I visited Paris Nails yesterday for the second time. The first time I went, I treated my mom and me to pedicures and I got my first SNS dip. Beautiful job and terrific customer service. You walk in and feel totally swept away by the beautiful decor. The store is clean, the seating is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They even offer drinks to the customers while they work. My second visit was equally charming. Max was my nail tech and he was a total professional. We had a light conversation while he worked and he did a superior job. I told him he would be "my guy" when I return in a couple weeks. The prices are fair and the range of services is wide. I'm still new to manicures, but I feel so fancy when I walk out of there. It's a nice feeling to pamper yourself now and then, so if you need a place to go and you aren't sure, try Paris Nails and Spa. I think you'll be delighted you did. I made an appointment for my niece and me since previous visits they were so busy they turned me away. I booked manicures and pedicures for us both. I felt rushed though they were not busy and didn't have much relaxing/soaking time as I've gotten in the past. We had to pick our colors quickly and most of the nail polish is kept in the back now so had to quickly grab one of the samplers. The filing, cleaning, and painting was rushed as well. The woman with my niece was nice and flexible, she listened to our requests and was friendly. The painting and clean up could have been better, but overall It was a good experience for my niece's first time. The guy I got was meh.... I've been going to this nail for some time. Ben did my nails once & I was happy with his work so I continued to return after that. HOWEVER today was a different story, I'll NEVER go back in there. My pedicure was soooooo bad I couldn't let her finish without saying anything. She messed my shape up, didn't get my cuticle good, or my heel. Another lady came behind her to redid my pedicure. Ben idk what his problem was, but his attitude and my nails are TRASH!!! He felt some type of way when I told him I didn't want my nails thick, fat, and SNS caked on top of my real nails. I enter this establishment and everything seem fine. I was getting a basic pedicure and fill-in. They suggested me several things that I declined. I also informed the person that was doing my services that I only had $100 so whatever I was getting I didn't want it to go over. at the end of my service I was charged $150 which I didn't have. I was sure to ask the price of everything before services was done to make sure I didn't go over my budget and my server agreed every time then they wouldn't let me leave and call the police on me because I didn't have an extra $50. Service was rude. I got simple almond french tips and they claimed it was "the most complex design" and charged me 90 dollars. I got french tip design on my toes by a lovely lady and she was amazing and sweet, but they were 60 dollars. I got charged 150 dollars in total for the simplest nails i have EVER gotten. The first time I got my nails done here I really loved my nail technician and the nails he did for my wedding. I went for an acrylic soak off and regular manicure. The technician I got was not good. She popped off my acrylics with an unused acrylic nail... which did not feel right. when I spoke up that she was causing me pain she tried drilling down the acrylic a bit and soaked my hand in water after only after all of the nails were removed. I wanted a pink or beige color but she insisted that all the color nail polish that they have In the salon would come off by the next day and, she recommended I get a clear pink color because it would look better and also would last longer. I wanted to hurry up and get out of there so I just went with the color recommendation so I could leave and get the heck out of there. It was the first traumatic experience I've had at a nail salon and I don't think I'll be going back. I was offered a color change at the front desk but I had to leave because I had other events going and needed to leave. The front desk staff and other staff were all nice and I was offered a color change If I came back in 3 days. Suggestion to management: please retrain your techs to do what the customer wants and, also to remove acrylics properly, some techs may encounter someone not as nice as me, and they will get told off by someone down the line if they keep doing wrong practices. I'm glad the tech didn't make me bleed and I hope my nails aren't severely damaged now because of the tech doing her job wrong. She was rushing and didn't seem to care about what I wanted, which is not good customer service. I'm upset and feel I wasted my money. If you go here please ask for an experienced nail tech and if you get someone pushy just ask for someone else to help you, that's what I wish I would have done today. P.S. Very clean. Thorough & Gentle. Beautiful salon! We were very impressed with this salon and their dedication to make every customer feel pampered and taken care of! They were extremely clean and it felt very luxurious in there. Their prices were very reasonable and inexpensive. I had Lucy, (10/10) and she gave me an amazing calf massage with my pedicure. And I got the cheapest package! It's rare to find salons and nail techs that will give you nice massages these days!! Plus, she really took her time making sure my toenails looked nothing but beautiful. My husband rubbed my feet that evening and he couldn't believe how soft they were!! They were like silk!! When waiting in the lobby, I overheard customers coming in & you could tell this is the salon where customers build relationships with nail techs. They came in for appointments with specific techs. I made an appointment two days in advance before and had to wait 35 minutes before being seated. After I sat down the lady kept getting up to talk to other customers and then would come back. I asked if I could take off my sns and then get it back on and she proceeded to RIP my sns I currently had off my fingers. After the 4th nails and telling her how bad it hurt I ask if I could leave. I have NEVER had a nail salon rip my sns off my fingers. It took off the first layer of my nails. This is my first time here and I'm in love with the high end decor. It's definitely the aesthetic I've been looking for in a nail salon. Lee did a regular pedicure and gel polish on my nails and he did a great job. My nails look great! I have to say that I did notice the faces of the employees were overall, overworked and tired after I really started looking. The owner didn't seem to be doing much other than walking around with a seating chart. In my previous salon the owner worked along with his employees and they worked as a team. However, the salon is new and I know it takes a lot of discipline and responsibility to run a b I will definitely return. Updated- I've returned a few times since. The quality of each service varies and I'm never fully satisfied with my pedicure.. I would recommend in a pinch but I still haven't found it to be my favorite or even one I would 100% recommend. read more

