The lady that did my manicure was so rude and made me feel like I was burdening her. I asked her not to cut my nails down but she said she would cut a little bit to make them even. Then she just started cutting like it was nothing and didn't even bother to check if it was even on both sides (it wasn't as seen in the photo). I had such a nice length and she just butchered it. I asked her to shape them as square with rounded edges and she kept super square and sharp on the edges. I had to file them down myself when I got home after paying for a service that was supposed to do it for me. Bottom line I will not be returning

I asked the young man they assigned to me if he could cut an ingrown toenail. He said no. So the owner said his wife would do it for me. I said ok no rush at all. She sat down, start clipping my toenails and I flinched not because she was rough, but I haven't had a pedicure in months and my feet were just sore. When I flinched she grabbed my foot and told me to RELAX! Like I was bothering her and she was rude. I politely dried off my feet and walked out. It appeared that she was having a bad day. I overlooked that. But to grab an adults feet like they are a toddler? I spoke with the owner (the husband) he apologized. I don't pay to be mistreated when I can get that for free: Sad too because I've been going to them since they opened. Call before you go to check the temperature and the mood before you spend your hard earned dollars. The wife needs to take a course on being nice to the people who he'll pay their bills.

I went to this salon for a leg waxing appointment and had a very disappointing experience. The…read morefront desk lady (who also did my service) was extremely rude and careless. I had past ankle surgery and still have scars, and I clearly informed her that my skin is sensitive and the area could be very painful. Despite this, she pressed very hard on my ankle bone multiple times, exactly where my surgery was done. When I expressed discomfort, she casually said "no pain, no gain," which was very insensitive and unprofessional. She also asked me to lay down in a sitting chair position, which was very uncomfortable. When I told her it was not comfortable, she said she couldn't change the chair position. She even tried using the remote but didn't know how to adjust it properly, and I had to adjust the chair myself. Overall, the behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my injury were unacceptable.
