Not only did Hannah and Vivian take great care of my Mom and Daughter, but the hospitality with everyone walking by just to say hi made it feel like a safe and HOMEY environment. The pedicure for both my princess and Mom were very special. Vivian took care of my Mom while Hannah took care of my princess. They both enjoyed the service that was received. After asking what color they would like on their nails, it was requested if they were able to do a "stars and stripe" design on at least on of the nails.........and it was a success!!! By showing Vivian one time of a design, she modified it to be able to fit on the toes on both Mom and princess toe. What a great job of finishing touch/design by Vivian! Job well done. All in all, my two lady's I treated are happy with the results. Definitely recommend this place as they are very tentative to children as well.

I asked the young man they assigned to me if he could cut an ingrown toenail. He said no. So the owner said his wife would do it for me. I said ok no rush at all. She sat down, start clipping my toenails and I flinched not because she was rough, but I haven't had a pedicure in months and my feet were just sore. When I flinched she grabbed my foot and told me to RELAX! Like I was bothering her and she was rude. I politely dried off my feet and walked out. It appeared that she was having a bad day. I overlooked that. But to grab an adults feet like they are a toddler? I spoke with the owner (the husband) he apologized. I don't pay to be mistreated when I can get that for free: Sad too because I've been going to them since they opened. Call before you go to check the temperature and the mood before you spend your hard earned dollars. The wife needs to take a course on being nice to the people who he'll pay their bills.

I went to this salon for a leg waxing appointment and had a very disappointing experience. The…read morefront desk lady (who also did my service) was extremely rude and careless. I had past ankle surgery and still have scars, and I clearly informed her that my skin is sensitive and the area could be very painful. Despite this, she pressed very hard on my ankle bone multiple times, exactly where my surgery was done. When I expressed discomfort, she casually said "no pain, no gain," which was very insensitive and unprofessional. She also asked me to lay down in a sitting chair position, which was very uncomfortable. When I told her it was not comfortable, she said she couldn't change the chair position. She even tried using the remote but didn't know how to adjust it properly, and I had to adjust the chair myself. Overall, the behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my injury were unacceptable.
