom(s) remodeled.

ANK Construction just finished Phase 2 of of our home project which involved a complete remodel of our main level. This included new flooring, addition of a mudroom, powder room, pantry, entry closet, electrical/lighting, new plumbing, and new kitchen cabinets with an island. We had contacted six different contractors during the pandemic but Andrey/ANK was one of three who actually called us back after we had left a message on their business line. We ended up selecting ANK since their bid was competitive and were one of two contractors who followed thru with a proposal after coming onsite to view the scope of the project. With any major project that involves a heavy financial commitment, you have anxiety of potential "unknowns", and whether or not the people/business you're relying on delivers the goods as promised. ANK Construction eased all of our fears on Day 1 of our project. We had three superb and extremely talented gentlemen from ANK work on our remodel named Yuri, Andrey, and Andrey (yes, there is more than one Andrey who works at ANK :-)). They had great attention to detail, knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great suggestions when we couldn't make a decision, or came across an issue. They were awesome problem-solvers when we wanted something specific that wasn't called out on the plans (i.e. adding an inconspicuous outlet in the island). They take great pride in their work, so much so that they will not be happy until the outcome is perfect. The subs that installed our quartz countertops and kitchen backsplash are phenomenal! We knew the kitchen countertop came in two pieces when they brought it in, but after it was installed, we couldn't even find the seam: that's talent! Our waterfall island is amazing! There was no funny business with financials. Andrey's proposal was straight forward. However, we did go over budget only because we selected expensive countertops and other changes we made that was not originally planned, but that was on us. Andrey estimated the project would take 5-6 weeks to finish and they completed in that time frame - and just in time for Christmas which we were extremely happy about! We'll likely have other projects in the future and we'll definitely be contacting ANK Construction again, and will ask for the same three crew members! If you are in the initial stages of selecting a contractor for your project and are unsure like we were as to whether or not to give ANK Construction a try, DON'T HESITATE!!

We hired ANK to do a complete bathroom remodel. We love our new bathroom!! Very happy with the quality of the work done. The curbless shower is really cool - wasn't sure what to expect but it turned out amazing. Good value for the quality of work. We are definitely hoping to hire ANK for other projects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.

So happy to have found Ank Construction! When I reached out to Andrey of Ank Construction, we got a response from him immediately. My experience with other construction companies has not been pleasant. Other construction companies whom we called either had a timeline that was three to six months in the future, were extremely expensive, or just never got back to us with an estimate. We were pleasangly surprised when Andrey told us the project could be started and completed in the next few months vs. six months into the future like other companies. The price quoted by Andrey was good; there was some slight extra charges along the way, but it was mainly because we added some extra features. Andrey was very upfront about the charges so we weren't surprised by it. All in all, the price really did not go up significantly, which we were happy about. The quality of work of Ank construction was stellar and his whole team was very hardworking and honest and diligent. My husband even said he missed seeing the team on a daily basis after our bath was done since they were such wonderful guys. Their work is pristine and they were very detail oriented; we were extremely pleased with their work. I was initially wondering why Ank was able to take us on as clients so soon. Andrey does have a lot of different projects going on at the same time and is very busy. I am still in awe of how Andrey is able to orchestrate his team and how he coordinates all the different projects and is able to complete them. Another thing we really liked about Ank is that we already had a design that we created ourselves. Andrey was very flexible and insightful in helping our vision come to life. A lot of construction companies are very rigid and have required designers and their high prices definitely reflect that, even though you may not need a designer. Andrey and his team gave us creative solutions to some of our questions and problems, and made everything look even better than in our picture. We are so happy to have our dream bathroom now, thanks to Ank Construction. We are for sure planning to do another project with Ank again in the very near future!

From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. As a homeowner, I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them. Vitaliy was excellent to work with throughout the process. He communicated openly about costs, risks, and timelines. His initial quote was the most thorough and detailed among all the bids we received (e.g. including a potential subfloor leveling cost range upfront to avoid surprises later on). He was also open to incorporating a written addendum I provided alongside the standard contract so that all project expectations were clearly documented from the start. When a supplier mistake from Shaw Floors delayed materials and forced my family into a longer Airbnb stay, Vitaliy stepped up and helped cover the ~$1,500 extra cost. That meant a lot to us. The crew treated our home with respect, the floors look beautiful, and throughout the project I felt I could truly trust Vitaliy and David's Flooring. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to other homeowners for flooring work.

Cuong is the best, seriously: very reasonable pricing, extremely hard-working, honest, dependable, fair - I didn't realize contractors like this exist. I almost made a huge mistake and passed on Cuong originally because it didn't seem like he could deliver on what he quoted (he was so much more reasonable than other contractors), and he is very unassuming: quiet, no pressure, fast and easy - - so I thought there must be something off. Man, am I glad that about a year later when we circled back on our ADU remodel, Cuong was still willing to work with us (even when other contractors we originally consulted with bailed, or didn't even have the courtesy to respond). Again, he was so nonchalant about his ability to do the work that I had my doubts, but he immediately proved us wrong - to say the least. Cuong got to work right away. In the space of just a couple months he transformed our ADU from a dated and ugly, unusable space, into an amazing little home, which we furnished and rent now. I was (and am) incredibly impressed by Cuong. He is not someone you need to press to do the right thing. He is independently motivated to do the job the right way, and to work efficiently. He would ask to work weekends just to stay on schedule; he would pick up materials for us; and he was flexible and available when we needed him. *Note that the only thing he doesn't really do is design. He will consult on small things, like where to put outlets, or how a door should open, but I would not expect him to design and build. Provided you have your design and vision though, the man can execute. It is a pleasure to write this review and to share our experience, and I think our results speak for themselves (which I've posted before and after photos of). As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. TASK: Remove existing backsplash and countertop and install a new backsplash and countertop…read more PROBLEM 1: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE COUNTERTOPS. Nothing was covered. All contents of the drawers were contaminated by demolition materials. In addition, during the demolition, the underlayment of the countertops was damaged. As stated in the contract, this was not to be addressed by Granite and Marble Specialists (GMS). Once the island countertop was removed, you could see that a heavy layer of glue remained on the underlay. The installers said that that was not their responsibility. They installed the countertop over the uneven underlayment of the residual glue. This meant that there were up to 1/2 inch gaps between the counter and the underlayment, stretching a span of 108.5 inches. Over time, this will lead to instability and breakage of the stone. The installers forged ahead and installed the new countertop independent of the gaps. The installers were adamant that they had installed the island countertop to level. RESULT: We had to remove the new countertop and have the surface sanded to level before having them reinstall the countertop. PROBLEM 2: NEITHER THE DEMOLITION CREW NOR THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING THE BLACKSPLASH AFTER DEMOLITION. This meant that it was the homeowner's responsibility to install drywall and to make sure that the backsplash was level. The backsplash was 1.5 inches unlevel from one end of the backsplash to the other. Thus, in addition to the provision of drywall because the existing drywall was damaged during demolition, we had to shim the drywall to ensure the backsplash was level for the backsplash installation. RESULT: We had to go buy wood, cut it to the specific dimensions and install the new underlayment for the backsplash. IN SUM: GMS provided what the contract stated, an installed countertop and backsplash. It was not stated in the contract that it be level or that it be level to the degree that it was level prior to the new installation. The installers showed it to be level because the countertop was 108.5 inches long X 46 inches wide X 3cm deep. So, BEWARE. If this is the type of installation you are looking for, this is the organization for you.
