Really sad to write this post but I have to. The quality of my nails when I go here is always really bad. They don't make an effort to make sure the paint that hits the cuticle is straight and I can always see the double layers of paint. They always miss parts of nail too. I have gone here several times and each time I leave disappointed. I'm not the person that nitpicks everything but I don't see how they just ignore all the flaws that are obvious. They also totally messed up my eyebrows. I got a fill and she charged me for a nail trimming? Could be normal but I have never been charged for that. I would think it's part of the price of the fill. Bummed that this is the closest place to me and I gave it many chances. read more

Angel Nails - My "valentines heart" was the saddest heart I've ever seen and the poor quality of the white paint job. - Nail Salons Near Me - Austin, Texas

Love going here! Everyone is so friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend this nail salon.

I enjoy the service and ambiance of the place. I just hate everyone I go and get same thing price changes. I guess it just depends who is calling you out. read more

Not what I was expecting with the high ratings. Worse nail job I've received however they feel it's acceptable with the response of " you can't tell from far away." Nails left with bubbles, lines aren't straight, and overall poor presentation of finished nails. Will not go back and waste my money there again. read more

I've been coming here for a long time for pedicures and manicures..I'm highly pleased with my nails! The staff is friendly and efficient. They offer wine, bottle water, and a nice rewards program for complimentary services, such as a free eyebrow wax, pedicures or manicures. Plus, its located in the HEB parking lot! I highly recommend this place!!! read more

Love coming here, they always give nice long massages for your legs and feet. When you get any nail service done they massage your shoulders and upper back. The first place I have ever been too that gives your arms and shoulders a rub. Pretty sweet. read more

My sister treated me to a pedicure for Mother's Day and I chose the place based on location and Yelp reviews. Angel's did NOT disappoint. As soon as we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted and immediately chose our colors (which they had a wide variety, hot pink for her, blue for me) and sat down for pedicures. I was offered a towel to place over my knees since I had a dress on that day, and a female technician preformed my pedi, my sister's technician was male. Then then offered us something to drink. They gave us a list of their different pedi's and prices. We both decided on their signature pedicure for $30 which included an exfoliate, hot towels, and hot stone massage on legs & feet in addition to the routine spa pedicure. I have had many pedicures and never have I had a hot stone massage until Angels, it was great! The staff was friendly and conversed with my sister and I as well as the other customers while we were there, amazing customer service here. My sister and I both decided to get a flower design for an additional $5 and they turned out awesome, very detailed! Then when we paid, we each were given a stamp card. Your 10th mani or pedi free! I will definitely be going back here again and again. read more

Don't waste your money here. Waited so long my feet began to prune. The staff was rude and hustled us by pretending they didn't speak very good English. Everything was old and dirty. This would be the last place I ever go to get nails done & they were over charged. read more

I have been here 3 times. I have gotten 3 pedicures and one manicure. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The gel manicure lasted a long time. A gentleman did my nails while a lady did my toes and I felt like a movie star. The foot massage felt so good! I will be back again. read more

I will not go back! Omg my nails hurt so much and looked terrible. Super thick, lines were not close to straight and had many bubbles. The lady who did my nails looked like she was having a really bad day Pedi was ok. read more

First time here. I won't go back. The polish doesn't cover the full nail. The guy seemed distracted with two other employees and a customer and their conversation. They seem nice enough but I wasn't impressed. read more

Horrible! Walked in to get a fill and they were so rude! Then I went to pay and the woman tried to charge me double the amount.... And when I called her out, she tried to argue with me, yelled back and forth in vietnamese with other workers, grabbed my credit card forcibly and then threw it back at me.... I don't have high expectations for nail salons in south Austin so for me to be this irritated after I left is pretty bad.... Oh, and my nails looked horrible!! I went back to the place I usually go and had then redone two days later! Will NEVER return.... read more

Don't go here go to Tianna Nails I came here the first time they messed up the owner reached out to me to redo my nails when I showed up she was rushing and acting like she did not want to do them long story short once I got home I took the nail polish off and have them re-done by a professional the nail polish you used chipped as soon as I left this place is a waste of money read more

Loved this place. Went on a Tuesday around 5 and it was not busy, didn't have to wait at all. It was quiet and clean and all employees were very friendly. Chi did my pedicure and gave the longest massage ever. She did a great job with my pedicure and will definitely ask for her again. Will be returning again! read more

Came here for a mani and pedi. They don't have a huge nail polish selection but they have plenty of SNS color options. The mani is totally worth it because they include a neck massage with a warm towel and it's a nice bonus. Prices are lower than most considering all that's included. The employees are sweet and are very accommodating as well. read more

