Waxed off my eyebrows, gel nails came off 4 days after getting them done, and nail tech did not fully cure my gel, which is incredibly dangerous and an obvious indicator of mal practice and lack of basic knowledge needed to do YOUR JOB. Called and requested a refund, was immediately denied but offered to redo for free, after i repeatedly told them that I was no longer in the area. Terrible customer service, terrible service, will not be returning. read more

Terrible service!! came in and asked for a soak off. Tiffany not only broke my real nails off but cut my fingers with the drill. Mid soak off he tried to pull m nails off using one of her tools. The nail salon refused any discounts or accommodations. Will definitely never return here! read more

Service here was decent, but something is off with the quality. I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure on a Tuesday and by Thursday morning the tips of my gel nails was beginning to chip and crack. Seems like a decent place to come if you like having acrylics and unique designs, as I saw several ladies getting that type of service. At this time, I'm unsure if I would come back for a second chance with my nails but maybe a pedicure. Pricing is pretty typical for what I'm used to for these services. Update: I originally gave 3 stars but I have to knock another off. My nails began to chip and peel terribly after about day 3 and my polish was chipped and peeling by day 4 or 5. I've never had this type of issue with a service anywhere I've been until now. Maybe it's the brand of polish used but I was not happy by the end of the week. Go at your own risk. read more

I had been coming here for the past few months with no issues, they do try and pressure you to upgrade but honestly I don't think it's worth it. So on today's visit I got what I normally get but the price wasn't the same, so they over charged me for nothing! I won't be coming back and honestly won't recommend it either. Yes I got gel nails on Saturday,by Sunday evening they were chipping.What with that, I was told by the technician,that gel last longer and cost more.I was very impressed with the tech professional working,friendly willing to help.The building is very clean,clean.A2 is only for the gel.The will go back explain the problem and see if they will work with me to resolve my issue.I will return,I want this to be my go to nail place. I had my nails done on Thursday ,a new set acrylic nail $70.00,I asked her to square cut them,she proceeded nail color and all . The looked ok at the time to me .Upon arrival at work my coworker bought to my attention that some nail was smaller and longer,and looked like boxes on my finger.I then looked at the closer,yes they were all different shapes and sizes.I then called Angel Nails told them ,I was told they would correct the problem,I informed them I couldn't get back til Saturday having to work. I returned Saturday 9am,showing them the problem,instead of admitting my nails should have been shaped better some thick some thin,the gentleman told me I should have said something then proceeded to argue with me.Finally he had Taylor to come out,she also tried to argue not speaking a lot of English,she proceeded to grab my hand ruff filing,I pulled my hand away and told her she didn't have to treat me in that manner.I then asked for the file and filed my mail the way they should have looked. She returned not going over to smooth with the drill ,but put nail polish on. From what I see the biggest support of the salon are people of color.So if you treat your main supporter rude,you will not be in business.At the point I will have 500 flyers about this place and pass them out to beware.I will never use this business again.I work for a business also,if we have a customer complaint we don't through our staff under the bus ,but we do relate to the complaint to make it right,treat the customer with respect.Because Taylor may be new to doing nails,or may not be good in what she do. OMGGG I went here today for the first time and i LOVED the service . Everyone was sooooooo nice and the nail tech I had name was kevin and omg yes he slayed my nails for me for my birthday today ! Terrible!!! Don't waste your money. We went in for my husband's birthday to spend some relaxing time together. It was so stuffy feeling in there. Not very well kept up. Super expensive for the crap service we got. The two women were staring at me and then speaking to each other about me. I had to ask to get my feet shaved after he was too lazy to do it during the pedi. We are new to the area and and will keep looking for somewhere to splurge. My pedicure was done perfectly but my I had my nail color changed to a clear coat and I just noticed (almost 12 hours later) that my old nail color wasn't taken completely removed. It's not a huge deal but for the time and the money you spend, I expect a higher quality of service. read more

I placed my photos on my page for this review. I went and got my nails done Friday and today is Wednesday. The nails were supposed to be matte but they obviously are not. I paid about $70 just for my nails which were gel and gel polish as well. Two days later one breaks and the other one broke today. The person who had done my nails told me I can come back and get them fixed if I don't like them so I did today. It's been 5 days and they tried to charge me $10 for my nails to be repaired when I had just paid so much for them not to break by getting the gel and the gel polish. They had began to fix two of them and said they would charge me 25 in all to get a different color since I no longer wanted these colors because it wouldn't be matte. I refused because I do not do hard work with my hands and they shouldn't have been breaking so easily so soon. They continued to bash me in their language and would not help me by fixing the issue. They also told me they don't need my services. I will NEVER go here again they are rude and don't care about quality! Half of my nails were not even filed smoothly and it was extremely noticeable. Id rather spend my money else where and get quality work and feel comfortable while there! read more
