Very nice salon and good pedicure for the money! But about an hour after having them done, the nail polish rubbed off the toenails easily. I guess there wasn't enough time for them to dry between coats. Massage, hot stone and wax treatment made it worth it but sad about my polishing coming off so easily.

    Acrylic fill with gel polish

Overall they did a good job. Nails look good, and were done quickly. I got a pedicure and a fill for my acrylics with gel polish. I was going to give a 2, but they use good quality acrylic (powder is white, not distinctly pink), so I bumped it up. Below are the reasons for the 3 --- 1. Their color selection for gel is VERY limited. If you want basic colors, then you will be fine. 2. My nails were cut down WAY shorter than I wanted. He started with 1 and asked if it was OK for length, and it was. Then proceeded to shorten the others, which turned out quite a bit shorter, and the one that I liked the length of had to be filed shorter to match. 3. I got the deluxe pedi. The stones werent very hot for the stone massage, and the massage/rub was more just rubbing un lotion, and he didnt ask if I wanted different pressure levels. BUT they do take their time and do a thorough job. Honestly, I would probably try them out again if they had a bigger Gel color selection, but they dont, so I probably wont be back.

I'm in town for a wedding and needed a pedicure and it was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had.

Inails is the best place for quality pedicares. They do not rush through the experience even when they are busy. The girls do not disappoint

My wife and I try to have a pedicure date every month, this place is the best we've been to by far the best in Aiken County!

I was really excited to get my nails done and since this place was new I thought I'd give it a try but it was far from relaxing. Cleanliness didn't seem to be a priority during my visit. My tech was reusing tools that had not been properly cleaned and even used the same file on themselves. I had a little hangnail that my tech tried to rip off with their own nails and in general was really rough and also ended up filling a sizable chunk of skin off during shaping. When it came time to design and I expressed I wasn't really happy with one of the nails (Speaking up about these things is very anxiety inducing for me cause I don't want to come off rude or annoying and just hate any type of "confrontation")they got frustrated with me and seemed to be during the rest of the appointment despite me being really apologetic about it, because I understand it can be annoying to deal with customers who may come off as needy or picky(I work in the service industry so I def get it even if it's a different type of service ).The transparency about price was vague as well. Half a paycheck for nails that I don't even really like and a "slight injury"just isn't really worth it. I was really looking forward to treating myself too I'm sure there are other nail techs at this salon who provide great service and excellent work so I don't want to totally seem like I'm discrediting them entirely but ig just be more mindful than I if you choose to get your nails done here

It was uncomfortable how pushy they were about this. Then on top of that the technician gave me chrome when I hadn't asked for it and I was then charged $10 for glitter that I never wanted. Just disappointed, I was hoping to come back and give them my business as well as recommend them to other friends but I just don't feel comfortable doing that now. I don't think all the techs there are like this but I don't like being pushed into a higher priced service and charged for something I never asked for.

I came when they opened and my service proceeded to take over 1 hour and 20 minutes. Originally, the gel and nail polish colors did not match. Once I noticed, I asked the nail tech before he was too far into painting my nails (he had already done my toe nails). he insisted that they were the same color and showed me the box and the labels multiple times. I tried to show him the difference and he continued anyways. Once he finished the last coat, he acknowledged that the colors were different (it was quite obvious- my nails were peach and my toe nails were baby pink). i asked him if he could help me find a color that is similar to the color on my toes so that we didnt have to to redo them both. I was trying to explain that they did not have to be a perfect match, just similar (where it's not too obvious). He refused, stating that I need to pick out a new color. We then had to redo both for them to match. instead of removing the gel on my fingernails, he added another two layers of the new color. I have 5 layers of gel polish on my natural nails. For my nails to have taken over an hour, they are subpar at best. They are splotchy in some spots and streaky in others. Some nails don't even have polish covering the whole nail. It looks like my cuticles were only halfway done on some fingers. I think I paid $65 for this service, but I can confidently say that I will not be coming back. It should be embarrassing to charge someone for this quality of work.

So I went back as a walk-in and a different day and I am so glad I did. It was the best Mani/Pedi I have ever had. I was asked what type of pedi I wanted a regular or spa, (the spa one is a bit more expensive but it is worth it in my opinion) and I got a spa pedi. It was fantastic. They do such a job on both my nails too. Anyhow they had me hooked right away. So let me say this, the staff is not real chatty. If you say something or ask a question of course they will talk with you. I have seen where people have complained about this, but you have to think about this for a minute. These workers are still learning their English and don't talk because of that. So come on people give them a break. How would you feel if you suddenly had to move to Italy and didn't speak the language that well and you had to go to work where you interacted with the clients. Well there you go. So beyond a shadow of a doubt, they get 5 from me!

I got SNS nails done and,…read moreafter they offered me stickers for designs and said they didn't know how to do anything "too complicated" (I opted for no design at that), the woman doing my nails made me bleed by being too rough and filing down my SKIN instead of my NAIL. When I flinched, she said "don't worry!" and kept right on. My cuticles now look terrible and it hurts to apply pressure to most of my fingers. She filed way too close to the nail on several nails so my fingers are actually sore and it's the next day. Only one actually bled, but others have micro tears. When the fingers heal, the nails will generally look fine, but it's ridiculous that it takes all that. Lastly, she messed up my thumb nail but when I asked if it'd turn out OK she said she wasn't done yet and laughed. She's done now, and the thumb is still messed up, indented from where she "fixed" it by pressing down her finger on the nail to remove excess polish. I should've left when they said ombré SNS nails would be hard for them because they "might not last as long." I've been getting that from other salons for years with no problem and I chopped it up to inexperience, but the location was convenient and I've never been hurt at a nail salon before, so I figured the stakes were low. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend you go, either.
