This was my first time here and the quality of service is subpar. The lady that did my pedicure was nice and very meticulous with my nails but did not clean up the nail polish around my nails which is very standard. The lady that did my manicure was so rude and made me feel like I was burdening her. I asked her not to cut my nails down but she said she would cut a little bit to make them even. Then she just started cutting like it was nothing and didn't even bother to check if it was even on both sides (it wasn't as seen in the photo). I had such a nice length and she just butchered it. I asked her to shape them as square with rounded edges and she kept super square and sharp on the edges. I had to file them down myself when I got home after paying for a service that was supposed to do it for me. Bottom line I will not be returning read more

I came here for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. It wasn't busy at all when I came, Thursday late afternoon. The employees were kind and I had an appointment so I was immediately tended to. The pedicure was okay. I had matching nail colors for hands and toes, the colors were slightly off. The salon was clean and they use disposable liners for pedicure tubs. While at the salon, I saw a disgruntled customer leave the salon cussing as she wasn't clearly understood by her nail tech. My nail tech had a heavy hand applying the gel polish. Okay prices. I had my polish over a week and was lifting around edges because gel polish was applied too thick and too many coats. I had it removed as soon as I came back from vacation. read more

My daughter called before we went for a 4-generation mani/pedi. They told her over they phone they served mimosas. When we arrived, the young woman doing my daughter's pedicure gave her very mean on several occasions (to the point we almost left), she couldn't speak English (or acted like she couldn't). My granddaughter's and my pedicure were fine, but they didn't even do my great granddaughter's pedicure. She is only 10 and was very embarrassed so when I asked why they had not started hers, she said she decided she didn't want one. On to the manicures - three went well. My granddaughter told my great granddaughter she could get regular gel polish, but no "tips." Well the tech started asking my great grand "oh, you want tips and you can't have them?" Naturally, my granddaughter felt pressured into get the extra service. Needless to say, we spent well over $200 and it was not a pleasant experience. We will not be going back. We felt unwelcome and very unappreciated. read more

So I've been to this place twice now. First time great experience, second time not so much. My nails look awesome, Lee did an amazing job, but before I left I wanted my eyebrows waxed and I wish I didn't. This girl butchered my left eyebrow. I couldn't really see it after she was finished because of the lighting, but when I got to my car I was shocked. I've never had to pencil in my eyebrows, ever. Now I cannot go out without a pencil. Even when I got home the "good" eyebrow still had to be plucked. Last night I wasn't going to write this review because my nails looks great, but I woke up this morning and I looked at my face and instantly was in disbelief. My favorite is Wendy who took excellent care of me (no, she does not own the establishment) lol. Originally we went to D&N Nails which was alright but we continued searching since we hadn't fallen in love. At work I ran into a client and absolutely fell in love with her nails and she pointed me in the direction of Wendy's nails. I called ahead of time to see if there would be any wait and the woman I spoke with stated a maximum of 5 minutes. When my sister and I pulled up, Dan (an employee), was literally waiting outside for us. We were seated immediately. Dan was an absolute joy. Very conversational, sweet, and funny. Then when it came down to the final results and we saw the absolute perfection Melissa (another employee) and Dan provided we knew we found our new nail home. I was a walk-in. I picked out two colors that on the samples seemed to match. I asked Mia, "do you think this will look cute?" She said yea. Then, it turned out bad, the colors did not match. I expressed that and she proceeds to tell me that the sample is on a clear nail. I already knew this and that was the reason I asked what she thought before she started on my nails. If the nail tech knows the color will be different than what's on the sample it should be communicated, especially when I asked how she thought it would look well before she started. I was supposed to get a pedicure as well but I decided not to after this. Unfortunately, once you've already spent time there you don't want to speed more time after you are not satisfied with your service. Also, she didn't offer to fix it after I expressed my dissatisfaction. The other guy gave me the option for a redo at checkout, which I do appreciate but she should have offered before I left the chair. read more

