I've been going to another nail salon on Robert C Daniel Pkwy for several years now. The last and final time was a few days before my birthday. I got my nails done and they were so terrible. They have been going down hill with a lack of customer service. I searched around on Yelp and google to find a good nail salon and came across Oh My Nails. I had only been here one time for my little sisters wedding in 2016. Jessica, was the nail technician who did my pedicure and talk about attention to details! She did an amazing job. I had always gotten a ton of hang nails from the other location and explained this to her. She took the time out of her day to get lol the dead skin build up that was under/around my cuticles. I had never had someone take care of my feet the way she did. On top of that, she was very engaging and interacted well with me. They won a new customer that day and I will continue to go here moving forward. read more

to blue polish for fill in and pedicure I was told to go to chair number 7 young lady started water and my pedicure the lady named Yen started my nails I received a urgent call from a doctor I spoke with them and when I hung up the phone Yen snatched my phone and put it on left arm rest and started back in my nails a little later than first call second. call came in I answered the call went to hand up again yen snatched my phone a second time out of my hand and put it on the right arm rest I was totally shocked at her she finished my nails at her station and the pedicure was finished yen ask me how nails looked I said they looked good I thought my phone hung up but it didn't the second call heard everything I had to rush to address the phone calli left tried called back several times no answer to address with the owner the experience I didn't get anyone I called today and ask them was that her behavior or was she just having a bad day I told them to look at their cameras that it was the worst experience ever I told them I have a buisness and if I treated anyone like that I would not have a job I did talk to owner finally they said they'd check it out I said what your cameras that that's not good customer service. read more

I was due for a pedicure so I figured I would give this salon a try. Unfortunately, that was a poor decision. I think the girl I got must have been brand new. She had to ask how to do a French manicure. I purchased an upper level pedicure and she did not use the pumice stone. To top it off, a week later I was having trouble walking and my toe was red and swollen. I went to the doctor who told me the technician from my pedicure had cut the nail too short and caused an infection. I will not be returning. read more

This nail salon is the first I have fallen in love with in this area! Christine and Tina are the sweetest two sisters who own it and couldn't be better at what they do. They have a clean shop with beautiful new massage chairs all in a large circle so you don't feel like you're staring at others while getting your nails done. They're prices are very reasonable, I got a perfect pedicure, and they know their stuff! They used all sterile objects during my time there and I was very happy to see how clean it was. I recently moved over to Augusta from Atlanta in June and tried another salon for an sns manicure. The other place did a bleh job with my manicure-it was uneven and lifted horribly after a week and a half. So I was looking for a new salon and today a person in my dentists office recommended Oh My Nails! I went in and had a really nice conversation with the owner Tina and she did a great job with my nails. I had acrylics for about 8 months and recently transitioned to sns manicures. I appreciated that she wasn't overly harsh with my thinned out nails. She took time in reshaping my nails into an almond shape and made sure the Polish wasn't bubbled or uneven. I also thought Tina was patient and a fun conversationalist. I also thought the color selection was great! I will be living in Augusta off and on for the next two years and will be sure to come back for regular manicures if I'm in town. read more