I took the word of my fellow Yelpers and tried Angel's for a pedicure. My pedicure was A-OK- nothing overwhelmingly wonderful, but not the worst pedicure I've ever had. The salon definitely could have been cleaner and for that reason- I would never think about tanning there, but saw several people come in to tan during my pedicure. I didn't have an appointment and there wasn't any wait, so I didn't expect anything more than what I got. I would go to Angel's again, but only as a last resort. read more

So I'll start by saying I do not get anything fancy when I get my nails done. I do basic pedis fairly often, every once in a while I'll get a manicure, but never acrylic nails as I'm just too impatient and don't feel like sitting in a nail salon for hours every other week. To each their own - anyway, I went in on a random Thursday afternoon at like 2pm (so absolutely no one was in there) and asked for a basic manicure and pedicure. These gals delivered!! They do not have a huge selection of polish, so if you're picky, I'd advise to bring your own, but I got this done. Nearly fell asleep in the chair I was so relaxed! The following morning I went on vacation and spent the next 6 days on the beach and in the pool - my pedicure STILL looks great! Overall, great bang for my buck. Will return and highly suggest! read more

Horrible service, owner is rude and expected to be paid after a horrible service and a bad job at nails. Speaking in her language was pretty sure talking mess about the client! yes they are cheap but you get what you pay for! Horrible Service!!!! read more

I used to love this place. Close to home, friendly staff, good pricing. However, my recent visits have repelled me. The towels they use smell of mildew, the room where they complete waxing is so visibly filthy I won't lay down in the table any more. If those two things aren't good, makes me concerned for the rest of the care of the items in the shop. They give you a stamp card which earns you a free pedicure when completed. I don't understand this because they obviously don't like awarding them and are stingy with the stamps even after you have paid for the service. From my last visit, the shellac has already peeled from two if my nails and one had bubbles under the surface. I would find another place. read more

This place is so unsanitary. I visited Saturday for the first time and it's my own fault for not researching and being in a hurry. I feel like my feet came out looking worse than when they went in. They did not clean under the nails and had some inexperienced person working on me until a more experienced person could. I'm not one to make a seen and I although I was cringing the entire time I was there I stayed sadly. But let this be a warning to anyone who cares about not getting fungus or any other infection from this place. I feel like this place is for people who are ignorant to how a nail salon should be ran. Like first timers. Ugh it was so gross that I am even embarrassed to write this post and let anyone know I went there lol! Seriously! Look at their pics though, I mean that should tell you enough too, the work they produce is amateur. And you could do it at home. I'm not from this area, but if you are I'd say DEFINITELY find another place. read more

I have been coming here for years!! Best in town. The massaging chairs are so nice. My feet feel so good after my pedicure I don't want to walk anywhere. I started doing the gel and am so happy!!! My nails last a super long time!! I never have to wait long and everyone is always so nice. read more

Let me tell you, I have had some shit ass pedicures in my life, and this place somehow had Jesus reborn in the stockroom to bless me with a lifetime of redemption. Not only was service impeccable but I'm leaving this salon with a brand new set of feet, y'all. In my humble opinion, I genuinely feel like Michelle Obama herself would enjoy a pedicure in this fine establishment and if you think you can ignore what Michelle would want, honey you are mistaken. Literally obsessed with my new foot look!! Highly recommend. read more

The people are so slow and very under staffed especially for a Saturday. They lie saying it's a 15 minute wait when obviously it's going to be a lot longer than that. Also the gentleman who seems to be the manager was very rude when I asked a question. The lady doing my daughters nails left her to do a waxing and was gone for way too long. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! read more

really quick service. the technicians were so nice (and actually spoke english...not that that matters, but i went alone and it was cool to get to have a real conversation with her)! the spa pedi was a really good price and the massage chairs actually WORKED! It was quiet, clean, and totally relaxing. TV was set on the news and i could not have been happier with my experience. Mi was who did my pedi and she was AMAZING! i wil go back for SURE....a real diamomd in the rough. i never thought i'd find a good place for a pedi in south austin...but now i have it! They take credit cards, but if you think to grab cash on the way, its easier for them to take tips in cash. read more

I just went to Angel's to tan and it was the best experience I've had at any tanning salon! There was no up-selling, automated payments, monthly commitments, or loads of paperwork to fill out before you tan. I only wanted to tan a couple of times for a wedding that's a week away and they offer 1 tan for $5 or 7 tans for $20 to be used at your convenience. The salon was very clean, the owner was friendly, and they supplied a towel, goggles, and radio in the tanning room. I'll definitely refer friends here that want a no-hassel tanning experience at a good price. read more
