Also, my cuticles and the sides of my nails were flooded with top coat. Next was the pedicure. My toe nails were trimmed too short to the point it hurts, and again, my cuticles are flooded with top coat. What else can you expect when the girl is swiping it from left to right with no precision whatsoever. Honestly, I left a 10% tip and I regret even paying in the first place.

I had past ankle surgery and still have scars, and I clearly informed her that my skin is sensitive and the area could be very painful. Despite this, she pressed very hard on my ankle bone multiple times, exactly where my surgery was done. When I expressed discomfort, she casually said "no pain, no gain," which was very insensitive and unprofessional. She also asked me to lay down in a sitting chair position, which was very uncomfortable. When I told her it was not comfortable, she said she couldn't change the chair position. She even tried using the remote but didn't know how to adjust it properly, and I had to adjust the chair myself. Overall, the behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my injury were unacceptable.

I left there around 11am and around 6 pm i noticed the huge chip off my nail. I could understand if i was doing crazy activities to make it come off but i literally had a final and a potluck.
