They have specific chairs for young customers, which is why they were so appealing. I was with my Mom and Niece and they both had pedicures. I called prior to coming and the staff person that answered the phone told us that they were busy. However, we decided to go and wait because my niece was so excited. We get there and didn't wait long. I think there's something about seeing people waiting for service that speeds the staff up a bit. They small pedicure chair had a Hello Kitty cover on it that my niece flipped for! She sat in the chair and waited until they got to her. She enjoyed picking out her color and choosing the details to go with her pedicure. Shantell was really great with kids. She was nice and personable. She did a great job and even gave us a heads up about another pedicure spot just for kids. Overall, I thought it was a cool place. I don't live in Aiken, I just happened to be there, so I doubt I'd travel from Augusta to Aiken for a pedicure or manicure. But if I ever feel the need for a mani/pedi and I'm in the Aiken area, I think I'd stop by iNails. read more

Went there today for a new nail set. Left with nails too short. No effort made to smooth underside of the nails. Polish left on my fingers. For the money I pay I expect a really good nail set. Hit or miss with this place. Usually rush service. The SNS powder I received last visit was put on too thick. The technician did not file down as she should have. Oh, nothing is cleaned or wiped down between customers. Not very sanitary. Only satisfied with one tech in there of all visits. read more

Got a staph infection all the way up my leg and was bed bound in the hospital for a week on IV antibiotics, and 3 weeks on 3 different oral antibiotics. They don't clean the pipes between customers. read more

Very nice salon and good pedicure for the money! But about an hour after having them done, the nail polish rubbed off the toenails easily. I guess there wasn't enough time for them to dry between coats. Massage, hot stone and wax treatment made it worth it but sad about my polishing coming off so easily. read more

Overall they did a good job. Nails look good, and were done quickly. I got a pedicure and a fill for my acrylics with gel polish. I was going to give a 2, but they use good quality acrylic (powder is white, not distinctly pink), so I bumped it up. Below are the reasons for the 3 --- 1. Their color selection for gel is VERY limited. If you want basic colors, then you will be fine. 2. My nails were cut down WAY shorter than I wanted. He started with 1 and asked if it was OK for length, and it was. Then proceeded to shorten the others, which turned out quite a bit shorter, and the one that I liked the length of had to be filed shorter to match. 3. I got the deluxe pedi. The stones werent very hot for the stone massage, and the massage/rub was more just rubbing un lotion, and he didnt ask if I wanted different pressure levels. BUT they do take their time and do a thorough job. Honestly, I would probably try them out again if they had a bigger Gel color selection, but they dont, so I probably wont be back. read more

Walked in this morning nobody was in the waiting room. The associate at the front never acknowledged me. Then after 40 minutes of waiting I got up and went and found my nail technician Lee, whom I absolutely love, she was working on somebody else and told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I have been visiting this nail salon for over 1 1/2 years and have never been treated so poorly. The lack of communication and complete neglect of the customer was all that I could take and I walked out. You cannot expect the customer to wait an hour and a half and not even greet or talk to the customer. read more

Some of my nails are square and some rounded. Some are longer than others. Not happy. I'm new to the area and wanted to find a new place. This place does the BEST pedicure I have ever had! Don't come in expecting to be out in 30 minutes though. The massage on calves and feet alone is over 30 minutes. It is well worth taking the time. I have found my new nail technician. The location is a little confusing, but once you get there the interior is really nice. I absolutely love my nail, and that is saying a lot considering that for the last month I have been to a total of four different nail salons, and all of them have met less than my standards. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. But don't let that time frame fool youBecause my nails I have great quality. I don't usually get it inside, but I asked my nail technician to do whatever she wanted on my two meals because I wanted to see her creativity, and her best design. She did absolutely wonderful. The reason I am not including pictures is because of my own clumsinessI messed up my nail a little bit, and I don't feel comfortable putting that out especially when the quality before hand was amazing.I highly recommend, and if you do decide to go, the morning is the best time. I do plan on trying to be pedicures there because just while sitting in my seat I could hear her doing damage control on someone's feet, and I cannot wait to have that experience as well. The nail salon is typical of any other you would find at a mall or in a shopping plaza. The nail technician didn't seem to care about my manicure. I think she was more worried about getting me in and out. She did one of my hands perfectly, but totally forgot to cut the nails and shape them on one. I came back to this salon hoping to get the same service I got before but that was a no. I paid 71 dollars for her to rush through everything. I tried to hold conversation with her but she kept it at nothing so rude indeed. Then when I said something about the price she was ready to get hostile I told her I wasn't going argue I mean after all they was close and I was ready to get home. The male in there never said one thing to me the whole time I was in there but as soon as I said something about the price he was ready to speak up. The only time she appeared to be interested in anything was when she was looking around & up to watch "The Price Is Right". She also gave me abrupt commands such as "You pick a color" with never a please or thank you. I had to come home & file down some rough spots on 3 of my nails. Best pedicure in Aiken! I've been to several other nail places in Aiken and this is by far my favorite. Fatima did an amazing job. So meticulous and thorough. She took her time and I never felt rushed. I was greeted promptly upon entering. I love how they have their different types of pedicures all clearly listed on a card near your chair.
