Unless you like going to a nail salon to get hustled out of your money, and to be constantly told to upgrade so that they can make more money off of you ...avoid this place. Unfortunately, the whole time I was sitting there I was being asked if I wanted to upgrade to gel, or that I should get this or that. It was so uncomfortable and very annoying. I couldn't enjoy my half a%* pedicure and nail job. I get that they want to make money, but omg this was probably the worst place that that I've experienced-when it comes to people who hustle their customers. Went to this place and the lady tried to pressure me into upgrading my pedicure package and tried to sell me items. It made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Then when I said no, she was rude and mean and just treated me really bad. She barely wanted to work on my feet. After a long, tiring week, I was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure experience and it was just the opposite. The experience caused more anxiety. I don't know if she is the owner or what. So disappointed. I was thinking if she only knew how bad I need this, she would be more sensitive. Pedicures used to be a spa treatment and a way for women to pamper themselves, but now it has turned into just a service, like getting your oil changed in your car or something. I went to C. T. Nails to get my nails filled. Upon arriving I notice that is very large. One side of the store is for nail service and the other side is for pedicures. Approximately 10 chairs are available for pedicures. I was greeted and waited on promptly. I sat down and the nail technician suggested instead of acrylic nails I should opt for the solar nails. I agreed and I had a new sets put on. They look wonderful! I would highly recommend C. T. Nails to anyone who enjoys service in a friendly and clean atmosphere. read more

I'm not the kind of person to leave bad reviews, because I know there's such a thing as human error or that people have bad days. But this is unacceptable. I've gone here for years for nails, feet, and waxing. Today was the LAST time I will ever spend my money at this place. When I sat down for my pedicure, I was given a laminated sheet with a bunch of different options on it. They were expecting me to pick one and not question their motives. But I handed it back to my nail tech and asked her how much the ones on the sheet were. She paused and looked at the guy next to her and she says 'oh it 35'. I politely declined and asked for a basic pedicure along with a brow and lip wax. She said something to the guy next to her and they both laughed. Personally, I cannot stand when they use the language barrier to try and fool you into getting something more expensive, or to talk about you right in front of your face. And no, I'm not assuming they were talking about me, I could tell because every time my nail tech would say something to him, he would look up at me, or look at my feet and back to her. I decide to just ignore it because I've had a long day and I really just wanted to soak my feet and relax. So once my feet are done, this is where we get into why I'm really writing this review... So we go to get my lip and brows waxed and the wax is hot. I power through and dismiss it as 'I haven't gotten it done in a while, I just forgot how hot it was'. Well fast forward to my brows... she doesn't pull my skin tight when she's ripping the strip off, and there are tears pouring down my face. She has one more brow to go and I'm not leaving with one brow done and one brow not done. So I get through with it, she half-ass wipes the excess wax off with a cotton ball that barley has any baby oil on it. Then she doesn't put any sort of cream or aloe on my face to reduce the redness (like others always have). I get home to wash my face and put some cream on and my eyelids are BURNT and BRUISED. Now that it's been about 2 hours since I left, I am in excruciating pain. I will never spend my money here again. I will gladly pay double to go somewhere that specializes in waxing and has better customer service. read more

I do not like this nail place. Because they asked what shape I wanted. Because that's what I really supposed to do because sometimes you think that they're supposed to ask. And I have three bubbles inside my nails after I got my nails done. They were air bubbles too. My nails look so bad within three days I had to drive an hour and 40 minutes to get my nails perfectly done the way that I want them done. And actually look good two weeks after I got them done. I've been before and had a pretty bad experience, but I went yesterday and was treated wonderfully by Amy. I had a standard pedicure and a gel manicure. There was virtually no wait-time (I arrived around 5:30 on a Tuesday). Amy was very nice and friendly. My pedicure and manicure look awesome! She intuitively understood the nail shape I wanted even though I'm super picky. She took her time and the results are great. The bad experience happened about 4 months ago. An older lady did my nails and she didn't sit the entire time. My nails were jagged and rough by the time she finished and the polish looked like it was done by a child. I won't be letting her near my nails again but the other girls seem skilled. read more

I tried CT nails Salon back in May and loved them. I got the SNS polish with tips. It lasted for over 3 weeks. I went back on June 13 and my nails had grown out enough I didn't need the tips. Very nice place! They have plenty of staff and were able to take me as a walk in right away. I got pink and white set followed by a gel pedicure. I love the pedicure chairs! You just sink in and turn on the massage...trust me they are different then other massage chairs. They had a large selection of gel polishes. The only minus was they were a bit pricey. read more

