My mom and her friend highly recommended this place. They live in hephzibah and the drive to this place is a hike. But they said it's worth it. Walk ins are welcome but better to make an appointment. We just did a walk in and was greeted and waited on right away despite them being alittle busy. The owner was patient and very accommodating. This facility is very clean and sanitary. We did the basic manicure and pedicure for $35.00. They paid attention to detail and I really liked the results. My cuticles were trimmed/ clean and the polish was extra shiny with no bubbles. My favorite was the massage chairs was not small and comfortable. I could've fell asleep. I can see why my mom and friend raved about this place. The employees are very friendly and did a great job on our nails. This will be my go to spot when I come back and visit. read more

I wanted to love my experience here after my friend told me it is the only place in Augusta that she trusts. I was in town for a wedding and went based on her recommendation. She suggested I book an appointment, and I was thankful for her suggestion, because the place was rockin on a busy Friday afternoon. I started with a pedicure and opted to get an upsell package with the mask and extra massage. My technician was very responsive when I told her I wanted to keep as much of my gross running calluses as possible, but still want my feet to look acceptable in sandals. (I'm over exaggerating, they aren't that bad.) The pedicure went great, but the technician did take three phone calls while I was in her chair. I understand things come up and I wasn't bothered the first time, or really even the second. We were also having a nice conversation between ourselves learning about the local area, the abrupt pauses for what sounded like trivial calls wasn't something I enjoyed. I still give 4 stars for my pedicure experience and would return. I am not traditionally a manicure type of girl, but since I was on "vacation" and going to an old friend's wedding I decided I would splurge a bit and got the basic manicure. This was a mistake. My pedicure ended at 2:30 (my appointment was for 1:15 so this felt very reasonable with the extra massage time) and I walked out of my basic single color no gel, no acrylic manicure at nearly 5pm. I have already mentioned that manicures aren't a frequent luxury of mine, but I have never experienced a manicure that took so long. Even when I would get gel manicures it never lasted this long. Insult to injury was when one of the other employees changed the channel I was enjoying to soccer. I may have just caught my technician on a bad day, but when I left I eventually just removed the whole thing- I was so disappointed. It was extra gloopy and refused to dry even after sitting under the light for 15 minutes. I would have spoken up and given her the opportunity to fix it, but after what I thought was only going to be a two maybe two and a half hour trip ate up my entire afternoon, I was out of time and patience. The positive was the technician was at least friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. The salon was also clean. My pedicure turned out great, I just wish my manicure wasn't such a long disappointment. read more

Had a really relaxing & fun experience! I'm visiting from CA and wanted to treat my sister & mother in law to a spa pedi. This is a very clean salon. I'm a big stickler with cleanliness at nail salons and this place is awesome. We all got the #3 special pedi. It came with the usual cuticle care, shaping, callus remover, special hot oil massage, scrub, and mask. The cost for this package is $34. The pedi took about 50 mins. It was very relaxing. I loved the hot oil massage. It felt amazing. The massage chair was comfy, but it had a butt massage option which felt a tad odd lol. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I felt my pedicurist cut my nails VERY short where it is border line uncomfortable and my cuticles were not given a deep cleaning. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this place. I didn't think I can find a shop that could stand up against a CA salon. But this place is pretty great. read more

Wow. So I stopped by here because my car was in the shop nearby and got a basic manicure. The salon itself is quite small, with a lot of products laying nearby in a bit of a messy fashion. I sat down and the nail tech let my nails soak and played with his phone. Then he scratched his leg (he was wearing shorts!), and grabbed my hand to cut my cuticles. He cut me and pulled out a random blue liquid and put it on the cut. After he painted my nails, I thought "no massage first?" Then he roughly massaged my arms and hands, while my nails were still very much wet. He had just painted them so of course while he's moving my arms and hands around, I smudged one and he had to fix it. It was honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. read more

Finding a place to get walk-in manicure on a Saturday afternoon is not as easy as one may think. My friend called ahead to make sure we wouldn't have a long wait (definitely recommend doing that) and they said that it was currently a good time to come. We arrived and we were able to be seated almost right away. The man who did my manicure didn't speak much, but he did a great job with the cuticles and polish. The arm "massage" was not so great, but at least the lotion smelled good. We were in and out in about 30 minutes, which is exactly what we hoped for. It was fairly average price ($25 for gel polish manicure) for what I've found in the area. The salon appeared clean and didn't have an overwhelming acrylic smell like some do, which is a definite positive. There were probably 8 manicure tables and I'm guessing 5 or more pedicure chairs (I didn't walk all the way back to check). Everyone I interacted with was very nice. read more