I use to live in the area and just got back in town to visit and was excited to come back here only to leave upset Kp/Kb assisted me. He couldn't originally do what I was asking for and that was ok!! However he then started to rush through doing my nails. Walked in as soon as they opened Saturday morning after a few other patrons. It didn't take long for the staff to quickly get set for the day and start taking clients back to the service area. Since the pandemic started, I've visited a few different shops from Virginia to Georgia. I noticed that while most people had on masks in this shop it wasn't a requirement. The shop did however observe social distancing in all service areas. Another difference I noticed, is that at other shops they ask you to wash your hands upon entry. I had a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. I'm not sure if it was the polish or what but by day 2 my right hand had 3 of 5 fingers chipped and peeling. I waited another day to return for a fix do to other obligations. When I did go in, the female at the reception desk asked me for my card info to look me up before fixing my nails. She didn't tell me the policy or simply ask when I got them done. She quizzed me and said she thought it was over a week based on the grow out. I really didn't appreciate the insinuations and won't return to this shop. I was actually ready to pay for the fix. Another thing to note is that I usually get SNS manicures and gel pedicures. My great toe had never peeled on any gel pedicure, but it peeled on this one. I think the polish was a bit thick, this the lifting and peeling. read more

This is the best nail spa I've been to since I've came to Georgia. It's the luxury and great hospitality that stole my heart. Today me and my girlfriend got a pedicure and fill Ins. I've been to this nail salon twice now for pedicures. The first time was with a technician who didn't speak much English and was very rough, I left bleeding. I was offered wine on both occasions. The first pedicure I received was the Deluxe - I was not given a choice on the scent for the scrubs and lotions. It took about an hour and twenty minutes from start to finish and I was sort of neglected while she disappeared for about twenty minutes. I went back the second time because it was gifted to me. I had a tech who was very nice, professional, and gentle. She took the time to make sure I was having a relaxing time while still being efficient. She is the reason why I will probably go back. I took my daughter with me, who is nearly four, to get her toes painted. They have two children chairs and I was able to be seated next to her. She really enjoyed it. They even got her a drink. I believe hers was 15 dollars with the massage and lotion. The place is super swanky, well decorated, and absolutely dreamy to relax in. It's definitely a different feel than most salons in town, so I will most likely be back. read more

So, I've gone to this salon twice and here is my opinion. Aesthetic: Absolutely gorgeous. The Parisian theme goes from the front to the back. The lighting is wonderful. No harsh fluorescent overhead lighting. The chandeliers are absolutely stunning. There are no old dusty fake plants, the floors are clean, no distracting TV and you don't even mind. So they get absolutely 5 stars in this area. When you walk in they have a dedicated greeter/receptionist so no one yelling what you want. You have to wash your hands before services start. The hand washing station is conveniently placed in the front off to the side of the reception station. Kudos. On my first visit, I had a small wait. No problem. I go back to the station, and start my service. So, I'm getting my service done, and in walks two ladies. They wash there hands get escorted to their stations and the greeter/receptionist ask if they want drinks. What?! I been at this station for a minute, and no offer of a drink. Okay I got it she's going to stop and ask, nope she walks right on by. Okay I got this. "Excuse me, can I get a water?" She looks surprised. "No one asked you if you wanted a drink?" No, keeps thoughts to myself. So service continues and the person doing my nails is just interested in up selling his service. Okay, he did a good job, but customer service was not what I expected, and not in a good way. Okay, I'm going to try them again because I really like the atmosphere and maybe this time the nail tech won't try to upsell services. So, I go in, wash my hands and am taken straight back. So far, so good. Would you like a drink? Water please. Everything is still going good. The greeter stopped by to check on me. Loving it. So I get done, pay my bill, and leave. So as I get home, I check my nails closely, and they don't look good. So, I don't live close, so the next day, I go back and ask the greeter how she thinks the nails look. She looks at my cuticles and says they good. Really?! What about the process. She rubs my nails and says, yes the good. Really?! You don't feel that ridge in the nail?! They good she says. Let me take a breather before I go to jail. I mean yes, I should have checked before I left, but at a minimum I feel like a smooth nail is the least a customer can expect. I'm not asking for intricate designs, just a basic nail color. Anyway , two strikes, and I'm out. On the hunt for a nail shop I can go to regularly to get my nails done.