My first visit to this location, I was invited by a friend, but a majority of the staff came from another location that I frequented. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff greeted me upon entry and my friend and I were seated immediately. I was wearing a dress and one of the associates brought me a towel to cover my legs, which is so thoughtful! I was offered a bottle of water or a can of soda. Jimmy completed my manicure and pedicure and did a excellent job. He was very kind throughout the entire visit. And he's very meticulous! I wanted to update my review on this salon. It is now called Vogue Nails and Spa (formerly known as Wendy's Nails). I must admit the name totally suits the building and decorations! First....same great people and great services. The first thing you notice when you enter is how bright, serene, and detailed decorations they have. Now, a huge chandelier greets you ate the door along with lots of can lights. Crown molding circles not only the ceiling but the tray ceilings. The tray ceilings have the same multi colored lighting as the old business, but this is distinct as it has two tones in the painting. Really nice touch. The doors and windows are surrounded in a pretty molding that really makes this place feel "like a spa". The TV's, while mute, are encased into a beautiful framed molding. They really did a beautiful job on this place. Everything is separated into different rooms. Manicures are in the front room, pedicures have a separate side room with wonderfully new chairs. Plus they have all new equipment (all sterilized the same) and for individual use only. I suppose I could go on, but my last review for the formerly named business still stands, I just want to add that this is more Spa-Like than just a nail salon. It is just a few doors down from its previous location in the same shopping center, but so much easier to park! They have done an amazing job of reinventing/rebranding their business and you will love this place! read more

I came for a pedicure before Christmas with family. We walked in and were immediately seated. The guy who gave me my pedicure was super sweet and did a great job with the paint except... he ripped my toenails up. He essentially cut the top of my toenail in a V at a sharp angle and ripped down along the side of my toe against the cuticle. It bled and I subsequently got an infection. Luckily the infection responded well to amoxicillin so the pain went away but not the swelling. I visited the podiatrist to see what was going on and she confirmed that I did not previously have an ingrown toenail but the guy left a shard of nail under my skin when he ripped on my toenail. It subsequently had to be surgically removed which was less than pleasant. I've had countless pedicures and never has someone ripped my toenail like that. Never. I don't know what he was doing but it wasn't right and it wound up hurting me. I didn't report this when I was there and I don't intend on contacting management to have them pay for my doctor bills. I just won't return. Moral of the story: If you go here, pay attention and do not let them do anything to your cuticles... read more

If negative stars was an option, this would be my review. Watch out! I treated my daughter to a full set for her birthday only to find out that my total bill was $50! I didn't ask for gel nails and the technician put gel nails on her. Guess what? She charged me extra for it too. SCAM! Oh you want them oval shaped? Didn't know it was extra for that. I had read previous reviews of this salon and thought I'd give it a try. I am SO glad I found this place. Ming did a fantastic job with my SNS nails. I tried adding the tip for the first time because my natural nails were atrociously short and they turned out great. Then since my bday coming up I treated myself to the spa pedicure with the lavender sugar scrub-- literally the best leg massage I've ever had. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming. Definitely will be back! Just for reference it was $45 for my nails and $35 for my toes with the upgraded pedicure-- totally worth that extra 10 minutes of massage. read more

My fiancé just came home from here crying totally upset with the rude staff who upcharged her from the written prices and made her get a style of nail she did not like. They also went with a completely different shape than she wanted and made her pay extra for shapeing after my fiancé voiced how unhappy she was with them, no one offered to fix them or offer further assistance. On another note my fiancé is pregnant and the lady mentioned "oh I did not realize you were expecting, I thought you were just chunky" like are you serious? Not to mention her nails are rough and don't feel smooth as they should just all around this place sucks. There people skills are horrible, there work is horrible, and there loyalty to there customers is aweful. I'm a guy, and even I could see flaws in these nails. Our wedding is tomorrow and my future wife was supposed to go into this proud and now she feels insecure about these nails. So thank you! My daughter and I have been nail salon hopping trying to find one that suits us. Look no more!! The establishment is pristine and inviting. For once we did not feel like cattle being rounded up and out the shoot as fast as possible! We usually feel really uncomfortable like we crashed a party. This nail salon was the total opposite. Where to begin?! Very hospitable making sure we were comfortable and offered refreshments. No sharp shop lights making it easier to really relax! Sterile tools and awesome products. Very sanitary right down to the restrooms! No chit chat and banter between the nail techs. They were solely focused on the clients. Very polite and well spoken and VERY professional. The massage chairs were awesome compared to some others; it did not feel like unpadded boulders kneading your sore muscles. The nail techs were excellent in knowledge and technique. Very meticulous and would redo if they were not satisfied with the finish. They knew their stuff. They did an amazing job!(SNS and Gel). It is the first time we were 100% satisfied! No scratches or unsightly lumps in the SNS-very smooth! And the Gel polish is so shiny and pretty! The price is never the thing that sets one apart from the other; it is comparable and fair-it's the professionalism and passion they have that sets them apart.