My new favorite! Everyone is friendly and so helpful! Phillip gave me a manicure and pedicure, and did a fabulous job. He was conversational and made me feel very comfortable. He also was quite attractive, which made the experience that much better! The chairs are wonderful! I felt like I'd gotten a massage too. I will definitely be back to this location. I went with my friends and I to get a set of acrylics done. They told me to wait for 20 minutes and i waited an hour and a half before they seated me. once i was seated they talked about me and laughed at my nails (i have bitten nails, i'm trying to stop.) i got a very simple design, almost exactly like french tips (which are advertised as 50 dollars on the board) and was charged 70 dollars. We would not recommend them. MANIS & PEDIS My fiancée and I, decided to go to this nail salon because our normal salon was booked. We called for an appointment but had to reschedule and they were accommodating. We arrived 14 minutes early and they were ready to service us immediately. They prepared our water and started to give us a run down of their services after they realized it was our first time. Our original selection was the deluxe pedi with the hot stone massage add on. We heard their suggestions and decided to go along, they suggested a service that was $2 more than the service we originally requested, the difference was simply the "quality" of product used. (Which brings to question: why wouldn't you use the higher quality products on everyone?) They treated our feet with lotion and hot towels for our feet followed by some fist pounds to our feet and legs...I have plantar faciitis so this was a bit much for me. (Which I didn't admit because my BAE was next to me) They were considerate while I was on the phone, they worked around my conversation, which was good. Since I don't get nail polish I was watchful of her treatment. They did both our mani and pedi right in the pedi chair. All in all the massage was almost nonexistent and the hot stone add on was a waste of money. My fiancée commented on how rough her male technician was and after inspecting her cuticles (after the fact) she noticed he wasn't thorough in cleaning them up. Also, her toe nails were not cut evenly and her finger nails weren't shaped evenly on both fingers. read more

So disappointing...After two great experiences here my third was a huge let down. Walked in and was greeted immediately as usual. After being told what I wanted the gentleman told me to pick my color. It was downhill fast from there. After picking my color and sat down to wait. After 27 minutes a woman walks up to me and another woman who had just walked in and asked who was next. I knew she knew I was because she had walked by me several times before the other woman came in. When I told her I was she looked at the other woman for confirmation. She then proceeded to ask the other woman several detailed questions about what she wanted, if she had an appointment, and so on. Finally I got up and said that was okay. It really sucks that her ignorant bias is forcing me to resume the search. Darn shame, the green in my money should be all that matters but kind guess not. read more

This place is pricey and takes a long time. I went in at 2pm on Monday for a mani pedi and didn't leave until almost 5. I asked for a full set for an upcoming wedding, but since I had already been there for so long (and forgotten about after my pedicure) I settled for getting my nails "painted" with gels. There was only one other customer there when I got my nails done, but they seemed to want to rush me out even though it was their mistake that I was there for so long. I absolutely adored my gel full set FILL IN. Unfortunately, they overcharged me. I went with my friend, who got a new FULL SET of GEL nails which, according to their prices is around $30. I went in to get my GEL NAILS FILLED IN which, according to their prices is around $20. However, when checkout time came, to my surprise, my friend was only charged $30 for her full set while I was charged $35 for a FILL IN. We both had gel and I was extremely disappointed. I have been tried so many salons, and this is my favorite place. I come back here all the times now. I love it even more since the salon get remodeling. It is so pretty and clean iand love their relaxing music. And their smell is not strong like other salon when you walk in, I can smell their lavender and rosemary. I've come to this nail salon before and received excellent service. I came back because of the service I received before hand and that was my mistake. This time service was poorly lacking. 3-4 people here to assist yet one person insisted on doing both my pedicure and dip nails. I informed they as soon as I arrived that I also needed my lip waxed. At the end of getting my nails done I asked if he would also do my lip wax. He looked surprised and said the only person who could do the lip wax had gone to lunch. So I waited for the person to come back from lunch. What should have taken half time ended up taking double the time. Customer service was seriously lacking this time. I won't be coming back. The person who did my nails did do a fair job but was very rough on the massages and he seemed rushed. I don't pamper myself very often so the poor service really does play a part in all of this.