I do not recommend CT nails, went there yesterday so i could get my nails done before pictures and i had horrible results, while she was doing my nails i asked her to fix them several times and my request was ignored. She was not gentle at all and seemed like she could care less if she hurt me meanwhile another employee was standing next her to her gossiping while watching me yank my hand back in pain. when i did so she wouldn't acknowledge that she was hurting me instead rudely said "excuse me" and snatched my hand back. i did not have time to make them take them off and redo them so my grandma called and told them that i wanted to man to do them, he agreed and told me to come back. When i arrived he went and got the same lady that jacked up my nails to redo them, i asked several times to wait until someone new wasn't busy, they declined my request again. I asked if they could just take them off and refund my money, and they also denied that request. i wanted to leave and i told them that i would just do them my self, as i tried to leave the lady snatched my hand and arm trying to yank me to the chair so she could do them? First experience was not great. Came here bc of a recommendation. Let them upgrade me to gel nails. The guy behind the counter said they last longer. Got a mani/pedi. When all said and done I did not think my finger nails were flawless. Paid the $95, but wasn't 'wowed'. A few started to chip THE SAME DAY. But I went back and had them fix it. A couple days later I saw chips in another and the beginning of chips in others. Poor job. Too expensive to not be flawless. Didn't last a good week. read more

I will never be back. The lady kept pressuring me into gel when I was adamant I wanted normal polish she did a HORRIBLE job. My 3 year old could have done better. My "pedicure" lasted 3 minutes and she didn't massage my legs or anything like you usually get in a pedicure. Plus she charged me an extra $5 for lotion and a scrub.... They burned my nails and when I complained (more than once) the lady looked at me like I was inconveniencing her by pulling my hand back in pain. Horrible experience! While I like the polish offered at this salon, the painting was not good. I watched my nail technician clean the tools she used on my nails with water and she put it back in the drawer for the next patron--not clean at all. I went back for a nail that broke, and the manager continuously yelled at me and told me I broke my nail and it was not their fault. Needless to say, I will never return. read more

Had the WORST experience at this establishment. I like my nails short and they have to be short for my work and school. I was asked once if I wanted a tip placed and I responded with no. During my manicure I was told my the technician that my nails are too short and that I should get a tip. I kept responding with no. Then another employee came up, looked at my nails, and said "oh my God" loud enough for myself and others to hear. In addition to this terrible experience, they are SERIOUSLY overpriced. I just left the salon and had a terrible experience. The nail tech was applying my polish and the polish was thick and clumpy. I asked her to redo it, and she got upset and bothered that I asked her to please redo them. She got up and walked away to start on another customer, and left me there to remove the polish myself, and another nail tech came to do my polish, and did a fair job. I told them that I was not paying for the service, and they insisted that I pay the full amount, or they would call the police. No discount. Now mind you I was with 3 other people. So guess what? You lost 4 customers because you have terrible customer service. read more

They dont even deserve ONE star! I have frequented this salon for about 10 years and I have never been disappointed with their service. What a disappointment! My daughters 13th birthday is coming up so we went in for a little pre-birthday pampering. My daughter was getting a mani pedi and I just wanted a pedi. We asked the price up front, $30 for hers and $20 for mine. The wait was fine, we picked out our colors and they took us to our chairs right away. Unfortunately, my massage chair was broken but my daughter's worked fine, I guess, it was good enough but it had seen better days. As soon as the they started filing, and clipping the hustle began. They proceeded to ask my TWELVE year old if she wanted the deluxe spa with hot towels and her choice of a foot scrub, for ten more dollars but my daughter politely declined (more than once). They then asked ME if I wanted the deluxe pedi, I declined as well. Then she asked me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed! No! No! No! She also asked if I did my pedicures at home, of course I said yes. She smirked a little got up from her station and started on another client! My daughter was finishing up with her mani pedi! After I waited a good 15 mins she comes back and begins to scrub. She then informs me that it will be $5 extra because she applied the scrub. As if this wasnt enough, when I went to pay, my total was $60! Reluctantly, I gave them FOUR twenty dollar bills. She had the audacity to try to send me out the door with a quick little "thank you" I was confused. So, I took the cash out of her hand, counted the $60 out for the services and I told her I wanted change for the twenty, of course, she brought me two ten dollar bills. Avoiding anymore hassel, I gave her one of the ten dollar bills and walked out. Never to return! I always over tip but Im not going to be taken advantage of. They use the language barrier to try to confuse their clients. I paid for a half ass mani / pedi and crappy service AND then I tipped someone for giving me the crappy service! Sadly, I wont be back! I don't usually leave bad reviews - I just assume Karma will come around and let people know, but my experience was so upsetting I have to say something! During my nail service I asked for a clean file, as I could see the one being used for me was old - the nail tech did not acknowledge my request and kept using the old file. I have long nails that I usually maintain myself, and she kept filing beyond what I asked for, until they were uneven and shaggy. I'm not sure why I allowed the pedicure to happen, after being so dissatisfied with the manicure, however my nail tech rushed through the service so quickly that I stopped her half way through and indicated I was not going to complete the service. I paid and vowed to never come back! But the WORST aspect of this salon is the homophobic way a friend of mine was treated - he and his husband came in for service and were treated poorly. When they complained to the manger later, she said 'oh, you were here with the tall blond man? Hmmm' and she turned around and walked away. I am VERY picky about who does my nails. I expect the services to be great--and on time! That is exactly what I get at CT Nails. I have been a client there for several years and am 100% satisfied. Rose does a GREAT job on my hands, feet, and waxing! I get compliments everywhere I go about how great my nails look! I respect that she works by appointments, and Rose respects my time as well. Rarely is she running behind schedule--but, if she is, she will call me to let me know so that I can get a quick errand ran before I get there.
