I tried this salon. This time for plain manicure. The manicurists were not busy so they were hanging around laughing and one came over to the girl working on me to show her something funny on her phone and poof she clipped my finger. It is not a deep wound but it was still bleeding when I left. Now it is swollen. Manicurist hardly spoke! Did not offer me a discount so I paid and left unpolished and finger bleeding! read more

First time here and happy to have found a great nail place since moving to Aiken! It's in an older shopping plaza which is a little deceiving because the inside is amazing. It is very well designed, modern, and clean. The owner was very friendly as well as all the staff. I got a deluxe pedicure for $38 I believe that included a sugar scrub and warm towel wrap. I did regular nail polish on my feet and she put a nice base coat on and a top coat and it looks nice and shiny like a gel coat would. I will definitely be back. read more

Came in with no appointment set because I saw walk ins were welcome and it was my first time getting my nails done. I was seated immediately and waited maybe 5-10 minutes for my tech. I showed him the picture of what I was looking for, and in 30 minutes he was done! Just exactly what I was looking for and so fast too. I wasn't looking for a spa and relaxation treatment, I wanted to get in and out ASAP so I could run errands and he delivered! I don't exactly remember his name, but I will definitely go back and look for him. He trimmed my natural nail. Glued on extensions, and have me the ombré acrylic look. Only difference is I wanted a matte effect and a shorter length since I work in healthcare. Great place! I'll be back for sure for another set as well as a pedicure. read more

Strange experience and unlike any nail salon I have been too. Not greeted or acknowledged. I signed in an sat. When someone else walked in she was able to ask a staff member how long the wait was. She was told to come back later because they were busy now. I said that I had signed in. Staff said if I didn't have an appointment, they could not see me. Been here twice! Awesome image! The nail palace has just moved into this location remodeled from a habachi grill to a nail salon. Totally elegant to me. All I really need is a mani pedi , no massage and I'm good. Just easy on the eyes. I usually like for the younger salon person to help me only because, from me getting older eye site tends to go. Anyway, i ended up with the older lady to start with and the second time as well. We had small conversation and she did an excellent job. I met an old friend that I had had lost contact with that now works here, Cathy, it was great to see her and she came over and we chatted for a bit. In speaking with Cathy, I let her know I had concerns with other salons and the sanitary conditions. Not only did this place look amazing, she also assured me and along this time , the lady helping me, pulled out newly packaged utensils.. I have an issue with my immune system right now but I was totally at ease here. I do take my on utensils for them to use butttt not required. So nice and pretty inside, very clean! My lady was very thorough with SNS manicure and pedicure which I really appreciate because some places just rush you through. Had a mimosa with my friend which they let us sit right next to each other the whole time. For Covid they do have the plexiglass in place at each station. A little more expensive but you already pay so much for nails at least you know for sure they will be good quality. read more

I have been a client of the owner for over 7 years since he was at his last location near Target and yesterday after many years I will never go back. He treated me very disrespectful (made me cry) and felt rushed and pressured the whole time. And I would understand answering the phone while doing my nails but without any communication with me at any part of the whole job Is a problem- just be respectful. As I watch may people leave bc them can't be seen without an appointment and me knowing they are short staff wouldn't you treat your regulars better? read more

My friend and I came here because it's a new place and we wanted to check it out. Upon walking in the doors, the it is very exquisite and one you would expect to be top notch. There were a ton of ladies on deck to work. A lot of them not really doing anything and just staring at you making your experience feel uncomfortable. As soon as we sat down, everything was going as it should. However, the woman doing my friend's pedicure was very rough and not personable. She acted as though she didn't really want to be there at the time. She should have been placed in the back to wax eyebrows or something that didn't involve interactions with people. While my friend didn't have a pleasant experience, I did. I had a woman named Kim. She did everything to make sure my experience was good. However, when checking out the owner was rude due to the rain "shutting" down his credit card system. Well in my opinion, you need a new credit card machine because other places and their machines don't just shut down when there's a storm. Fast forward to 3 weeks from the nail appointment for both myself and my friend... we have a FUNGUS on our toenails!! How disgusting! Especially for a place that looks immaculate and is fairly brand new! I will not allow myself to take my business anywhere else again other than Spa Go! read more

I've been coming here for months and the prices are great and they've always done a great job, but today I made an appointment to get my nails done (previously done walk-ins, barely any wait time) and now when I had an appointment I've been waiting 45 min and no one has even started my nails and now I no longer have time for a pedicure. No one has checked in on me in over 20 min. Still no one is available to do my nails for another 10-15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I see lots of repeat clients and when walk-ins stop in for an appointment they always try to accommodate, but to ensure you can be seen call first because they're very busy. They were in a rush,my nail are so uneven,the powder was very thick and a horrible paint job.

I've been going to this establishment for years even at the old building they were at. But, I was aggravated beyond the point of no return today. I got off work and rushed over so I could get my nails and toes done for my gender reveal tomorrow. A worker told me it would be an 1hr wait and to come back at 6; and that she would remember me and let Jenny know I was coming back. Before going I showed her what I wanted and she said somebody would be able to do it. I leave, come back and take a seat til I'm called. The owner Timmy then asked me what I was getting so I mistakingly say manicure which was wrong because I thought would have the same girl. He then embarrassed and corrected me that I should have said fullset because they would not be able to do my nails but they'll try this time (the lady sitting beside me does a little laugh). Mind you I'm 5 months pregnant and I can only take so much but I stay. A different girl does my toes and some other lady comes up. She then asked me what color I wanted so I show her the picture and she says she can't do the marbled pink and blue for me. So now I'm pissed and I let them know not to worry about it I'll find someplace else. The girl finishes and sits me at the dryer and I give her my card. I see the owner talking to her then comes to me and asked about my nails. I told him the same thing I told the other lady. He then asked her to do my nails again and the look on her face was that she was ready to leave and fu** me. I tell him no again cause she said she can't do the design unless she was just lying. I held back tears the whole time(pregnancy hormones) and was not at all mad with the girl who did my toes but to the owner and the unprofessionalism that was displayed. Now I have to hurry and find someone in the morning to do my nails. I'm not gone be nasty like they were but I will but my experience on here for all to see and take my business else where. read more
