She did a deluxe pedicure with honey and sugar and my feet feel like I'm walking on the clouds. I will come back to see Cindy every time. It's great to go to a place where people remember who you are! We got there when it was closing, but they served us anyway (we got our eyebrows cleaned up)! It is a nice clean establishment and very friendly staff. They have recently remodeled the space and it looks great. They have televisions for the men and women when those pedicures are taking place and they have a private space for waxing so people don't see you crying! I got pedicure and my eyebrows waxed here. They did a great job, VERY friendly, and clean nail salon. It's tucked in the back corner of this once thriving shopping center so it's a little hard to see when you pull into the shopping center. Mary did my pedicure and she was super friendly and did a wonderful job! I haven't had a pedi in over 4 years and she was very gentle on my heels and feet. I will definitely be seeing her in future visits! Tammy waxed my eyebrows. I haven't ever waxed them so I wasn't sure what to expect. She was SUPER quick and thorough. I'm not gonna lie, it hurt but my eyes didn't water much. They don't look like bushy eyebrows so I'd say she did an excellent job! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! Do not go here! They change nail techs ever 2 weeks and the ones they have now are the absolute worst. They do a horrible job and also charge for services that you do not receive. It's too many nail salons in Augusta to waste money here. Look at pictures below... what I asked for and what I got.. this is suppose to be chrome (looks like gold polish) I told the nail tech I did not like it and he said he could not take the gold polish off. I grabbed a nail file and took it off myself and had the lady doing my toes put gold glitter on what WAS suppose to be the chrome nail... do you know they still charged me for chrome nails.... I have been going here over 15 years but they now have new owners who are terrible! I also had one chipped nail.. my index finger which he took off and reapplied... look how fat it is, it's not even straight and the shape is terrible! Mind you, I paid $60 for this fill in! Nail tech broke my toenail and then told me she was going to glue it back on... hours later of course it came unglued now I have a broken nail hanging off my toe and it's raw from being cut too short. If you're getting a pedicure, this is NOT the place. They offer great packages but aren't great at providing the services. Instead of using those toe separators, they use rolled pieces of paper towels...aren't great at removing the dead skin on the bottom of the feet. If you have calluses good luck to you in there. Literally you get a cheese grater to the heels a rubdown with a mud mask and lukewarm towel wrap, a salt rub, and lotion massage as the deluxe package....can't say that I'll be going back there for a pedicure ever! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. A family member and I went in for a pedicure right before leaving for vacation, we chose the basic pedicure for $22. I picked a color similar to what I regularly get at my regular salon, so I know it can be done correctly. After leaving the store I looked at my toes and realized that my nails looked like a 3 year old had done them. They are clumpy, there is paint all over my toes, my cuticles were cut way too deep, hopefully they don't get infected. After the worst pedi of my life, I asked for them to go ahead and paint my nails to match, the lady told me that it wouldn't look good on my nails and that I shouldn't paint my nails at all. So after being discouraged, I went ahead anyway and asked her to try it, on the 4th nail I asked to try another color (black) and she said no, she went and found a color that she thought would look good and I didn't like it so I said just do black and she refused, took all the polish off and said "plain looks better for you", got out of her chair and went on to the next customer. My toes are one thing but to deny a customer service is not okay. Seemed to me like she was just being lazy. So after leaving the store I called and asked for a refund bc I didn't have time to come in and get them repainted, because I was leaving town that night and already had dinner plans. I thought a refund was reasonable considering the terrible customer service I received. I told the lady I spoke with the story of my experience, she was not apologetic at all, she told me she would try to get in touch with the owner and call me back, but that a refund would probably not be an option. So I waited twenty minutes with no returned call, and decided to call back because I was in a rush to get to my dinner. She explained that she couldn't get in touch with the owner and that she'd try to call back before 8:00, which was no help because I would be at my dinner and leaving town right after. So 8 o'clock came around and I received no phone call, so at this point I'm even more frustrated. I waited until 11:30 the next morning and still didn't receive a phone call, so I called for the third time and the manager answered and I told her how dissatisfied I was with the job and the customer service and she refused to give a refund and accused me of lying about the service I received. She said if I came back in they would repaint them, but I'm five hours away now so I don't think a drive back home for them to potentially ruin my nails again would be an option. With that being said I will never use them again and I'll be going to a nail salon at the beach to get them fixed. Don't make the mistake of going here. read more
