Bleu De Paris Nail Salon located in the Augusta Mall. Service Requested: Visited Paris nail salon today to get my wife a peddy/manny also to get my toes manicured professionally. This was my first visit and I must admit I enjoyed myself my ingrown nails were attended to without much discomfort and all my wife's concerns regarding her requested services were addressed politely and professionally. Quality: I don't have a lot of experience in salons however it's obvious they keep a clean and orderly shop. Instrument use came out of sanitized bags and the staff were very professional. Vibe: This is no ordinary nail salon, the decor is stylish (fair wear and tear) clean and orderly. The atmosphere was peaceful with mild music playing in the background and TV's in each stall which I thought was really nice touch. read more

Super upset with the quality I received. I got a French manicure with acrylics. The lines are not straight nor even among my fingers. They didn't ask if I wanted tips, just threw them on there, which would be whatever except they didn't cut my natural nails even or short enough and they're sticking out under the glued on tip. You can see my natural nail line below the drawn on white tip on all but three of my fingers. I got these done less than a week ago and am going to have to go get them redone somewhere else today - I'm likely getting engaged this weekend and my nails look absolutely ridiculous. And that's just my fingers. I got a pedicure and picked a really pretty sparkly teal color. The girl that painted my toes realized that the nail polish was coming out clumpy and rather than fixing it she just kept going. The end result is that one foot looks like it has a clear polish with some random teal glitters sprinkled on, and the other foot looks like there are big globs of sparkly teal, and then some random spots through the nail that are clear and from farther away just look missed. This was one of the more expensive nail trips I've ever had - with tip it was $140!!! Just for me, 1 set of acrylics and 1 pedicure! And I hate them. 10/10 would recommend steering as clear as possible from this location. read more

I came here to treat my baby sister to a mini day of pampering for finishing another year with honors. I thought this would be a more upscale experience by the looks of the interior and the menu showed to us upon entering the salon. Our overall spa treatment had a few hiccups but itvfluxurious in concept but there were a during our experience. We both chose the deluxe pedicure which came with a choice of scent for the foot soak, scrub, mud mask, and moisturizer. I chose the jasmine scent but when my tech came out he brought out lavender. I'm allergic to lavender which is why I'm glad I noticed the change of scent since I wasn't informed by my technician. The technician got started on my feet but my sister had to wait 15 minutes for her technician which wasn't problem for us but as soon as her tech got started our service providers got to giggling after speaking in their native tongue. This of course made us uncomfortable and we automatically assumed they were gossiping about us. The overall deluxe pedicure was lavish but I believe the techs could use some professional training. I appreciated how we both got the full 45 minute service time and how soft my legs and feet were after the service. Moving on to the no chip manicure was pretty standard service nothing extraordinary but I did ask my tech to nip a few hangnails that he missed but he just asked me if they hurt and didn't remove them. I felt that the gel application was a bit rushed because my nails started chipping an hour after I left the salon. I would have returned to get them fixed but I didn't have time since I had to catch a flight. Less than a week later and my nails are continuing to chip. read more

Beware!! Nail tech doesn't speak English well enough to understand I wanted regular polish on my toes and not gel. Charged me for gel polish and the horrible rude manager was absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate about the issue. It was a mistake on the nail tech end and not mine but all he could do was blame me when clearly his staff was in the wrong because they couldn't show me the cameras of our conversation. Worst experience ever! I'll never spend my money here again . The nail techs do whatever they want to do on your nails instead of listening to what you want!! Stay clear of this place!! read more

I do not like the way my nails turned out. I had been on the phone before the gentleman started, and I was in the midst of hanging up when he clipped the acrylic nail and asked me then if the shape ok before I could say anything. I had already told him what color I want it based off of a reference picture, and the shape that I wanted, which was stiletto. So I don't know how he expected to turn this very, very short nail into a stiletto somehow. We went in at around 7 PM and it just seems like he was in such a rush to get me out of there. My friend also got her nails done, and she had the same exact experience where he just started cutting the acrylic and didn't even ask her the shape. She does not like how short her nails are either, and has noted that they are uneven. read more
